First, use scissors to cut a wide satin ribbon into dozens of identical pieces. We take each part and clamp it with tweezers, process it over a burning candle.

In this way we make a couple of dozen satin tubes.

Then we prepare the bows. To do this, glue together an organza ribbon as in the photo. This can be done not with hot glue, but with glue for glass and ceramics. Then we glue another bow made of thin satin ribbon to the resulting bow. Then another bow made of satin ribbon.

After this we prepare our decorations. To do this, you need to use pliers to bite off the clasps and stems from earrings or buttons, depending on what you decide to choose. The end must be sharpened with a file.

After we have prepared all the elements, take a thin satin ribbon and wrap it around a thick candle and thin candles. The ribbons are attached at the beginning and end with glue for glass and ceramics.

I only glued a bow and part of a long decoration onto thin candles.
