To make a crocodile we will use three colors of paper: green, red and yellow. The size of one module in our case is 7.5 by 5 cm (modules can be made in a different size and color)
Collect red, green and yellow modules. You will find diagrams for assembling modules.
1. Take 3 green modules, place them on the long side and using Method 1 () attach the second row of modules to them (1 green, 2 yellow, 1 green).
2. In the third row, put on 1 green module, 3 yellow, 1 green (see photo). The outer modules should be worn with one pocket.
3. In the next row, leaving one free green corner on each side, put on 1 green module, 2 yellow, 1 green.
4. Fifth row: 1 green module (put on two green corners from the previous rows), 3 yellow, 1 green.
5. Repeat step 3.
7. Eighth row: 2 green modules (we put the outermost modules in one pocket on one corner), 2 yellow, 2 green. The crocodile head is ready.
8. Now you need to assemble the body of the crocodile, using Method 3 () to connect the modules. Place 1 green module on the three outer corners, then 3 yellow, 1 green.
9. Tenth row: 1 green module, 4 yellow, 1 green.
10. Eleventh row: 1 green, 2 yellow, 1 green, 2 yellow, 1 green. Place one green module on each side of this row.
11. In the next row, leave one corner of the green attached module on each side free (these are fastenings for the paws) and put on 1 green module, 2 yellow, 2 green, 2 yellow, 1 green (see photo).
12. Thirteenth row: 1 green module, 2 yellow, 1 green, 1 red, 1 green, 2 yellow, 1 green.
13. Leave one green corner free on each side and put on 2 yellow modules, 1 green, 2 red, 1 green, 2 yellow.
14. Fifteenth row: 1 green module (put on the free green corner and the yellow corner), 2 yellow, 1 green, 1 red, 1 green, 2 yellow. 1 green.
15. In the next row, leaving the extreme corners free, put on 1 green module, 2 yellow, 2 green, 2 yellow, 1 green.
16. Again leaving one green corner free on each side, put on 1 green module, 2 yellow, 1 green, 2 yellow, 1 green.
17. In the eighteenth row (the extreme corners remain free) put on 1 green module, 4 yellow, 1 green.
18. Then, leaving one free corner on each side (the place where the hind paw is attached), put on 1 green module, 3 yellow ones, 1 green one.
19. Twentieth row: 1 green module, 2 yellow, 1 green.
20. Twenty-first row: 1 green module, 1 yellow, 1 green.
21. The next row consists of 2 green modules. The tail will be attached to them.
22. Twenty-third row: 1 green module, 1 yellow, 1 green. Place the green modules on the two green corners of the corner from the previous rows.
23. Repeat steps 21 and 22 twice, then step 21 again.
24. Finish the crocodile's tail with 1 green module (see photo).
25. Make the front and hind legs.
Front paw: put 2 yellow ones on the green module, and -1 green on them.
Hind paw: insert 2 green modules into each other, put on a row of 2 yellow modules, end with a green module.
26. Attach the feet (see steps 11 and 18). Glue the crocodile's eyes.
Note: for a more durable connection of parts, use PVA glue.

Our crocodile is ready
In a warm river backwater,
All green and big
The very long tail dragged
Half asleep crocodile.
You can also make a sea turtle to accompany the crocodile.
See how to make a turtle.
This animal is known for being one of the highest class of reptiles. It is even believed that crocodiles are among the closest relatives of extinct dinosaurs. A dangerous and toothy animal will not seem so scary if you try to make it out of paper.
To work you will need white and green sheets of paper, a pencil, scissors, a ruler, a black felt-tip pen, and a glue stick.
First, we bend the green paper so that it is divided into 8 equal parts (this can be achieved by gradually making folds in half).
We cut it along the intended folds.
Six of the eight strips obtained need to be bent in half.
Let's cut these strips.
One of the short strips must be cut lengthwise.
Now let's start assembling our crocodile. His body will consist of 10 short wide stripes. We take one of them and apply a little glue to the edge.
We connect the strip into a ring and then insert the next green strip.
We continue this way until all ten strips are used. The crocodile's body is ready.
Take a long, wide strip and insert it into the outer ring.
Glue the ends of this long strip together.
Let's make a cut diagonally. This will be the crocodile's tail.
We insert another long strip from the other end.
Now take the remaining short wide strip and cut it lengthwise.
From one half we will make the eyes of a crocodile. To do this, bend it in half and cut it into a semicircle from the edge.
Use glue to secure the eyes.
Let's adjust the crocodile's mouth a little. We will cut the upper part along the edges and fold it at the bottom.
We will also make small folds on the front of the upper and lower jaw of the crocodile.
From the remaining two narrow and short strips we will form the paws of the animal. Let's bend them lengthwise.
After this, we will make folds so that the letter “P” is formed.
Using a glue stick, attach the paws to the lower part of the crocodile's body.
Cut a strip 1.5 cm wide from white paper.
