    30.11.2023

    Do not forget to wash your face before applying the mask, thoroughly removing your makeup. You can use foam or tonic for better cleansing.

    In winter, the skin suffers from wind, frost, dry indoor air and other factors, which leads to dehydration, gray complexion, peeling and premature aging. Timely assistance in the form of properly selected seasonal cream, proper care and regular restorative and nourishing face masks will help correct the situation.

    At the same time, it is not necessary to make masks exclusively in the salon or buy expensive cosmetics for home treatments, because you can make an effective mask yourself - from herbs, oils, and food. We have compiled a list of nourishing face mask recipes that can be easily prepared and used at home.

    Sour cream, cottage cheese, salt. This mask can be prepared directly from ordinary products that are stored in the refrigerator. Take 1 tablespoon of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese and 1 teaspoon of sea salt. Mix the resulting mass and apply for 15 minutes, then wash your face first with warm water and then with cold water.

    Natural oils. You can nourish the skin with pure natural oils that penetrate deeply, rejuvenate the cells of the deepest layers and do not leave any harmful film on the skin. It is not difficult to prepare cream masks based on oils; for this you will need essential oils that are mixed with base oils. As a base oil, you can use grape seed oil, apricot kernel oil, jojoba, corn, flaxseed, pumpkin and sesame oil, as well as the usual olive oil. It is better to prepare the mixture in a dark glass bottle, and use no more than a couple of drops at a time, which are applied to damp skin of the face and neck. To prepare the nutritional formula:

    - for dry skin- you will need 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 10 drops of geranium oil, 5 drops of neroli oil and 5 drops of lemon oil;

    - for sensitive skin- 2 tablespoons of almond oil, 10 drops of rose oil and 10 drops of sandalwood oil;

    - for oily skin- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, 10 drops of lavender oil, 5 drops of bergamot oil and 5 drops of sage oil.

    The secret to the effectiveness of any facial maxi is not only in the correct preparation or miraculous ingredients, but also in the ability to relax. If you have applied the mask for 10 minutes or more, then you should devote all this time to rest, you can lie down, look through a magazine, watch TV, but in no case should you be nervous, do household chores, or talk.

    Honey. Mix a tablespoon of kefir, a teaspoon of honey and an egg yolk. Apply to clean skin and leave for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

    Chamomile based. For the mask you will need dried chamomile flowers, 1 tablespoon of which is poured into 100 ml of warm milk. The mixture should brew for about 20 minutes, after which it should be heated over high heat, adding half a teaspoon of honey and a tablespoon of bran. Mix the mixture well and apply to your face for 20 minutes.

    Cabbage. Take a few cabbage leaves and scald them with a little boiling water until they become soft. After removing the leaves from the water, moisten them with vegetable oil and cover your face and neck with them. After 20 minutes, remove the mask.

    Melt chocolate! Melt 50 g of dark chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave, containing at least 50% cocoa beans. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil there, mix and let the mixture cool to room temperature, then apply to cleansed face, décolleté and neck for 5-10 minutes. The main thing is to avoid the mouth area and around the eyes when applying the mask.

    Gelatin. Most women have a packet of gelatin in their kitchen that can rival the popular collagen in effectiveness. Gelatin has a smaller molecule size, so it has a greater chance of penetrating deep into the skin. In addition, gelatin is 87% protein, which helps soften the skin; it contains up to 11% organic acids, which provide peeling and whitening effects. The gelatin mask also has plasticizing properties - when it hardens on the face, it tightens the skin, narrows pores, and forms a clear, regular oval of the face. The preparation recipe is quite simple - before preparing the mask, gelatin needs to be soaked in cold water (1 part gelatin, 6-9 parts water), wait about an hour until it swells, and then heat over low heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly and watching. so that it doesn't burn. To prepare one mask, 1 teaspoon of powder or 2-3 gelatin sheets is enough. You can add components to the mask according to your skin type. For oily skin, lemon, orange, grapefruit juice is suitable, and for normal and combination skin - the pulp of pear, plum, apple, kiwi, apricot, milk, low-fat sour cream, raspberries.

    Apple and cottage cheese. The purpose of a face mask is not only to nourish the skin with useful substances, but also to visually refresh it, eliminating signs of fatigue. Easy-to-prepare masks are suitable for these purposes. For example, apple. To prepare it, you need to grate a peeled small apple on a fine grater, add 2 tablespoons of low-fat cottage cheese, mix and apply to the face. After 20 minutes, rinse off the mask with warm water.

    Sour cream and fruit. There is an even simpler recipe - take a tablespoon of sour cream, mix it with a tablespoon of any grated fruit, apply the mixture to your face and wash off after 15-20 minutes.

    “Winter” mask based on banana. Mash a quarter of a banana thoroughly, add 0.5 tablespoons of your nourishing cream, 3 drops of lemon and 3 drops of olive oil. After mixing everything well, apply the mask for 15 minutes.

    Carrot. Grate the carrots on a fine grater, mix with egg whites, add 1 teaspoon of olive or peach oil, a little starch and apply the whole mixture to your face and neck.

    Paraffin for moisturizing

    In winter, paraffin masks are also recommended; they tone and moisturize the skin and improve its elasticity. This mask helps smooth out fine wrinkles, so it is especially recommended for aging and sagging skin. In addition, the paraffin mask also has a good cleansing effect: under its action, the pores open and sebaceous plugs come out.

    Velvet skin, even tone and light blush are an achievable dream for everyone. Proper care will allow you to enjoy a blooming reflection even in adulthood. To do this, it is not necessary to leave fabulous sums in beauty salons. Everything for maintaining beautiful, well-groomed skin has already been created by nature and is available in unlimited quantities. Recipes for making nourishing face masks are easy to make with your own hands at home.

    Benefits of nourishing facial masks

    The face is a reflection of lifestyle, nutrition, stress, work routine and adherence to routine. Nourishing facial masks help:

    • Improve turgor;
    • Fight wrinkles;
    • Saturate the skin with essential vitamins, micro- and macroelements;
    • Restore water balance;
    • Evens out tone and refreshes color;
    • Gently cleanses without injuring or irritating the epidermal cells;
    • Relieves signs of fatigue and swelling;
    • Activate intracellular processes.

    At home, it is easy to prepare a magical remedy that is not inferior to advertised brands. All skin types, including combination and oily, require regular moisturizing. Otherwise, under the influence of sunlight, temperature changes, gusts of wind, the withering processes may start much earlier.

    Proper care - cleansing, toning and nutrition. It would seem: why do you need a nourishing mask for young skin? Starting from adolescence, you need to provide proper care, which will significantly slow down the aging process.

    And, after 25 years, it is necessary to nourish and moisturize the face and décolleté area at least 1-2 times a week. A variety of fruits, vegetables, cereals, dairy products, valuable vegetable oils, herbal and medicinal mixtures help create various combinations of magical beauty products.

    Indications for use of the nourishing mask:

    • Limited amount of sleep, poor nutrition and low fluid intake.
    • Pregnancy, feeding, hormonal changes.
    • Work associated with regular exposure to sun, wind, low/high temperatures.
    • Stress, difficult environmental situation, lack of proper rest.
    • Winter and spring periods are often accompanied by vitamin deficiency, which immediately affects the condition of the skin.

    Rules for using nourishing face masks

    Following these basic steps will help ensure maximum effect at home:

    Important advice from the editors

    If you want to improve the condition of your hair, you should pay special attention to the shampoos you use. A frightening figure - 97% of shampoos from well-known brands contain substances that poison our body. The main components due to which all the troubles on the labels are designated as sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate, coco sulfate. These chemicals destroy the structure of the curls, the hair becomes brittle, loses elasticity and strength, and the color fades. But the worst thing is that this nasty stuff gets into the liver, heart, lungs, accumulates in organs and can cause cancer. We advise you not to use products that contain these substances. Recently, experts from our editorial team conducted an analysis of sulfate-free shampoos, where products from Mulsan Cosmetic took first place. The only manufacturer of completely natural cosmetics. All products are manufactured under strict quality control and certification systems. We recommend visiting the official online store mulsan.ru. If you doubt the naturalness of your cosmetics, check the expiration date; it should not exceed one year of storage.

    1. Cleansing involves not only removing decorative cosmetics, but also deeper peeling. For sensitive skin, it is better to use herbs crushed in a coffee grinder (thyme, chamomile, plantain), for deeper cleansing - coffee, honey, salt combined with oils.
    2. Apply the mask exclusively along massage lines (from the center), avoiding the delicate area around the eyes and lips.
    3. During the entire period of time while the mask is working, you need to relax your face as much as possible, do not talk, squint your eyes and smile.
    4. You can remove with warm water, a soft sponge, napkins and also following the massage lines. Washing ends with cool water to close the pores.
    5. After a quarter of an hour, an organic cream is applied according to your skin type.
    6. It is necessary to use only fresh, high quality ingredients. You should not prepare large quantities; folk masks have a fairly short shelf life. Dry raw materials - herbs, kelp, flour can be stored in a clean, hermetically sealed container for several months.
    7. To give the various ingredients the required consistency, you will need a ceramic bowl, a whisk, a coffee grinder, a blender, and a mortar and pestle.

    An allergic reaction to one of the components may be a contraindication for the use of nourishing masks. It is better to apply the mass first to the wrist and wait 7-8 minutes; if irritation appears, the composition of the mask needs to be changed.

Mash the ripe banana on a fine sieve, add oil and flour. Dilute the resulting mass with a decoction of nettle or plantain to the consistency of softened butter. Add the essential oil last. Apply a thick layer of mask to steamed skin for 10–14 minutes. Afterwards, remove the mass with a sponge and wash with warm green tea. In winter, the skin especially needs additional nutrition; the procedure can be carried out over a twelve-day course both for restoration and for the prevention of premature wrinkles.

    • 20 gr. liquid honey;
    • 20 ml. sesame oil;
    • Half a fresh cucumber;
    • 15 gr. pulp of rye bread.

    Peel the cucumber and grate it on a fine grater. Cut the rye bread into small pieces and pour in the cucumber juice and pulp, mix everything thoroughly with a fork. Then add honey and oil, cleanse the skin and apply to the face and neck. After 12 minutes, rinse with a decoction of plantain and thyme with the addition of lavender essential oil.     • 20 ml. sour cream;
    • Yolk;
    • Parsley and fennel greens.

    Bake or boil potatoes, peel and grate on a fine grater. Add butter, sour cream, greens rich in vitamins and microelements and crush with a pestle and mortar. Apply to the face, while slightly squeezing the plastic mass, forming and tightening an oval. After 30 years, using such a mask, you can forget about morning swelling and traces of lack of sleep.     • 5 ml cream;
    • 10 gr. potato starch;
    • Grapefruit essential oil.

    You can purchase ready-made applesauce from the baby food series, or make it yourself (from baked apples). Brew linden flowers and leave for half an hour. Then strain and heat in a water bath. Pour the warm infusion over the gelatin and stir until the lumps disappear completely. Add 2 drops of each vitamin, using a wide brush to apply the mask to the face in layers. Avoid contact with eyebrows and skin along the hairline. The more layers you get, the more effective the mask will be. When the mass is completely absorbed and dry, it must be carefully removed like a film. Cover your face with a warm towel and leave the mask on for 12–14 minutes. Carefully remove the exfoliated, cooled wax; there is no need to rinse with water. If you use a nourishing mask correctly, you can forget about dry, tight skin forever.

    Nourishing face mask universal for all skin types

    You will need:

    • 1 egg;
    • 25 gr. cottage cheese;
    • 20 ml. sour cream;
    • 15 ml aloe juice.

The mild effect of the ingredients allows you to improve your complexion, normalize the functioning of the sebaceous glands and activate the protective properties of the epidermis. This mask can be used over a two-week course to achieve a lifting effect; to prevent dehydration and vitamin deficiency, once a week is enough.

    "Author of the article: Veronika Belova": Graduated with honors from the LOKON Academy of Beauty Industry. Mother of a beautiful child. I like to experiment, I constantly try different products, masks (including cooking with my own hands), techniques that can make us beautiful and healthy. I'm in

    Good day, beloved readers! Nature has created us differently, but we are all incredibly beautiful - and it doesn’t matter how old we are! But in order to remain young and attractive for as long as possible, your loved one needs to take care of herself :) Therefore, today our topic is a nourishing face mask at home. The recipes are traditionally simple - all the necessary ingredients can be found in the kitchen.

    Solving the problems of oily and combination skin

    Skin of this type probably gives its owners problems most often - increased greasiness, unsightly shine, comedones, acne... Of course, the main emphasis is on cleansing, but we shouldn’t forget about nutrition.

    Green tea and white clay

    You need to take two spoons of cosmetic clay. Add green tea (two small spoons) and the same amount of sour cream. Mix the ingredients and apply to a clean face. Keep the mask on for 20 minutes.

    Tea will help relieve inflammation, clay will remove oiliness, and sour cream will soften and nourish the skin. You will notice an improvement in complexion after the first use, and with a course of use, acne is treated.

    Flour and honey

    Mix flour and honey (take two tablespoons of each product). Then add egg white to the mixture. Mix everything well and apply to a clean face. Remove the treatment after it dries. At the end of the procedure, wipe your face with mineral water or a pre-prepared linden infusion (take a spoonful of dry linden in a glass of boiling water, leave until it cools).

    Honey nourishes and softens, and protein makes the skin matte and normalizes enlarged pores.

    Yeast and berry juice

    Pour 10 grams of yeast with a teaspoon of yogurt and add the same amount of juice squeezed from any berries. Apply the composition to a clean face and leave for 15 minutes.

    Vitamin B contained in yeast makes the skin clearer and healthier. The remaining components are designed to nourish it.

    Kefir and cottage cheese

    You need to take a spoonful of kefir and cottage cheese, add a pinch of salt to them. Keep the mask on for 15 minutes.

    Thanks to this recipe, the skin becomes velvety to the touch and smoother. Thanks to sour milk, it becomes matte, you get rid of the annoying shine.

    Grapefruit and white clay

    Pour a large spoon of white clay with the same volume of milk and fresh grapefruit juice (1 tsp). Apply to clean skin and wait to dry.

    Remove the mask with warm water.

    The product perfectly nourishes, refreshes and relieves oily skin of its characteristic shine.

    The video shows another recipe for a nourishing face mask:

    Bringing beauty back to dry skin

    Dry and sensitive skin is characterized by flaking, redness and a feeling of tightness. Premature aging becomes a monstrously unpleasant “bonus”, since it is sorely lacking in its own moisture.

    In winter, you need to take care of dry skin especially carefully. Masks should be applied every three days.

    Lemon juice and honey

    Pour the egg yolk into a bowl and add to it a small spoonful of honey, any vegetable oil, ground oatmeal and half a teaspoon of lemon juice. All components need to be mixed and applied to the face for a quarter of an hour.

    The mask will relieve you of irritation, redness, nourish and moisturize your skin. The recipe is especially relevant in winter, providing all the necessary care.

    Cottage cheese and carrot juice

    You need to combine a large spoonful of olive oil, cottage cheese, warmed milk and carrot juice. The duration of the procedure is 15 minutes. This time is enough for the skin to get everything it needs.

    Carrot juice will give your face a beautiful even color and make your skin smooth and clean.

    Yolk and butter

    You need to mix baby nourishing cream (1 tsp) and half a large spoon of softened butter into the egg yolk. To enhance the effect, it is advisable to add a few drops of an oil solution of vitamins A, D, E. The product is very fatty. Keep it for 15 minutes, and then remove the excess with cotton pads.

    This recipe for dry skin is a real salvation, especially in winter. It also solves the problem of dull complexion well.

    Avocado and olive oil

    Grind the avocado in a blender. Take two spoons of puree and pour in olive oil (1 tbsp). Mix the ingredients and apply a thick layer to your face. Leave for 20 minutes.

    The care significantly improves the appearance and condition of the skin, as it contains a huge amount of minerals, fats and vitamins.

    Strawberries and cream

    Strawberries and cream are not only a delicious dessert, they are also an excellent nourishing mask. A couple of berries need to be seasoned with heavy cream (1 tbsp), flaxseed oil and honey (1 tsp of each ingredient). Distribute the mask over your face and rest for half an hour.

    The result is impressive, as confirmed by reviews. The skin becomes smooth, soft and as if glowing from within. In addition, with regular use it gives an excellent rejuvenating effect.

    Oil compress

    It is best to take almond oil. It needs to be slightly heated in a water bath. Then soak gauze folded in several layers in it and apply it to your face. The duration of the procedure is 20 minutes.

    Finally, remove excess oil with cotton pads and wipe the skin with chamomile infusion (take a little dry chamomile per glass of boiling water, stir and leave to cool completely under the lid). This oil compress can and should even be applied to the neck. This kind of care is especially useful after 40 years, and after 50 it is simply necessary.

    Nourishing masks with honey

    Honey is a surprisingly healthy product for us women. And if you use it as part of homemade masks, you can get amazing results.

    The recipes are very simple:

    • To help dry skin, you need to mix liquid honey and olive oil in equal proportions. Heat the mixture in a water bath, soak gauze folded in several layers in the mixture. Apply to face and neck for 20 minutes;
    • for aging skin, you need to mix a banana (half), egg yolk, honey and rich sour cream. You will need ½ teaspoon of each ingredient. Session duration – 15 minutes;
    • To whiten dry skin, you need to mix equal proportions of cottage cheese and kefir. Add half a spoon of honey to them. Keep the composition for 20 minutes;
    • for oily skin, a mixture of chicken protein, wheat flour (2 tbsp) and honey (1 tbsp) will be useful;
    • for normal skin, a mixture of egg yolk, honey and apple juice (1 teaspoon each) is suitable. Session duration – 15 minutes;
    • A rejuvenating result can be obtained by using a composition of equal proportions of honey, lemon juice, cognac with the addition of one yolk. Keep the mask for 10 minutes and rinse with warm water.

    Sour cream based masks

    Sour cream masks will be useful for any skin type, including combination skin.

    Anti-wrinkle care

    Lifting masks based on sour cream are good against wrinkles. You need to mix sour cream (35 ml), blue clay (20 g) and vitamin E capsules. Apply the mask and wait for it to dry.

    Sour cream helps restore skin elasticity and make it velvety. After removing the mask, apply your cream to your face. Grooming can be practiced daily.

    Sour cream + oatmeal + milk

    In the photo: nourishing face mask based on sour cream

    The main problem of dry skin is flaking and tightness. A mixture of three components will help deal with them - oatmeal (20 grams), milk (20 ml) and sour cream (10 ml).

    Brew oatmeal with hot milk and leave to swell. Then add sour cream to it, mix and apply on your face. Use twice a week.

    Sour cream, cottage cheese and strawberries

    Everything is very simple here: you need to combine cottage cheese (30 grams), sour cream (25 ml), a spoonful of honey and one strawberry. Mix all ingredients until smooth and apply to clean face. It is advisable that the layer of the mask be thick.

    Keep the composition for 10 minutes. Then you need to wash your face first with warm, then cool water.

    Sour cream and rice flour

    An excellent option for a universal mask that is suitable for all skin types. Mix sour cream (25 ml), honey (15 ml) and rice flour (10 grams). First, mix the first two components, and then gradually add flour. It acts as a thickener.

    The composition can be applied to the face and neck. Rinse off with warm water. Please note that after using the mask, it is not recommended to use any creams on this day.

    Sour cream and banana

    This nourishing mask option helps relieve inflammation and also smoothes and moisturizes combination skin.

    You need to puree half a banana, add sour cream (35 ml) and a little fresh lemon juice. Apply a thin layer to the face and remove after 10 minutes using cotton pads. At the end of the session, wipe your face with an ice cube.

    Masks for combination skin

    Caring for combination skin should supply beneficial substances to the upper layers of the epidermis, but not activate the sebaceous glands.

    • Mash any berries that are available into a puree and add a little soft cottage cheese to them. It's better to take homemade. If it is too grainy, then it is advisable to rub the product through a sieve. Then it will get the right consistency. Mix the ingredients and apply to the face. Organic acid from the berries will remove shine, and the cottage cheese will nourish the skin with moisture.
    • Grate the carrots on a fine grater and put in the usual nourishing cream and whipped egg whites into a strong foam. Carrots will give a healthy color, protein is responsible for narrowing pores, and the cream will fulfill its direct responsibility.

    Taking care of the skin around the eyes

    As practice shows, the simpler the composition of the mask, the better the result.

    • You need to grate a fresh cucumber on a fine grater and put it in the cold for about twenty minutes. Then apply it to the problem area and lie on the couch for another fifteen minutes. Cucumber nourishes well and also works great on wrinkles.
    • Mix the egg yolk with a spoon of any vegetable oil. Apply the treatment for 5 minutes, working it into the surface of the skin with your fingertips. Leave it on for 10 minutes, and then gently blot off the excess with a cotton pad. Frequency: twice a week.
    • Combine peach or almond oil (one large spoon) with lemon juice (take a small spoon). Apply the mixture around the eyes and leave. A little later, carefully blot all unabsorbed residues with a paper napkin.

    That's all for today. We hope that the article was useful to you. If so, then don’t forget to subscribe to blog updates and share the information with your friends!

    Nourishment of the skin is an important part of skin care. Only by receiving all the necessary substances will she retain her youth and beauty for a long time. Otherwise, the regeneration processes will slow down, collagen fibers will no longer be produced in the required quantity, as a result of which the skin will fade, become flabby, and become covered with wrinkles. To prevent this from happening, from the age of 25 you need to make it a rule to regularly make nourishing face masks at home.

    Rules for using homemade nourishing face masks

    In order for nourishing masks made at home to bring maximum benefit and not cause harm, you need to know some rules for their use.

    • Masks must match your skin type. If you apply a product designed to care for oily epidermis to dry skin, it will become even drier and begin to peel off. On the contrary, if the owner of oily skin uses cosmetics created for dry skin, an oily sheen will appear on her face, and acne may also occur. If you are in doubt about determining your skin type, consult a specialist. It is necessary to know your skin type to carry out any cosmetic procedures at home.
    • Masks must be age appropriate. For the care of aging skin, anti-wrinkle treatments will be ineffective. On the other hand, it is undesirable to use strong products from a young age, since then the skin will become “lazy”, so in adulthood it will be more difficult to choose effective cosmetics.
    • Nourishing masks must be done regularly. At the age of 25–35 years, the frequency of procedures is once a week; at the age of 35–45 years, nourishing masks are recommended to be done twice as often, and after 45 years – every other day.
    • You need to know that making nourishing masks does not make sense at any time of the day. Experts have found that cell regeneration occurs in our body at night, from approximately 10 pm to 4 am. It is at this time that nourishing masks will be most effective. If you need to go to bed early, masks can also be done earlier, but still later than 19 hours, otherwise their effect will be zero. One more thing needs to be taken into account: after removing the mask, there should be at least 30 minutes left before going to bed.
    • Before applying the mask, the skin must be thoroughly cleansed: at a minimum, wash with a suitable product, and ideally, carry out an exfoliation procedure.
