• Tatyana Grafova latest news, rumors, gossip. Artem Zhukov about Tanya Grafova: “She hopes to bring me back. New member Tanya’s children have died

    02.01.2024

Yesterday, of her own free will, Alesya Klochko decided to leave Project House 2, and Kristina Labzina was kicked out for theft. Due to the fact that two places became available at once, Olga Orlova gathered the guys at the front office and announced an unscheduled arrival. Meet...

Lyubov Gavrilina from Tashkent, 23 years old. He is engaged in the agricultural industry, this is their family business. I came to Sergei Zakharyash. Lyuba thinks she has a chance. He considers the Seychelles wedding of Sergei and Lily to be fake. In the clearing, the girl likes Alexei Chaichits, but doesn’t like... Masha Kokhno. Love considers her too loud, incomprehensible, there is too much of her, and called Masha a useless mongrel. I don't like Joseph among the guys. She has a child, a 4-year-old boy. Gavrilina believes that she has spent enough time with the child, it’s time to arrange her personal life.

Yaroslav Chertkov from Moscow, 29 years old. Professional athlete, engaged in bodybuilding. He doesn’t want to go to the Seychelles, although he came to Mary Kuleshova. Another muscleman is going to fly to Mary - Simon and Olga Orlova asked the guys to demonstrate their pumped up muscles.

Tatyana Grafova from Lyubertsy. He plays football professionally, studies at the Faculty of Law, and wants to improve the football skills of Shtrikh - Andrey Denisov.

Makar Brelgin from Tyumen, 22 years old. He is a saxophonist and pianist, but he plays unprofessionally, although he has a musical education. I didn't take the saxophone with me. In Tyumen he was involved in exhibitions of contemporary art. Maria Kokhno was incredibly happy to come, but it turned out that the pianist did not come for her heart... Makar is attracted to 3 girls - Mary Kuleshova, Yulia Kudrya and Katya Kuznetsova. I read poems for Yulia.

A fraudster visited House-2 again. It turned out to be her. The participant was not at all a good girl on the project, so the team had a negative attitude towards her. The girl constantly staged some kind of provocations and practical jokes. Young people who wanted to build love with her abandoned her immediately on the second day. However, luck still smiled on the participant and the guy with whom she went to Love Island came to her.

In the Seychelles, Tatyana did not find happiness with this young man. She continued to behave rudely and unceremoniously. This behavior of the young girl caused condemnation from the audience at Dom-2, but Grafova won a special favor among the organizers. Characters of this format have always been interesting to the project. Moreover, the girl never refused to implement the editors’ intricate scenarios, even with the most obscene ideas. So the participant was sent to Love Island to create some buzz in the paradise and undergo a certain test before signing a long-term cooperation agreement with Dom-2.
However, for unknown reasons, Tatyana Grafova and the two young men with whom she arrived on the island left the set without explanation. The Seychelles team of House-2 was so confused that they did not know how to explain to the audience such a sudden disappearance of the participants.

The TV viewers of the project also guessed that something had happened. In the next episode of Love Island they did not show a single moment where Grafova and her gentlemen packed their bags and said goodbye to the guys. Later, she hinted that the guys were breaking the rules of House-2. The fact is that participants never leave the perimeter without permission, but Grafova dared to stumble. But the adventures don't end there...
Tatyana Grafova was unable to behave with dignity on the project and continues to cause mischief outside of it. The girl said that in the near future she would tell live the whole truth about the project and explain the true reasons for leaving.
The editors of the television program got ahead of Grafova and told everyone that she turned out to be a fraud. The girl deceived the hairdresser who gave her hair extensions. Grafova cost the stylist several thousand. The hairdresser begged for his money from the former participant for a long time, but never achieved anything. Therefore, in despair, I decided to turn to the journalists of the Dom-2 magazine for help.

Tanya Grafova is originally from Moscow. The girl was born on August 9, 1996. Grafova grew up in Lyubertsy. Since childhood I have been interested in football. Leads a healthy lifestyle and tries to eat right. She did not resort to plastic surgery.

After studying at school, I entered the capital’s university at the Faculty of Law. He makes a lot of efforts to get a higher education diploma.

Tatyana is the owner of not only a slender, athletic figure and beautiful natural appearance, but also great self-confidence. She knows for sure that she can win the heart of any man. The girl attracts the attention of men, but always tries to behave modestly.

He prefers to remain silent about his personal life before participating in House-2
. It is known that the girl was married, but at the time of joining the show she was single and had no children.

Grafova arrived at the television production site on September 26, 2017. The girl noted that she liked Shtrikh.

She is sure that they can be united not only by a common hobby - playing football, but also by something more. But first, Tanya noted that she wants to become a personal trainer for Andrey, and then she will see how to proceed as they communicate.

In the very first days of her stay at the television set, Tatyana had a small conflict. But Tanya quickly found a common language with the girls on the project and tries to maintain communication with them on a positive note.

She runs a page on the social network Instagram, but is not as active as her subscribers would like. The photo shows that Tatyana can be feminine and gentle, and not just athletic and independent, as she appeared before the participants of the Dom-2 project.

The last vote in House 2 was very tense. And not only because a long-standing dispute between and was being resolved. The situation with the project’s recruits was also difficult. Participants with experience showed blatant callousness, callousness and disregard for them. And he pointed this out himself. He stated that out of the three candidates (Lubov Gavrilina and Yaroslav Chertkov), the old people of House 2 chose the first - the most vulnerable and in need of help and support for the project. The presenter emphasized that the girl told everyone about her loss (the death of her children) and expressed hope that the project would help her forget about her grief. And the participants are so focused on themselves that they forgot about it! Or even completely missed it! And it was her name that was crossed out.

In a word, Andrei scolded the wards and left the poor thing on the show in order to help her recover from grief and find her love.
Everything seemed to work out beautifully. And I think I wasn’t the only one who was brought to tears. But some facts did not allow me personally to be happy for the girl and praise the “kind presenters.” Maybe it's not about kindness at all, huh? Maybe we shouldn’t have used good intentions to cover up the flaws in the work of the casting service? Maybe they left Tatyana after all because people are disastrously fleeing the project?

    Let's find out!

Firstly, why did Andrei Cherkasov lie? He said before the voting began: “Out of the five new girls who came, only three remain!” However, it is not. If we talk about the last parish, there were four candidates: Tatyana Grafova, Lyubov Gavrilina, Yaroslav Chertkov and Makar Brelgin. If we take into account the unscheduled ones (Karina Kupryakova and Natalia Iseeva), who came two days earlier, then six. And there are actually three left.

Secondly, why didn’t the presenter initially say that there would be no voting? After all, according to a law recently established, half of those who come are usually left after a week. If two girls and two guys came, they voted against one girl and one guy, right? Taking into account the fact that Lera Frost supposedly “saved” (but in fact had agreed with her superiors in advance!), and Makar Brelgin left quietly on his own initiative, exactly half remained at the time of voting. Consequently, it would be reckless to kick anyone else out - there are always not enough people on the site.

    Best regards, LiluRose!

The petite girl Tatyana set a world record in deadlift. This is surprising because she never had a trainer, and she learned the exercise technique on YouTube.

    By tradition: briefly about yourself

32 years old, 155 cm, 53 kg, 83/64/88. Master of Sports in powerlifting, international master of sports in deadlift, winner of championships and cups of Moscow and Russia in deadlift and powerlifting, holder of the European and world record for individual deadlift.

Tell me how you started studying? What mistakes did you make in the gym?

Let's start with the fact that I was never an absolute beginner, since I rarely skipped physical education and first went to the gym in the 10th grade, when the school brought a multifunctional exercise machine for girls and free weights for boys.

I already knew the joy of soreness while my classmates were doing step aerobics. Over the next 15 years, I started training in gyms five or six times, but my training was absolutely chaotic and illiterate. At first I ran from machine to machine without any clearly defined program, interspersed with cardio and gluteus maximus massage. (“Zozhnik” Googled for you – these are “buttocks”), in the hope of reducing them.

I pumped up my abs and did triceps extensions in the hope of local fat burning, in short, everything that most beginners do in the gym. In my defense, I can note that in those days there was no Internet, and I simply did not have access to information, unlike modern-day would-be fitness enthusiasts.

Of course, it should be noted that I perceived the word “diet” exclusively as a dirty word. It is not surprising that all my attempts ended on average after six months, since I had no results, although they were resumed again after a couple of years. Already in the 2000s, I tried to do typical bodybuilding programs, drank protein and L-carnitine, even trying to count calories by eye, but the result was the same - a complete lack of the desired result.

My last return to the gym happened in November 2010, when I had overfed so much over the summer that I could no longer fit into my regular wardrobe and I was faced with the question: either go to work out and sew my mouth shut, or buy clothes a size larger. I chose the hall, since a new wardrobe could be described as complete surrender and the beginning of the end. And this time, the attempt can be considered the most successful, since I still haven’t stopped practicing and finally achieved the desired result in the mirror.

I went to my first powerlifting competition exactly a year ago, after looking at the standards and making sure that I could fulfill at least the CCM standard. At the same time, I never set myself the task of expressing myself in this sport; for me, competitions are like another training session with singles: I still don’t specifically train for competitions, unlike most powerlifters.

    Who is your coach?

I don’t have a coach, I train on my own all the way. And I learned the technique exclusively from YouTube videos; no one taught it to me. Although, to be honest, I think that having a coach would improve my results, since it allows the athlete to turn off his head, not pay attention to technique, not think about anything, concentrating solely on the result.

But, firstly, in the foreseeable environment I have no worthy candidates for this position, and secondly, this imposes responsibility, which will most likely stress me out, and will take my powerlifting from a hobby to a more serious direction, and I don’t want that .

    Your approximate daily diet

I think KBZHU (calories, proteins, fats, carbohydrates – Zozhnik’s note), because I am sure that this is the surest way to regulate the condition of the body. During the week I eat at a slight deficit, which allows me to have a “cheat day” on the weekend, in which I can eat everything that I missed so much during the week, up to 3500 kcal.

With this diet, my average weekly/monthly caloric intake remains within the maintenance level, which allows me to stay in shape. In addition, I adhere to the IIFYM principle (if it fits your macros – eat it – “if it fits your calorie allowance, eat it”) and I can afford any food, including fast food, as long as it fits within the limits given by KBJU. I am not afraid of fast carbohydrates, white bread and potatoes (which, by the way, are the most complex carbohydrates), saturated fats, eating before bed, and I cringe at the phrase “empty calories”, since it only applies to one nutrient - alcohol, so how it contains calories in the absence of BJU.

However, by and large, I still try to eat “properly” with a sufficient amount of vegetables and whole grains in my diet, since the problem with “snacks” is that they quickly “fly by”, and satiety is soon replaced by a feeling of hunger .

    What supplements do you use?

I don’t use sports nutrition in my diet; moreover, I consider it a waste of money. I made this conclusion after I tried everything I could, sometimes without understanding why I needed it. This whole sports nutrition industry, in my opinion, has turned into a kind of fetish, an integral part of a healthy lifestyle.

Marketing suggests the need to take additional protein powder, claiming that this will somehow affect anabolic processes, and also that it is not realistic to get the required amount of protein from food. You need to understand that these statements are relevant only for professional athletes who use anabolic steroids, since their protein synthesis sharply increases and, accordingly, there is a need for huge doses of protein. For an ordinary athlete, such doses are absolutely unnecessary, and there are a number of studies on this.

I easily gain 2-2.5 grams of protein per kg of weight with regular food, and since I eat 3-4 types of protein a day (cottage cheese, eggs, fish, chicken, meat, don’t forget about vegetable protein), my diet contains all types of essential amino acids, which eliminates the need for me to take additional protein and amino acids in capsules.

I played enough with pre-workouts at one time, to the point of depression, and now they have a paradoxical effect on me, inhibiting the central nervous system instead of stimulating it. And I consider all these L-kartinins and other dietary supplements to be nothing more than a placebo.

At the moment, I only supplement with Omega 3 and vitamin E capsules.

Your sports uniform - sneakers and so on - what and why did you choose for yourself?

As soon as my form approached more or less presentable, I discovered the sports clothes maker within me. If, being overweight, I started going to the gym in some dirty pants and T-shirts from Decathlon, now my closet is filled with things for the gym from different brands. My latest loves are compression leggings from Reebok Crossfit and weightlifting bars from Adidas.

But overall, for strength training, I prefer Converce sneakers as they have a stable flat sole and are suitable for both squatting and deadlifting, allowing the foot to absorb natural shock.

By the way, I don’t use gloves, because I always smear my hands with liquid magnesium, which gives +100 to my grip and comfort during training.

    Tell me how you train

For the last year and a half, I’ve been doing Jim Wendler’s 5/3/1 program, and I don’t change it either during the fat burning period, or during the maintenance or mass gain period (which once again proves that it all comes down to diet). I will not describe it in detail, since it is fully posted on the Internet and if you wish, you can even find a translated version.

    Your fitness goals

Now I am preparing to compete at the Megapolis 2014 powerlifting competition of the AWPC federation, having collected an amount close to 305 kg in triathlon, which corresponds to the MSMK standard in the category up to 52 kg.

    What inspires you?

It's a fact that I'm starting to like myself in clothing store fitting rooms.

Your reference points (idols, or who you want to become)

I have no idols or authorities. Moreover, I think it’s stupid to look at all these “motivations”, dreaming of having a similar body. Firstly, you need to understand that all people are different, with different genetics and body types, and secondly, the vast majority of fitness models (both men and women) and winners of fitness competitions, and even bikinis, use to one degree or another anabolic steroids, their life is completely devoted to building their body and it is quite difficult to call their lifestyle and nutrition healthy. Even that small “pure” layer has a genetic predisposition, being mesomorphs.

List of favorite tracks for training

    Pain – Shut You Mouth

    Faith No More – Epic

    Fallbrawl – One Ton Deadlift

The Pretty Reckless – Far From Never

Last One Dying – Anthem Of The Lost

Give a couple of examples of ideal male bodies in your opinion

Your advice to those who want to start

If you can’t lose weight, count KBZHU, if you can’t gain weight, count KBZHU, don’t be afraid of carbohydrates at night, read ru_healthlife, and instead of buying clothes a size larger, buy a gym membership.
