    24.11.2023

    Class hour "Resist aggression"

    Target: prevention of aggressive behavior

    Tasks:

    • preventing and overcoming aggressive, conflict behavior of adolescents;
    • developing a sense of empathy, the ability to assess the situation and behavior of others;
    • learning “non-directional” ways to overcome one’s own negative emotions, states and techniques for regulating mental balance.

    Participants: students in grades 3-4

    Progress of the lesson

Part I. Participants sit in the hall on chairs..

We talk a lot about health, but often about the physical side of it, but mental health is also important. Mental health is the basis for successful personal development.

Today we will talk about aggression, try to understand this serious problem, and determine the causes and consequences of aggressive behavior.

    What is aggression?

Aggression is behavior or action aimed at causing physical or mental harm to others. (Video with situations of an aggressive nature).

Fights are a consequence of human aggression. Let's think about how an aggressive state and an aggressive action differ from each other?
An aggressive state is accompanied by an emotional state of anger, hostility, hatred, etc.

Aggressive action is expressed in the direct aggressive act of causing harm to another person: insults, bullying, fights, beatings, etc.

Aggressive behavior and actions can vary in severity - from mild, unintentional and accidental to severe and intentional. The child shouts an offensive nickname, fights or bites his opponent hard. All this is aggression, although in different forms. This definition does not include accidental collisions between children in classrooms or unintentional impacts on sports fields.

    But it is suitable for:

    • assault;
    • direct insults, including “innocent” pulling of girls’ pigtails;
    • "teasers" and "name-callers" that violate the dignity of

    Discussion.

IIPart. Let's talk about how a person shows his aggressiveness?

    What reasons provoke your aggressiveness?

What do you think are the consequences of aggressive behavior?

Conversation about fights. Talk about ways to avoid fights.

    Memo

If you witness a fight between classmates, we suggest:

    1. Find out the reason for the quarrel, try to explain to the guys that this is not a reason for a fight.
    2. Persuade the fighters to continue analyzing the relationship at the next break (there is hope that the guys will forget the offense and make peace, and during this time you can offer the teacher or psychologist to help them in reconciliation).
    3. Talk about the possible consequences (moral and physical injuries).
    4. If the above methods do not help, call a teacher.

If you are angry with the actions of a classmate and want to hit him, then we suggest the following:

    1. Relieve tension with:

    • counts up to 10;
    • washing hands.
    • expander, balls, pillow if you are at home;
    • punching bag if you are in the gym.

    3. Go to a psychologist.

    4. Think about the possible consequences and try to prevent them from becoming real.

If you get pulled into a fight:

    1. Turn the conflict into a joke.
    2. Step aside.
    3. Enter the classroom.
    4. Don't attack first.

Convey your feelings to the offender using the following words:

    - "I'm angry and angry, but I refuse to fight with you."

    - “I am outraged by your behavior.”

    - “Get away from me, I don’t want to talk to you.”

    - “I see that you want to drag me into a fight, am I right?”

Part III. Every person in his life must ask himself the following questions: “Why did I come into this world? What can I do to change it for the better? Is it good, is it comfortable for those around me to be with me?”

It should be noted that aggression does not always have the goal of causing harm to others. It can manifest itself as self-defense. It is sometimes needed to protect one’s needs, property, rights, satisfy personal desires, develops knowledge, and encourages the necessary competition.

But, more often than not, aggression is behavior that causes pain; it leads to emotional conflicts and forms rough character traits.

    Are you often aggressive?

Try now to answer the question “Am I ready to give up aggressive behavior now?”

We will place our answers on the “Tree of Goodness”. If you are ready to give up aggressive behavior, attach apples to the crown of the tree; if you understand that aggressive behavior is untenable, but are not quite ready to give it up yet, attach flowers (apples will definitely grow from them); if you think that aggression is necessary, then avoid it no need to get rid of it - attach the leaves.

Part IV. Have any of you tried to draw aggression? What does she look like? How can it be depicted?

On the tables is everything you need for drawing - try to throw out your aggression on paper.

    Drawing (music)

How did you feel when you were drawing? Reveal your feelings.

You are now convinced that you can throw out your aggression without venting on the people around you.

Part V There are different ways to overcome aggression, I will introduce you to them.

When you feel bad, when anger tries to break out like an unbridled monster, when you want to get rid of the frightening effects of resentment, suspicion, irritation, imagine a candle in the flame of which everything bad burns out. Listen to the sound of water, open the tap, imagine how the water washes away all the anger and aggression, cleansing your soul.

Turn on some nice music, look at your favorite photos or enjoy

    pictures of nature.

Exercises to remove negativity and aggressiveness:

    • breathing on a count of 5 - 5 - 5 (inhale - pause - exhale)
    • candle
    • a ball with wishes, kind words - say something good to your neighbor, pass the ball, holding the thread in your hand. Pull the thread, close your eyes, feel like one, feel the warmth of a reliable friendly shoulder. Each of you is important and valuable in this life!

And now I suggest you get rid of the aggression that you splashed out on paper. You will tear up your piece of paper and throw it in the trash, saying goodbye to your aggression and anger without regret.

Game "Zoo". Now I will give you cards with various animals written on them. You will have to do two things at the same time: firstly, give a sound signal characteristic of this animal, and secondly, hear who else is screaming the same way and flock with him. As soon as I see that everyone has already separated, I will stop the stopwatch and check what is written on your cards. Cards: dog, cat, goose.

    Part VI. Reflection.

What new did you learn today? What have you learned? What do you remember and like? What conclusions can you draw?

Before leaving, I want to tell you one more parable.

“Once upon a time, an old Indian revealed one vital truth to his grandson.

There is a struggle in every person, very similar to the struggle of two wolves.

One wolf represents evil - envy, jealousy, rudeness, aggression. Another wolf represents goodness - peace, love, loyalty, compassion.

The little Indian, touched to the depths of his soul by his grandfather’s words, thought for a few moments, and then asked:

Which wolf wins in the end?

The old Indian smiled and replied:

The wolf you feed always wins.”

I really want that after our lesson, you have no doubt about which wolf in you you need to feed!

Thank you all for your cooperation! Good luck and success in overcoming aggression!

    Fairy Tale app

Once upon a time there lived a little fish, Rebbe Noki. She lived in the eastern seas, where all the fish were very wise and self-absorbed. And even the water in these seas did not boil or boil in whirlpools; there was almost always a calm and flat surface. Rebbe Noki’s little fish would have lived like this and would not have known sorrow, but one day she heard a new word, “aggression.” The fish didn’t know what this word meant, but she became very interested. And she turned to the oldest sage in her sea - “sage, tell me what “aggression” is. But the sage only waved his tail in response and said nothing. And then the little fish Rebbe-Noki decided to go in search of someone who would tell her what “aggression” is.

How long does it take, but the little fish of Rebbe Noki swam to the southern seas. She swam and was stupefied. The water in these seas was constantly seething, all the fish were rushing from side to side, it was impossible to understand anything. She wanted to address the fish swimming past her, but as soon as she opened her mouth, she immediately received a good blow. Rebbe Noki’s little fish didn’t even have time to get scared, he was just very surprised. But other fish around began to give her blows. And stronger and stronger. And more and more. Until Rebbe Noki's poor little fish fell exhausted to the very bottom. When she caught her breath and her bruises stopped hurting, she slowly swam away from the southern seas, because no one here would answer her question about what “aggression” was.

Soon the fairy tale is told, but not soon the deed is done. After some time, a fish swam to the northern seas. And when it was swimming up, the little fish of Rebbe Noki noticed that the water in these seas did not move at all. It’s as if it froze many centuries ago, and it still stands there. And the fish around her were somehow motionless. She wanted to swim to one, but it immediately swam away in the other direction. She saw another, but only turned towards her and then swam away. For a long time the little fish Rebbe-Noki tried to swim to at least one fish from the northern seas, but she never succeeded - all the fish swam quickly away from her. Rebbe Noki’s little fish despaired and swam away from the northern seas, because no one would answer her question about what “aggression” was.

Once a year and two years, and another year, the little fish of Rebbe Noki swam to the western seas. And so she liked it there, the water in these seas flowed forward from the right side, and backward from the left. There was such a beautiful order in it. All the fish swam evenly, evenly, as if lined up on a line. Rebbe-Noki’s little fish was delighted - here they will tell her everything about “aggression”. But as soon as she swam up to the last fish in a beautiful formation and opened her mouth to ask her question, the big blue fish immediately flew at her and pushed her inside the formation. “Swim smoothly, swim smoothly,” that’s all they said. Rebbe Noki’s little fish tried to tell them that she was here as a guest, she just swam to ask them about “aggression.” But no one listened to her and she had to swim in this formation for a long time, until one night, under the cover of darkness, she managed to swim away from the western seas, because no one would answer her question about what “aggression” was.

The little fish Rebbe-Noki returned sadly to his home in the eastern seas. She was unable to find an answer to her question, what “aggression” is. And she became so lonely that she swam up to the oldest sage in her sea and wanted to give him a good blow. But when she had already swung all her fins, the oldest sage in the eastern seas opened his eyes and asked the little fish Rebbe Noki - “what is “aggression”, little fish?” She became embarrassed, lowered her fins and turned away from the old sage himself. And when she was already swimming away, the little fish Rebbe-Noki heard a quiet whisper - “look for the answer in yourself, look for the answer in yourself.” (Showing a fairy tale)

What did you understand from this fairy tale? What did you like?

    PROGRESS OF THE CLASS
    1. INTRODUCTION.
The modern world is very active, changing quickly, life values and moral standards are changing. People with increased anxiety, irritability, and aggressiveness are becoming increasingly common.
Today we will talk about the aggression and cruelty of adolescents, antisocial behavior, we will try to understand these serious problems, we will determine the causes and consequences of the aggressive behavior of adolescents towards each other. I ask everyone to express their point of view, enter into a discussion, prove their opinion.
    What is aggression?
Aggression is behavior or action aimed at causing physical or mental harm to others.
    2.WATCHING THE VIDEO
(A video from the Internet in which a group of girls beats a classmate is shown by representatives of the Center for Social Assistance to Family and Children)

    3. DISCUSSION OF THE VIDEO
How did the video make you feel?
How do you feel towards the offenders and the victim?
Do you admit that the victim herself is to blame for the current situation?
    What motivates teenagers?
Have you found yourself in such a situation? And if so, in what role?
    4. CONVERSATION: teenage cruelty, its forms, causes, consequences,
    responsibility.
What is happening to us? Why do parents fear for the health and lives of their children? Why is cruelty becoming the norm in our time?

Teenage cruelty manifests itself not only in physical violence against peers, but also in moral violence.
    Types of aggressive reactions:
Physical aggression is specific physical actions directed against a person or causing harm to objects.

Verbal aggression - expressed in verbal form

Indirect aggression – indirect aggression (rumours, gossip, etc.)

Auto-aggression - expressed in causing damage to oneself

Teenage cruelty throughout the world is acquiring horrifying forms and proportions: schoolchildren shoot classmates; they beat up their peers by filming the action on a mobile phone and posting the video on the Internet; drive classmates to suicide.. In almost every team there are rejected children, and the attitude towards them can be completely different: from ignoring to humiliation and bullying, which sometimes lead children to suicide. When bullying such a child, teenagers do not think about what this might lead to. And everyone who is friends with an outcast automatically loses authority in the class. You can improve your attitude by letting them cheat, but this is until the first refusal, and then you become an outcast again.
The weaker one will become the victim.
Aggression is something that poisons the lives of many. And even when they simply don’t communicate with you much in class, it seems like nothing compared to the constant ridicule and insults. Some get away with a verbal attack, while others are targeted with heavier artillery: spitting, hitting, staining clothes with chalk, tripping them, bathing in the toilet.
    5. WORK IN GROUPS.
What are the reasons for aggression and cruelty in the school community? (work in groups)
    Family reasons
Indifference or hostility on the part of parents, disrespect for the child's personality, excessive or lack of control, prohibition of physical activity, denial of the right to personal freedom.
    Personal reasons
Dissatisfaction with oneself, desire to assert oneself, increased irritability.
    Situational reasons
Poor health, overwork, food influence, media influence.
    So, let's summarize
And now I propose to vote. Please choose the reason that you consider most important.
    Teenage aggression is
    A way to get attention.
    Consequences of improper upbringing.
The school and society are to blame.

    12.RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CONFLICT PREVENTION.
    How to overcome conflicts?
How to avoid becoming a victim of conflict?
How to avoid exposing others to your own aggression and cruelty? Why is it wrong to be cruel to others?
It is impossible to live in a society without contradictions; people will always have different views, tastes and preferences. But these contradictions cannot be led to conflicts. To maintain mental, mental and physical health, you need to learn how to prevent conflicts, and if a conflict has already flared up, you need to be able to get out of it.
Tolerance is the willingness to recognize and accept the behavior and views of other people that differ from one’s own.
If you are an aggressive person and do not know how to control yourself, go to the martial arts section. Learn to control yourself and your emotions.
Organize regular physical activity. After good training, uncontrollable aggression does not happen.
Have a full rest. If you sleep 2 hours a day, there is no question of managing yourself. You don’t have enough resources for this, your body is tired, working at the limit and is not able to take care of limiting its aggressiveness. Provide your body with decent rest.
Practice quiet presence. How does the surface of the lake react to the environment? No way: it just reflects that’s all. The same goes for you - train yourself to simply perceive what is happening around you and not react in any way to what is happening.
    Develop a positive worldview.
    13.What is drug addiction?
Drug addiction is one of the most terrible curses of the human race. This is slow suicide, this is a conscious, voluntary destruction of one’s life, will, mind, and abilities.
Drug addiction (Greek nagke - numbness, numbness + mania - madness, insanity) is a disease associated with the use of narcotic drugs and manifests itself in an irresistible attraction to them.
Drugs are the scourge of our time!!!
A person who uses psychoactive substances becomes a drug addict. The drug makes him do not what a reasonable person needs, but what he needs.
A person begins to lie (to others and to himself), steal (at home and from strangers), becomes unnecessary and lazy. The drug begins to control a person’s actions, thoughts, and behavior. A person falls out of life. Having fallen ill, a person begins to live according to the rules of the disease.
A drug addict always has joyless feelings: shame, guilt, resentment, anger, self-pity, vindictiveness, loneliness, fear. They often lead to suicide.
You are, I am, he is,
And everyone has their own life.
And her price is dignity and honor,
There is an age of transitional years,
No matter how difficult it may be.
    For many the dawn begins,
    And someone plunges into darkness.
You are, I am, he is,
Only together can we stop evil
And maintain dignity in order to live.
    Prevalence of drug addiction.
Drug addiction is widespread almost all over the world. The rate of spread of drug addiction forced the then US President R. Nixon to officially declare in 1971: “If we do not destroy the advance of drugs, then drugs will destroy us.”
A similar situation developed in other leading Western countries. The weekly Express published a disturbing chart a few years ago. In 1974, only one person died from “overdose” (too strong a dose of the drug). In 1975 - already 11, after another 4 years - 129, in 1980 - 207, in 1984 - 392.
The main population of drug addicts are boys and girls aged 16–20. And those who are just starting to “dabble” with marijuana may be 12 years old.
All researchers and experts on drug addiction problems agree that the “white death” is dangerous primarily for young people and children.
The famous American journalist Rod Christophsen writes:
“I have never met a chronic drug addict over the age of 30. The fact is that if a person starts using drugs at the age of eighteen and by the age of twenty becomes a “chronic”, that is, needs daily consumption of his doping, he has practically no chance of living to thirty, even if before the start of his addiction he was athletic and the best player on his baseball team.” Childhood drug addiction is another nightmare of the modern world.
In recent years, a wave of drug addiction has swept our country.
More and more young people, teenagers, and children are becoming victims of the “white death.”

    14.Drug addiction in Russia.
The problem of drug addiction affects about 30 million people, i.e. almost every fifth resident of the country.
Today in Russia there is not a single region left where cases of drug use or their distribution have not been recorded.
The average age of initiation into drugs in Russia is 15-17 years, but cases of primary drug use by children aged 11-13 have become more frequent.
    15. Conducting the activator game “Pyramid”.
    - I will choose one of you. He will go to the middle and invite the other two to join him. Those two will each choose two more players, etc. Thus, each invitee must invite two more people.
The game ends when there is no one left who is still sitting in his place.
The guys line up in a “pyramid”.
    - Look how little time it took you to get everyone present out of their seats!
Drug addiction is spreading at the same speed, like an epidemic. Every person knows what terrible grief drugs bring. But why are there more and more drug addicts?
    16. CAUSES of drug addiction.
    (Speech by PDN employee)
A characteristic feature of adolescence that contributes to drug addiction is increased suggestibility, a tendency to group and imitate actions.

WHO experts say that among young people who use drugs, the following motives most often operate:
    1. Satisfying curiosity. 75.3% of all drug users first tried them out of imitation or curiosity. Many teenagers try drugs without considering drug addiction as something reprehensible. Those. They don’t even imagine the danger that drug addiction poses.
    2. Imitation. When a teenager finds himself in a company, he is usually guided by the behavior of the company leader. And if someone from the company, and especially the leader, uses drugs, the teenager tries to try them too. Thus, he seems to assert his belonging to this group. Almost 1/3 of teenagers who tried a drug or intoxicant for the first time did so by imitating their authorities.
    3. The collapse of ideals and spiritual and moral guidelines. Lack of ideas and lack of spirituality are the fertile soil on which many human vices take root, including drug addiction.
What's the worst thing about drug addiction?
Drug addicts realize too late that they are not just “indulging in drugs”, but can no longer live without them.
As a result, physical dependence forces you to use drugs regularly, without giving any respite. A drug addict himself experiences such a marathon very hard.
Sensitivity to the drug is constantly decreasing, the patient has to take a dose 200 times more than the original.
No one should have to say to themselves, “I can just try this or that drug and nothing bad will happen.”
    17. Game “Drugs and Addicts”:
The game participants are divided into two equal groups. The first group sits on chairs in a circle - these will be drug addicts. The second group stands behind the chairs of the members of the first group - these are drugs or the mafia. One chair in the circle is free, there is a person behind it - this is freedom from dependence. The game is played according to the “flashing lights” principle. Freedom winks at any drug addict from the circle and he must run to her chair. The goal of the mafia is to keep its victim. You can only hold drug addicts by their shoulders. When a drug addict resorts to freedom from addiction, it must be explained that freedom for the drug addict is a temporary thing and now he is again in the chains of addiction, and freedom becomes the person who let the drug addict go.
(During the game, it becomes clear which drugs are called soft (if someone easily misses their drug addict), and which are hard.)
After the game, they discuss what was easier: holding the victim, escaping from the hands of the mafia, or winking? The first and second groups have their own problems (with health, with the law), and those who winked ended up in a better situation.
I wish you to wink and smile throughout your life, and not fall into the circle of addiction.
    18. Truth and lies about drugs
Opinion: “Drugs are used by strong and talented people!”
Fact: “All of them, even if they were such, very soon changed, and all
    about the same"
Opinion: “Drugs make a person free!”
Fact: “The drug addict is absolutely free from all the joys of life.”
Opinion: “Drugs can be “seriously” and “not seriously” - you can always refuse”
Fact: “You can only refuse once - the first time”
Opinion: “Drugs, like an adventure novel, relieve you of the everyday life”
Fact: “This is absolutely true, but, unfortunately, often along with life!”
Opinion: “Drugs help solve life’s problems!”
Fact: “The approach: “What I don’t see is not there!” can hardly be called a solution! Exactly like this
and how drug addicts approach life"
What makes young people voluntarily take this poison?
    - The man did not find the answer to the question that tormented him...
    - His closest friends did not understand him
    - Your beloved girl or guy has gone to your best friend!
    - You saw blatant injustice and became disappointed in everything...
    - The world is ruled by evil and it seems to you that no one and nothing can change anything...
    - There is a dead end ahead, and you don’t see a way out of it...
Look at how many reasons there are to be upset, but is it worth being upset? “Morning always comes after a dark night.” You just need to endure the difficult time. Therefore, we can say that the person who risked trying drugs did so not out of great intelligence, but from a lack of willpower. But it’s better not to learn from your mistakes!
The drug hits without a miss.
What are the reasons for drug use?
It's easier to communicate this way
    For company
    Reluctance to appear “weak”
Strength is not in trying and being like everyone else, but in refusing and showing your individuality and uniqueness.
    From grief
    Forget yourself
    From pain
Take your mind off your problems
Drugs provide relief from problems, but only for a very short time, and soon they become an even bigger problem. Problems are growing like a snowball. (Where to get money, drugs? Loss of friends. Problems with parents. Where to live? Loss of health.) Opportunity to experience new sensations
    For energy
The sad fate of those who tried to replace the work of the soul or stimulate it by using drugs - Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, Mikhail Bulgakov, Marodonna, the lead singer of Ivanushka International.
To be more mature and cooler
    Desire to leave parental care
A drug addict falls into a terrible addiction from which there is no escape.
    Do you need drugs?
Do you want to turn your body into a place of accumulation of toxic waste? People who use drugs pollute the most important area on our planet - the human body.

Drug addicts die from an overdose or as a result of destruction of the body. Despite these facts, their number is growing. Why? You've probably heard the opinion that in this life you need to try everything. But besides opinions, there are also facts. Therefore, it’s easier to give up the first time than to try to do it all your life!
The addict loses all control over himself, the will is paralyzed. There is an official name for this pathology: “brake failure.” The patient rushes into the abyss and does not notice it.
Here is one of the case histories of such a person:
-He's been smoking for a long time. I smoked especially heavily on that ill-fated day, when I stood on the ninth floor balcony and got high, looking down at the pavement. The doctor wrote down from the patient’s words in the medical history: “I looked down and kept thinking: I wonder what will happen to me if I throw myself. Do I have the willpower to step over the railing and go back... Will I be able to hold a child in my outstretched arms and not let go.” To “test” himself, he took the sleeping child out of the crib and carried it out onto the balcony. He held it for a minute or two with his arms outstretched. And he threw it onto the pavement. The brakes didn't work.
There are hardly any other problems in medicine in which doctors felt their powerlessness so acutely than in the problem of drug addiction. To date, no drug addiction treatment method has been developed that guarantees at least a 10% success rate.
It should also be said that there has never been a case where a drug addict could be saved from the desire for drugs against his will.
It is impossible to cure it with medical methods alone.
And often it is not detoxification, nor psychotherapy, nor hypnosis that saves a drug addict, but the acquisition of faith in the possibility of life without drugs and the presence of a person nearby who instills this faith.
Drug addiction is a terrible thing, and in its destructive power it is probably incomparable to anything else.
    19. How to say “no!” to drugs
More and more people are realizing that the risks are extremely high, and drugs can completely cripple their lives. Millions of people around the world say NO to drugs! Here are some of the ways to help you do the same.
It is known that people who use drugs want to involve others in it.
Beware of pressure from people telling you to try drugs. These could be distributors of the “potion”, hired by drug traffickers, with the goal of involving more and more users in drug addiction.
Avoid common pitfalls that may lead you to drug use
Parties where drinking alcohol is a prerequisite for socializing.
When you are in the company of someone you don't know very well.
Examples of ready-made answers to help resist pressure tactics:
If you loved me...? - If you cared about me, you wouldn’t have offered me this.
Don't spoil my mood, it's just entertainment - I'm not going to interfere (spoil) your joy, you do it yourself.
Everyone does it - Are we the same as everyone else?
It won't cause you any harm - I won't touch it under any circumstances.
Simple ways to say NO to an offer to try a drug.
Say a resounding NO and, to avoid unnecessary arguments, leave immediately.
Pretend you don't understand what's going on.
Apologize and then offer more acceptable alternatives.
As soon as you feel something is wrong, change the topic of conversation.
Make a joke about the drug being offered to you - humor will help reduce the situation to a joke.
Act bewildered (you're simply shocked) that your friend could offer you this.
Respond with pressure to pressure - repel the attack.
    Live happily without drugs!
Don't let anyone infringe on your right to personal choice!
Lead an active lifestyle - exercise is the best natural way to get pleasure.
Say yes to health and wellness.
Turn your gaze to nature - start to show more attention and interest in nature and the world around you, enjoy it all.
Discover previously unknown aspects of life - develop a creative approach to life.
Life is Beautiful! Learn to rejoice and enjoy it.
Use music - play musical instruments, sing, (if you know how) compose music and perform it.
Relax naturally instead of using drugs.
Express your feelings - write letters, compose poetry, prose.
Helping other people is the best way to get satisfaction from life.
Make your city/region a better place
Tidy up and clean instead of littering.
Become an expert in any field - find a hobby, read, broaden your horizons.
Improve your skills and strive for new heights.
Travel around the world - start with your country.
    Feel like a self-actualized person
    Strive to improve your self-esteem
Learn to appreciate true success in life
Strive for what has eternal values
Develop the mentality of a winner, not a loser.
Give yourself a chance to become who you see yourself in your dreams!
    20. Conclusion.
Nature has created everything to make a person happy. Trees, bright sun, clean water, fertile soil. And us people - strong, beautiful, healthy, intelligent. A person is born for happiness, and it seems that there is no place in his soul for an evil spirit and base vice.
    We were born to live
Maybe we shouldn't destroy the planet?
There is a better answer than “yes”,
Let's say, guys, no to drugs!

Every person in his life must ask himself the following questions: “Why did I come into this world? What can I do to change it for the better? Is it good, is it comfortable for those around me to be with me?”
At the end of the lesson, I turn to the words of Omar Khayyam:
“Don’t make others angry and don’t be angry yourself -
We are guests in this mortal world.
And if something goes wrong, accept it,
    Be smart and smile.
    Think with a cold head
After all, everything is natural in the world:
    The evil you emitted
He will definitely come back to you."
I really want you to remain tolerant and socially moral people after our lesson!
Thank you all for your cooperation! Good luck and success in overcoming aggression!

    got.

I hand out the graph, everyone puts a dot, then the student connects on the board.

    7. And in conclusion, I invite you to listen to a parable.

    Cultivating respect for each other.

    Progress of the class hour.

(on the slide the beginning of the sentence: it is impossible to live...)

Teacher: What do you think is impossible to live without?

(children: without family, friends, mother, etc.)

Teacher: Look at the continuation of the phrase: It is impossible to live without fights.

    Do you agree with this?

Raise your hands if you have ever hit someone. So it’s impossible without fighting?

    How to avoid fights?

(children's answers are recorded on the board)

Uch. I think that everyone guessed that today we will talk about fights, or rather, about how to avoid them. First, let's find out what a fight is.

A fight is mutual beating caused by a quarrel or scandal.

And after a fight, are there those who remain satisfied?

(We consider the consequences of fights)

Teacher: Let's play writers. Let's divide into two teams: the first is realist writers who come up with what might actually happen. And the second ones are science fiction writers. I read the beginning of the story, and you come up with its continuation.

    1. Kolya came to class at the beginning of the second quarter. On the very first day I managed to fight with Misha over a chair. The guys decided...

    2. During recess, Kolya accidentally pushed Misha. Misha in response...

    3. Kolya took Misha’s pen too. Nikita saw all this and...

Teacher: And now, after hard work, I suggest you relax a little and listen to poetry. Which, by the way, also relate to our lesson.

1st student:. One day two goats had a fight on the lawn,

They fought for fun, not out of spite.

One of them quietly kicked his friend,

Another of them quietly butted a friend,

One kicked his friend a little harder,

Another kicked his friend a little harder,

One got excited, kicked as hard as he could,

Another one caught him under the belly with his horns.

Who is right and who is wrong is a confusing question,

But the goats fight not as a joke, but seriously.

I remembered this fight when in front of me

During a school break, a similar battle broke out.

    2 student. SONCHKA.
    Touch her by accident -
    Immediately: - Guard!
    Olga Nikolaevna,
    He pushed me!
    Oh, I pricked myself! -
    Sonya's voice is heard. -
I got something in my eye
    I'll complain about you!
    At home again complaints:
    -My head hurts:
    I would lie down
    Mom doesn't order.
    The boys agreed:
    - We will open an account:
    Let's count the complaints -
How much will it be per year?
    Sonechka was scared.

    And sits quietly.

    3 student. OFFENDERS.
    Me and my neighbor Galka
    They wrote insults.
    The offensive time will come,
And we have it ready for future use:
    I'll tell her you're a crow
And to me you are a wood grouse.
    I'll tell her - pasta,
And to me you are a cracker.
    I am her mouse!
She's like a rat to me!
    Rack!
    What did we do?
    Why do we need insults?
    We stand and think:
We are completely different from Galka
    We never offend!

Teacher: Thank you for these instructive poems. Now let's play this game. There are mugs of different colors on the table in front of you. I name the situation, and you raise the red circle if the first expression suits you, the black circle – the second.

Your little brother broke your toy.

    1. You forgive him.
    2. You hit him.

You had a fight with your sister.

    1. You will try to explain yourself to her.
    2. You take offense and take revenge.

      They treat you cruelly.

    1. You respond in kind.
    2. You say no and try to get help.

      You're unhappy with yourself.

    1. You say that there are no people without shortcomings.
    2. You blame everything on others.

You don't feel like going for a walk with your loved ones.

      You're throwing a tantrum.
      2. You go for a walk with them.

Teacher: Now look at specific tips on how to avoid fights.

If you are angry with the actions of a classmate and you want to hit him, then we suggest doing the following:

      Relieve tension by counting to 10;

      Washing or washing hands;

      Directing aggression towards an inanimate object (expander, balls, pillow, punching bag, etc.);

Direct aggression in the other direction: show care and mercy to your neighbors.

Realize the consequences and try to prevent them from becoming real.

If you find yourself in a fight, we would like to recommend:

      Step away from this person and go into the classroom;

Tell the offender how you feel at the moment:

I'm angry, but I refuse to fight you.

    I'm outraged by your behavior.

Get away from me, I don't want to talk to you.

I see that you want to drag me into a fight, am I right?

      Don't attack first;

Turn the conflict into a joke.

    Summarizing.

The ability to make friends and communicate with people must be learned from childhood. You cannot be indifferent to the grief of others, you must always remember that a person lives once on Earth, so you need to do good every day and be tolerant of the surrounding reality.

Mercy - active kindness expressed in action. If you have the desire to hit someone again, stop and remember that your energy and activity can be directed to helping the weak and defenseless. "Do good"

Reflection. In the end, I would like to say that our class is a small family. And I would like kindness, respect, mutual understanding to always reign in our family, and there would be no quarrels or swearing. What is needed for this?

Every human action has a result.

The result of actions should be positive.

    Watch your actions.

On the tables you have emoticons, one is happy and the other is sad. If you liked our lesson and you felt good, attach a happy one to the sun, and if you were sad and not interested, then attach a sad one.

There are different ways to live in life:
    It is possible in sorrow and in joy;
Eat on time, drink on time,
    Do nasty things on time.
    Or you can do this:

    Get up at dawn
    And, thinking about a miracle,
    With a burnt hand

    Get the sun
    And give it to people.
