    14.12.2023

    Acne is a complex skin disease, but the problem is completely solvable. But acne scars are more difficult to treat than acne, making treatment difficult and problematic. However, there are some natural homemade masks for treating fresh acne scars and pimples that will help remove blemishes and acne scars at home with high effectiveness.

    The most common types of scars

    When acne occurs, many people suffer from unsightly scars as they develop characteristic skin lesions, but this also depends on skin type, genetics and age.
    Doctors note several types of the most common scars, these include:

    • rounded - these are scars in the form of dimples, small in size, they are medium or deep;
    • chipped are scars that remain from severe acne, and also after healing of cysts, they look like narrow pinpoint and deep pits on the skin;
    • rectangular - these are larger and deeper scars that look like crater-shaped depressions;
    • hypertrophic - these are scars that protrude greatly above the surface of the skin;
    • atrophic - these are scars with tissue growth, they look like small depressions on the skin;
    • Keloids are scars that spread beyond the original damage; they are most often painful and itchy.

    If acne is not treated properly, the scars progress to the stage of atrophic or hypertrophic scars, depending on the nature of the skin damage, then if left untreated, keloid scars form on the skin. Atrophic scars most often form as a result of acute inflammatory diseases of the skin, such diseases include common acne and herpes zoster. Atrophic scars after acne may look different; the skin on the surface of the scar is thinned, because during the inflammatory process, atrophy of the dermis is formed and collagen is destroyed. Hypertrophic scars appear about a month after injury and are more treatable than keloid scars. Keloids begin to form the growth of scar tissue; they form several months after the injury. They occur on the part of the body where there was damage to the skin and always exceed the size of the initial damage to the skin. These scars are difficult to treat and most often require surgical procedures to remove keloid scars.
    Therefore, if you do not want such consequences, then you need to take care of your skin in advance. To get rid of young scars in a short time, you need to follow the following skin care tips and apply these recipes to treat acne scars.

    Post-acne is pigment spots, scars and cicatrices that remain on the skin after acne has healed. With extensive skin lesions, cosmetic defects remain for a long time, and some of them can only be removed using hardware methods. A mask for acne spots is an equally effective way to combat post-acne. Such products have wound healing, lightening and anti-inflammatory properties. It is recommended to use therapeutic masks during the period of exacerbation of acne and immediately after the disappearance of inflammatory elements.

    How to prepare your skin

    Masks for acne spots should be applied to skin that has been previously cleansed of impurities. Due to this, the absorption of vitamins and microelements from cosmetics is accelerated. In preparation for the upcoming procedure, you must:

    • wash with antibacterial soap;
    • treat the T-zone with a scrub;
    • apply a towel soaked in hot water to your face;
    • wipe the skin with lotion.

    Enlargement of skin pores and removal of natural oil increases the effectiveness of masks against age spots that occur after acne heals.

    How to get rid of post-acne using homemade masks

    Scars and deep acne marks can be eliminated with medications or homemade masks. Products based on fruit acids, medicinal herbs, and bee products accelerate the regeneration of epidermal cells and restore the hydrolipid mantle of the skin. Treatment masks successfully fight age spots and fresh acne scars.

    With AHA acids

    Fruit acids (AHA acids) will help quickly remove acne or scars by stimulating regenerative processes in the skin. Face masks based on grape, citric, and malic acids are most often used in the fight against post-acne. Preparing an anti-acne and regenerating agent is simple:

    • green apple is grated;
    • add puree from 2-3 strawberries;
    • pour in 5-6 drops of retinol.

    The mask is evenly distributed over the face, avoiding the areas under the eyes. After 8-10 minutes, the cosmetics are washed off with cool water to tighten the skin pores. For very dark pigment spots from acne, the procedure is performed every other day for 2 weeks.

    With aspirin

    Acetylsalicylic acid disinfects tissues, reduces inflammation and accelerates the exfoliation of dead cells. Masks for acne marks with aspirin are used once every 2 days for extensive skin lesions.

    An effective face mask for acne spots should solve several main problems: disinfect the sinus remaining from the pimple and eliminate the possibility of recurrent inflammation, restore the skin and relieve redness.

    To prepare a cosmetic product, you need:

    • crush 2 aspirin tablets;
    • mix with 10 g of black clay;
    • dilute with boiled water to obtain a paste-like mass;
    • add 3 drops of bergamot oil.

    The mask is applied to scars and dark acne marks in a thin layer for 15 minutes. Wash off with warm water and then apply a light texture moisturizer to the skin.

    With soda

    An alkaline environment is unfavorable for the proliferation of pyogenic bacteria that provoke the formation of acne. Therefore, masks with baking soda are used to combat acne and post-acne. This product is suitable for treating oily and combination skin.

    How to prepare and apply this mask against acne spots at home:

    • 1 tbsp. l. soda mixed with 2 tbsp. l. fat sour cream;
    • add 2-3 drops of tea tree essential oil;
    • treat acne spots and the T-zone with a paste mixture;
    • After 20-25 minutes, the remaining product is washed off with water.

    A mask with alkaline components is used to treat both acne and post-acne. Used daily for 1.5-2 weeks. If the skin is peeling, apply a moisturizer.

    Parsley gommage

    Gommage is a medical procedure aimed at cleansing the epidermis of dead cells, age spots, and impurities. In terms of effectiveness, it can be compared to superficial peeling. To increase the effectiveness of gommage, use masks for acne marks with parsley.

    Recipes made from natural products have pronounced anti-inflammatory and healing properties. Parsley contains a large amount of vitamins (thiamine, ascorbic acid, pyridoxine, retinol, folacin), which accelerate skin regeneration, eliminate acne and post-acne. To prepare a restorative mask, you need:

    • 2 tbsp. l. chop the greens with a knife;
    • mix with 2 tsp. melted honey;
    • massage the product into scars and acne marks;
    • wash off cosmetics after 20-25 minutes with cool water.

    To speed up recovery processes, the mask is used daily (if there is no allergy to the components of honey).

    With clay

    Cosmetic green clay is one of the most effective remedies for acne scars.

    In most cases, blemishes, scars or welts are left behind due to improper squeezing of blackheads. If you squeeze out the abscess incorrectly, the infection can spread under the skin and lead to an inflammatory process.

    To carry out 1 procedure you need:

    • mix 2 tbsp. l. clay with water until a creamy mixture is obtained;
    • add 3 drops of rosemary essential oil;
    • apply to problem areas;
    • wait 20 minutes and wash off the mask with water.

    Products with green clay are applied exclusively to acne and post-acne no more than 2-3 times a week.

    With essential oils

    A mask for acne and dark marks with essential oils has bactericidal and wound-healing properties. This product is used for the treatment and prevention of acne, eliminating age spots and fresh scars. To restore skin you need:

    • heat the olive oil in a steam bath;
    • add 5 drops of rosemary or tea tree oil;
    • treat with post-acne oil solution;
    • After 30 minutes, remove makeup with herbal tonic.

    Essential oils in the masks provide a pronounced antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effect. When treating acne scars, it is advisable to use products with extracts of peppermint, sage, caraway, and wheat germ.

    Based on honey

    Honey is used to eliminate red marks from acne. It contains more than 20 bioactive components that ensure regeneration of the surface layers of the skin. To eliminate a cosmetic defect, you need to:

    • melt 1 tbsp in a steam bath. l. honey;
    • add 1 tsp. cinnamon;
    • treat red spots with the mixture;
    • After 20 minutes, wash off the mask with warm water.

    Honey is a highly allergenic product, so it is used with caution when treating acne or post-acne. Before applying the mask, an allergy test is carried out: a small amount of the mixture is applied to the elbow. If there are no allergic reactions, the product is used as directed.

    With gelatin and activated carbon

    The two-component mask eliminates deep marks formed after large acne. Activated carbon neutralizes toxic substances in the skin, and gelatin accelerates recovery processes. The cosmetic product is also used to prevent wrinkles and premature aging.

    Recipe for a two-component mask:

    • 2 tablets of activated carbon are crushed;
    • add 2 tsp. gelatin powder;
    • pour in a little mineral water or milk;
    • heated in a water bath;
    • apply the mask to the entire face and leave for 20 minutes;
    • After removing the film, wash with cool water.

    With hydrogen peroxide

    The colorless liquid saturates the soft tissues with oxygen, which leads to the activation of cellular metabolism. Due to this, keratinization, the process of cell renewal, is normalized. Masks with hydrogen peroxide help get rid of acne and red marks within 1.5-2 weeks.

    Features of preparation and use:

    • 10 ml of 3% peroxide solution is mixed with 1 tbsp. l. boiled water;
    • moisten a cotton pad or swab in the liquid;
    • treat acne three times a day.

    For combination or oily skin, a mask with fermented milk products is often used:

    • beat the yolk of a chicken egg with a fork;
    • add 1 tbsp. l. fatty cottage cheese;
    • pour in 5 ml of hydrogen peroxide;
    • a homogeneous mass is applied to the entire face with a cosmetic brush;
    • after 15-20 minutes, wash off the mask with water.

    A few more recipes

    Acne and post-acne are a problem caused by overactivity of the sebaceous glands. They produce too much sebum, which clogs the pores. Because of this, bacteria multiply in the skin, causing inflammation. To normalize the functioning of the exocrine glands and eliminate brown or red spots, use the following masks:

    • Oatmeal with lemon. 3 tbsp. l. oatmeal is ground in a blender. Pour in 200 ml of water and leave for 2 hours. Add 10 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice to the mask. Apply the product all over the face and wash off after 10 minutes.
    • Bodyaga with white clay. Mix clay with crushed grass in equal proportions. Add water until a creamy mixture is obtained. Treat acne and scars daily for 3 weeks.
    • Cucumber juice. 2 cucumbers are grated and the juice is squeezed out with gauze. Treat acne 2-3 times a day for 2 weeks. To remove red spots, add 3 drops of tea tree essential oil to the product.
    • Yeast. 1 packet of yeast is mixed with 1 dessert spoon of starch, 10 ml of homemade yogurt. Add 2 drops of essential oil of thyme, lemon, peppermint. Apply the mask to the entire face for 20 minutes.

    Other ways to deal with scars and age spots

    Treatment of post-acne involves the use of regenerating, anti-inflammatory, exfoliating ointments:

    • Naftalan;
    • Zinc;
    • Syntomycin;
    • Heparin;
    • Retinoic;
    • Vishnevsky;
    • Methyluracil;
    • Arnica;
    • Sulfuric.

    If external therapy is ineffective, post-acne is removed using physiotherapeutic and cosmetic procedures:

    • chemical peeling – removal of superficial epidermal cells with chemicals that stimulate tissue regeneration;
    • dermabrasion – layer-by-layer mechanical grinding of problem areas with abrasive attachments;
    • laser resurfacing – removal of keratinized epidermal cells with a laser beam, ensuring paleness of age spots from acne;
    • Ultrasonic cleaning – removal of pigment spots and scar tissue with ultrasound.

    If masks and other hardware methods for treating acne marks are ineffective, they resort to hydromechanical peeling. The instrumental method is based on diamond grinding of tissues, which guarantees the removal of dead cells and spots on the skin.

    How to prevent pigmentation and acne marks

    Acne is a consequence of disturbances in the functioning of internal organs and dermatological pathologies. To prevent their occurrence, you should:

    • normalize diet;
    • comply with sanitary and hygienic rules;
    • Wash your face with a scrub (gel, soap) once a week;
    • to refuse from bad habits;
    • take multivitamins;
    • drink up to 2 liters of mineral water per day.

    If pimples appear, you should not squeeze them out, as this can cause injury to the skin and the formation of age spots. To prevent negative consequences, acne is treated only with medication or hardware in the office of a dermatologist or cosmetologist.

    Problem skin is almost always characterized by unattractive acne marks. They often appear if the pimples themselves were not sufficiently treated and disinfected at the very initial stage of their appearance. The second reason why a red mark remains on the face is self-squeezing pimples. That is why the question of how to get rid of these acne plagues a large number of people. Unfortunately, deep scars on the skin are very difficult to remove. and you can’t get by with masks or other folk methods alone. Why do acne marks remain?

    Of course, the leader among the reasons why acne marks remain on the skin in the form of scars is squeezing them out. 99% of people squeeze out hated pimples as quickly as possible, not always steaming the skin, treating it with an anti-inflammatory agent after the procedure, opening access for infection, dust and dirt to the deeper layers of the skin, causing even more acute and massive inflammation .

    The second place is occupied by a neglectful attitude towards the problem of acne. Yes, they can go away on their own, but if you do not treat them with anti-inflammatory properties, then pigment spots will remain, indicating the location of pimples at the site of their inflammation. The reason is the increased secretion of melanin in such places.

    Effective ways to combat acne and scars.

    Wedge with wedge is perhaps the most radical, but at the same time quite effective option. If melanin is responsible for the darkening of some areas of the skin, then the lighter areas of the skin should be exposed to moderate exposure to ultraviolet rays. This can be a walk in the sun, or targeted exposure to special tanning products.

    Masks and peelings will also provide significant help, but you should not expect instant or very fast results from them. They need to be done quite often and systematically.

    Professional cosmetic procedures such as ultrasonic and laser cleaning are quite safe and effective, but at the same time very expensive.

    • Skin microflora. If it is over-activated, it destroys some of the beneficial compounds produced by the skin, causing it to become less resistant to adverse conditions.
    • Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Almost any disorder of the intestines and biliary tract can cause acne.

    In order to get rid of acne, you first need to recognize the causes of its occurrence.

    Types of scars and scars after acne

    Scars caused by acne include white indentations in the skin, swollen light pink or bright red welts, bluish-looking spots, or purplish-bloody nodules.

    Scars and scars after acne have various origins:

    • Normotrophic scars. They are located flush with the skin. Such scars can only occur due to the normal reaction of connective tissues to injury. They have a flat appearance and light color. The elasticity is close to normal skin tissue.
    • Keloid scars. These scars are made up of a special type of scar tissue.
    • Atrophic scars. They are always located below skin level. The appearance of atrophic scars is provoked by a reduced response of connective tissue to injury, which in turn causes insufficient production of collagen.
    • Hypertrophic scars. They are located above the skin level due to excess collagen production, since its excess is not completely absorbed.

    Often, scars and cicatrices on the skin after chickenpox, acne and acne appear if the disease was severe. But in some cases, even the most ordinary pimple leaves an ugly mark behind. After such diseases, accompanied by a skin rash, scars can form mainly in those places where the skin was most damaged. With such damage, the process of normal restoration of the skin is disrupted, which leads to the appearance of a connective scar at the site of the pimple.

    Scars can remain even after regular acne.

    Post-acne most often are atrophic scars. Such scars can remain after chickenpox. They look like depressions that appear at the site of a pimple, with chipped or rounded edges. Their occurrence occurs due to the amount of collagen, which is not enough at the time of wound healing. Keloid and hypertrophic scars usually form after acne, in the form of a raised scar. In this case, on the contrary, at the time of wound healing, too much connective tissue is formed, which subsequently rises above the surrounding skin in the form of a scar.

    Such scars and scars can remain for life if nothing is done. However, with proper treatment, it is possible to significantly smooth out unsightly marks on the skin.

    How to get rid of acne scars

    Procedures for getting rid of scars and scars after acne are of interest not only to those people who are faced with such a problem, but also to cosmetologists, because their task is to help people get rid of the marks that acne leaves behind. Since scars and scars are different from each other and have different ways of appearance, individual treatment methods must be selected for each type. Sometimes, having successfully gotten rid of one scar, we can negatively affect another using the same treatment method.

    Keloid scars formed in conditions of reduced immunity are uneven, elastic in consistency, their surface is slightly wrinkled, and they protrude quite significantly above the skin level. Often their growth does not stop and they look like warts. You can get rid of such irregularities with the help of surgery, but always in combination with other treatment methods. After all, any surgical intervention can leave behind a new scar or scar.

    Cosmetologists can help remove scars

    After removing a keloid scar surgically, special clips are applied to the removal site, which avoids re-growth of excess collagen. Scars on the lips and ears are treated with pressure. These scars can also be treated with corticosteroids. This technique is usually used in combination with surgery, but sometimes as an independent solution to the problem. With this treatment, various doses of triamycin or dexamethasone are injected into the scar. Such procedures are carried out two to four times a week until the desired result is achieved.

    Atrophic scars are formed mainly after diseases such as chicken pox and acne. Treatment in this case will directly depend on the size and age of the scars. If the scars are small, then injections of filling preparations are used, which are based on hyaluronic acid gel. Such drugs tend to dissolve, so the achieved effect will be temporary, and the procedure will need to be repeated every six months. Also, for atrophic scars, grinding and peeling are used.

    Such procedures may be as follows:

    • Laser resurfacing. The laser allows you to compact the structure of the scar or burn scar tissue to a sufficient depth. The effect is similar to peeling and is only suitable for shallow scars. It is carried out under anesthesia.
    • Z-plasty. Surgical excision of the scar. Suitable for the largest scars.
    • Microdermabrasion. This is an abrasive peeling. The skin is not treated deeply, the procedure is quite painless.
    • Dermabrasion. This is a mechanical peeling. Allows you to get rid of all types of scars and scars. It is carried out under anesthesia.

    All of the above methods for getting rid of scars and acne scars are carried out directly in specialized clinics and beauty salons by qualified specialists. All of them have contraindications and side effects. In addition, in some cases, they can cause serious harm to your skin and leave new, more severe scars.

    Scar removal procedures are carried out only in special institutions

    How to get rid of scars and scars after acne at home

    There are many ways to remove scars at home. Now in pharmacies you can buy a variety of peeling products at home, various creams, masks and absorbable gels and ointments. But folk remedies are the simplest and not at all expensive. In addition, they will not harm your skin, even if used simply for preventive purposes of skin health.

    Of course, you can completely get rid of scars and scars only by resorting to plastic surgery, but you can significantly smooth out these flaws and make them less noticeable not only in a cosmetology office, but also at home.

    Masks will help make your skin smoother

    The main thing in this matter is regularity and patience. After all, to achieve something, it takes time, and in our case, it will take time for positive results to appear. But here success will also depend on some complicating factors. For example, superficial and fresh scars are much easier to remove than old and deep ones. In addition, the skin type and age of a person play an important role here. The result will be more successful and treatment easier if the skin has good regenerating properties.

    The following folk remedies are used to smooth scars at home:

    • Olive oil. It is used for massage. You need to apply a small amount of high-quality unrefined olive oil to the skin and massage the scar area with your fingertips in a circular, intense motion. This massage promotes skin cell renewal and improves blood circulation. It is recommended to carry out this procedure several times a day.
    • Camellia oil. This oil contains vegetable proteins, vitamin E, and oleic acid. It promotes skin cell renewal and stimulates their growth. Camellia oil should be applied in a small amount to the scar area and rubbed in a circular motion until completely absorbed.
    • Fresh lemon or lime juice. The juice must be squeezed onto a cotton swab and applied to the scar. Lime and lemon juice promotes skin renewal and regeneration, contains large quantities of vitamin C and is a natural antioxidant. This procedure can be carried out three times a day. If the skin is too sensitive, it is better to dilute the juice one to one with water. Use with caution, because lemon juice greatly lightens the skin.
    • Lavender extract. Lavender is one of the best natural remedies that improves blood circulation, promotes renewal and regeneration of skin cells, has an anti-inflammatory effect and rejuvenates the skin. Lavender gives good results in getting rid of small scars. It is necessary to soak a cotton swab in lavender extract three times a day and apply it to the scar for ten minutes.
    • Rose water and sandalwood powder. Rose water should be mixed with a small amount of sandalwood powder to form a thick paste. Apply the resulting mixture in a thick layer to the scar area, and wash off after an hour. If you carry out this procedure before going to bed, you can leave the mixture on the skin all night. You can buy sandalwood powder in Indian stores. It improves blood circulation, increases metabolism and promotes skin regeneration.
    • Aloe Vera gel and juice. Aloe juice is a natural antioxidant and has powerful stimulating, protective, moisturizing and regenerating properties. This plant is widely used in the treatment of various skin problems, such as cuts, pimples, inflammation, as well as getting rid of unevenness, scars, and many other skin imperfections. Using natural aloe gel or juice when applied to scar areas gives good results. In addition, it is added to natural creams and masks to smooth the skin, improve its appearance and rejuvenate it.
    • Vitamin E. It is considered a beauty vitamin, promotes cell renewal and skin regeneration. Improves skin color, has protective properties and is a natural antioxidant. It is necessary to consume foods containing vitamin E daily. It is present in green vegetables, green salad, dill, parsley, fresh apples, beans, nuts, almonds, berries and vegetable oils. You can also use creams and masks containing vitamin E.
  • Tomato mask. Tomatoes contain vitamins that promote skin rejuvenation and regeneration. In addition, they perfectly improve blood circulation. You can lubricate your face with fresh tomato juice or a piece of tomato. This mask should be washed off with warm water twenty minutes after application and repeated regularly several times a day.
  • Natural yoghurt mask. All fermented milk products tend to tighten pores and improve skin tone. The beneficial bacteria they contain restore its natural protective functions and promote regeneration. To prepare the mask, you need to mix natural yogurt, oatmeal and low-fat sour cream. The quantity of each ingredient is one tablespoon. Add one teaspoon of lemon juice to the mixture and apply the resulting mask to the skin for fifteen minutes. Carry out the procedure every other day for one month.
  • Such recipes for smoothing scars and acne scars are the most effective and safe, but they are created only for the patient. Be patient and you will eventually get great results.

    Hello dear girls. Sorry for the long silence. Due to family reasons I couldn’t write earlier.
    As promised, today I will tell you how to get rid of acne with the help of masks, as well as blemishes, acne, and scars. I’m making masks for scars at the moment, let’s see what results I get. I will say right away that scars are quite difficult to get rid of, and you may not see the results right away. But I already notice that the small ones have gone away, the deep ones have become smaller, the enlarged pores are no longer so large.
    Here we go?
    I would like to introduce you to my assistants in this difficult matter, I ask you to love and favor:
    Clay:
    and essential oils:

    Badyaga (powder):

    Aspirin (tablets):

    Acne spots: how to treat?

    Spots on the skin appear due to the formation and stimulation of the melanin pigment, which appears due to the formation of pimples, mainly inflammation. These temporary color changes are completely reversible. As a rule, the deeper the inflammation penetrates, the more intense the color of the stain and the longer the stain will take to resolve. There are several effective methods that have proven themselves to be positive and have given a quick effect of removing spots from the skin. Namely:

    Home Recipes:

    1. Baking soda:
    You need to make a paste of baking soda by mixing it with a small amount of water. Apply the paste onto your face and leave until completely dry. Once the soda dries, rinse thoroughly with water. If the skin is sensitive, then the mask does not need to be applied to the entire face, applied only locally - on red spots.
    2. Tomatoes:
    Tomatoes contain a large amount of vitamin C A, which easily penetrates the skin. Citric and malic acid contained in tomatoes lightens stains, promoting rapid regeneration. Scientists also say that tomatoes slow down skin aging.
    - You need to make a mask from fresh tomatoes. No heat treatment! Cut the tomato in half, pick out the tomato with a teaspoon, turn out all the pulp, crush and apply to the face for 15-20 minutes.
    3. Essential oils:
    For acne we use oils (can be done locally):
    - Tea tree, - Lemon (not allowed in summer), - Lavender.
    For oil stains:
    - lemon (most often), - orange, - tangerine, - bergamot, - rosehip.
    Tea tree oil is perhaps the most popular essential oil for acne, which is not diluted and applied in its pure form locally to acne. It relieves inflammation, kills some bacteria, and dries. But keep in mind that in its pure form this oil can irritate the skin and cause allergies.
    Lavender essential oil is also a very popular oil, used not only for acne, but in general in cosmetology and child care. A rather complex chemical composition and an abundance of medicinal components kills bacteria, soothes the skin, relieves swelling, redness, heals wounds, and makes the skin smooth and soft. Can be applied locally undiluted to a pimple, or combined with other oils.
    Jojoba oil is a carrier oil used to care for all skin types. This oil is combined with other essential oils, gives the skin velvety, softness, reduces the secretion of sebum, and moisturizes the skin. There is practically no smell, it is thick, delicate, absorbs quickly and does not cause comedones. Also an anti-inflammatory agent, wax protects the skin from aggressive external influences. Combines well with essential oils of lavender, lemon, bergamot, tea tree oil. As a rule, add 2-3 drops of any essential oil to 1-2 teaspoons of jojoba oil.
    Essential oils of lemon, orange, bergamot, tangerine are citrus essential oils. I remember that tangerine essential oil lifts the mood, it does a great job if you don’t overuse it. For acne, they really like to use lemon oil, as it not only relieves inflammation, kills bacteria, but also increases the regenerative abilities of the skin, an excellent remedy for blemishes, but worse in properties than badyaga. Orange and bergamot oils are similar in composition to lemon oil, and are inferior in effect to the above oils; they are rarely used, and their aroma quickly disappears. Although, for example, bergamot oil is better for massage than lemon oil. But remember that these oils cannot be used in direct sunlight, as citrus oils make the skin sensitive to solar radiation, which can cause pigmentation, most often freckles, but it can be worse.
    Rosehip oil - this oil is great for helping with blemishes and post-acne, increasing skin regeneration, restoring damaged areas of the skin, healing wounds, probably due to ascorbic acid and vitamin E. But this oil has a serious contraindication; it is not recommended for people with oily and problem skin, as it can cause new acne to appear.
    I also want to add. Any essential and fatty oils can be added to skin care products.
    I add essential oils to lotion, shampoo, body cream, baths, etc. You can add lavender or tea tree oil to the moisturizer, 50 g per tube of cream. As a rule, add 5-7 drops; for problem skin it will have an undoubted effect.
    In general, you can add a couple of essential oils to your washbasin, tonic, whatever else you use. Just before you do this, it’s better to check if you are allergic to essential oil.
    4. Potatoes:
    Composition: a huge amount of vitamins: C, B, B2, B6, PP, D, K, E.
    -Peel the potatoes, thinly slice the layer, take a slice of potato, apply it to the pimple and leave for 5-7 minutes. Potatoes help cure acne, relieve swelling, inflammation, and redness. You can also make a mask from potatoes: Grate the potatoes on a fine grater, apply the paste to your face and leave for 5-10 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly with water.
    5. Kefir:
    It is known that kefir contains lactic acid (which lightens spots) and when used helps maintain an acidic environment on the skin, which pathogenic bacteria cannot tolerate and, as a result, die
    - you will need low-fat kefir and cotton pads. Soak a cotton pad in kefir and wipe your face, and do this every day. The skin is smoothed, evened out, pimples and blemishes disappear, it helps great against comedones and blemishes.

    Clay and badyagi mask:

    I prefer homemade masks rather than ready-made ones. Ready-made ones are stuffed with chemicals, and sometimes you don’t understand whether they are of any use at all? And clay is not only a natural sorbent (absorbs toxins), but also dissolves the top layer of skin, which allows the skin to open its pores and not become clogged, that is, it helps get rid of comedones, enlarged pores and thickening of the skin. Why Badyaga? Badyaga really works and is one of the best in the fight against stagnant spots. There are a lot of applications of Badyagi, let’s look at the main ones:
    exfoliation of the upper layers of skin, home skin resurfacing, wrinkle removal, scar removal, helps fight acne. helps against cellulite. Badyaga, like many small needles, digs into your skin and causes irritation, which helps to activate shallow blood supply, and also gives an excellent absorbable effect on problem areas. At first the skin turns red, the area may even start to burn, and then when you wash everything off, the skin will remain red for a long time and prickle from your every touch. This is all quite normal. Badyaga also activates skin breathing, enhances the penetration of additional oxygen through the opening subcutaneous capillaries, and then cleanses the pores. Badyagi needles, penetrating into the skin, deeply cleanse it and are able to narrow pores, thereby reducing the activity of the sebaceous glands.
    Required for the procedure:
    - clay 2 tsp. (I love blue, yellow, white tends to bleach);
    - badyaga 1 tsp. (dry required);

    Pour 2 teaspoons of clay, 1 teaspoon of badyagi, and 3 teaspoons of water into a mug. Mix all this and get a thick, homogeneous mass. And spread the clay onto your damp face. We wait about 20 minutes. Rinse your face (for this I usually use a sponge for washing). When your face is dry, apply moisturizer using patting movements. For these purposes, I use a light cream not for problem skin. After 3 minutes, remove excess cream with a cotton pad. I usually don’t use moisturizers after a mask; I like it better when my skin breathes. But in cases of badya, it is better to moisturize the skin. By the way, I remembered Badyaga (the one in the tube, I had “Forte”). I strongly advise against using it (although there are a lot of positive reviews on the Internet). According to the recipe, it was advised to mix dry and creamy badyagu and use it as a scrub, using light movements, barely touching the skin. 1 (or 2) times a week. After the second time, in the morning my whole face was covered with small tubercles. AND AS EVIL ON DECEMBER 31ST, ON THE NEW YEAR, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa it was very scary, I just burned my face. The whole New Year's mood dropped, I covered it with powder, but it was still visible. Then I was treated for another 7 days for this horror. “rescuer” helped, I read in the forums, for some it didn’t go away even after 2 weeks. In general, be careful. This did not happen with dry Badyagi. This is how terrible it looked, and I couldn’t cover it all up with powder
    Advice: Try not to go outside after such a mask, as dust can clog pores and cause inflammation - that is, acne, and the cream will not help. It is better to make this mask on Saturday. Do not use this mask often, but rather alternate, for example, on Tuesday a clay mask, and on Saturday a badyagi mask.

    Clay and salt mask:

    Required for the procedure:
    - clay 2 tsp. (I love blue, orange, white tends to bleach);
    - salt 1/2 tsp. (can be sea);
    - water 3-4 tsp. (with 3 spoons there will be a thick mass (I like it that way), with 4 spoons it will be thinner, but also ok);
    Pour a little water into a mug (a couple of teaspoons, put salt, wait for it to dissolve (stir) so that there are no crystals at all. Then put the clay, mix everything, the mass should be slightly thick. We begin to apply the clay to the skin of the face. Wait for about 20 minutes. Rinse your face (for this I usually use a sponge for washing). When the face dries, apply moisturizer (I don’t, I like it anyway)
    Why salt? Firstly, salt also dissolves the skin perfectly, probably better than clay, and therefore combining it with clay the cleansing effect will be much better than using just clay. Secondly, when diluted, it does not scratch the skin, which is very convenient; pimples will not begin to migrate across the face. Thirdly, the result will not take long to arrive.

    For acne

    Usually I do this:
    1. I wash my face with cleansing gel.
    2. Steam my face (garnier gel sauna)
    3. At this point I usually use a scrub, but the steaming gel already contains small particles, so I just rub it for -2 minutes.
    If you have open wounds or pimples with a white head on your face, points 2 and 3 are canceled.
    4. Mask:
    - clay (blue or yellow)
    - 1-2 aspirin tablets (soak in water for 1-2 seconds to soak the tablet)
    I mix clay and aspirin, add 3 drops of tea tree essential oil. I apply the entire mask to my face for 15-20 minutes (usually I wait until the clay is completely dry on my face). On rare occasions I apply moisturizer (better for problem skin).
    If a pimple pops up, I apply Lassara paste pointwise. It is better not to apply it at night, it will smear the entire pillow (it is difficult to wash off). Well, or under some gauze and cover it with a band-aid, I think it will last the night. A ripening pimple will be removed quickly.
    You can also simply cauterize it with tea tree oil, which also works quite well. If you apply several times a day, the pimple will disappear in 1-2 days. But usually I just spot-apply Baziron at night, by the morning only a red spot remains, and then tea tree oil goes into battle, which will remove the redness within a day.
    And for dessert, the most painful topic for many

    Scarring

    At the moment I have 2 treatment options. But I’ll say right away that they will help, but not quickly. Scars are generally difficult to get rid of, and the best alternative is, of course, salon procedures, such as microdermabrasion, laser resurfacing, peeling (glycolic or with fruit acids), etc. Naturally they are better. Not only that, under the supervision of a doctor, “+” the acid content is 30% higher than in peels that can be done at home. But I read a lot of reviews from girls who went through this. I didn't want to take risks. And I decided to try to treat my scars at home. I have 4 fairly deep scars, today I have almost reduced them by half.
    But I won’t rest until I completely get rid of the scars. And this is what helps me:

    1. Scar mask:
    To prepare it, add to half a tbsp. a spoonful of green clay powder (this is what helps get rid of scars), 3-4 drops of rosemary essential oil, and a little cool clean water, so that when stirred you get a homogeneous creamy mass. Apply the resulting mask to areas of the skin where there are scars and leave for 15 minutes. Then rinse with water. The course of treatment is 4 days, with an interval of 1 day (that is, do the mask on day 1, rest on day 2, repeat the mask on the 3rd, etc.)
    It is also recommended to lubricate spots and scars on the skin after acne several times a day with rosemary oil.
    And one more method: Apple cider vinegar is no less effective, but not in concentrated form, but diluted with water (1 part vinegar to 3 parts water). Soak a soft cloth in the solution and place it on your face for five minutes.
    I read a lot of articles on the Internet and realized that the most important task to remove scars is to dissolve the top layer of skin. And so the scars will gradually smooth out. And the most effective is peeling with AHA and BHA acids or, in other words, glycolic peeling. I'm currently looking for a peel like this. I know that Faberlic had one, but its composition was changed, and now it contains only AHA acids, in a very small percentage.
    And for us, approximately 10-15% acid content is desirable.
    Girls, perhaps you know some kind of peeling or products with AHA and BHA acids? unsubscribe, I will be very grateful
