    So our dolls need to be taken to the hospital for an appointment with a children's doctor (pediatrician)

Then they select: a nurse at the reception desk, patients with sick dolls (the teacher hands out toys to the children, asks them to have pity and calm them down, invites them to take a card at the reception desk and stand in line with the doctor so that he can help them.)And now we need to choose a very important role - this is a nurse, because she monitors the cleanliness of the entire hospital, her work is very important - after all, if they don’t clean the hospital, it will be unpleasant for visitors to come there.

    This plot of the game “Hospital” is intended for children of senior preschool age.

    Thematic role-playing game "Hospital"

    Game software content:

    · develop and enrich the plot of the game “Hospital”;

    · reflect work in the game medical workers;

    · develop children’s interest in this topic through observations, conversations, reading, advice and personal participation in play activities;

    · encourage imitation in play not only of the external aspects of adults’ actions, but also of their attitude towards people and work;

    · develop the ability to unite in a game, distribute roles;

    · cultivate friendly relationships between children, the ability to take into account the interests of comrades, and provide them with all possible assistance.

    At the beginning of the year, educators find out through conversations about the children’s existing knowledge and the work of medical personnel. Together with the children, they look at the corner reserved for the game “Hospital”. Children see a couch and a table covered with a white tablecloth in the corner. On the table there is a telephone, a spinner with medicine boxes, as well as vials and jars (made of plastic). In the corner there is a cabinet with a first aid kit and a height meter. The corner is separated from the group by a screen on which robes, scarves and hats hang.

    Together with the children, determine the place of each attribute and strictly monitor this. Having identified knowledge, the teacher first takes on the role of a nurse or doctor, and then these roles are assigned to individual children. The teacher from time to time takes on the role of the patient, the mother of the sick “daughter”. In September, the teacher introduces the works of K. Chukovsky “Aibolit”. And after conversations, after looking at the illustrations, the clinic is turned into a hospital for sick animals. The work is read to children several times throughout the year.

    In October, children are given an excursion to the medical office. Children watch how the doctor listens, looks at the throat, and talks with a sick child. Then all these actions are transferred to the game. During the game, riddles, proverbs, and pictures are used. In one of the games, the teacher once again shows the doctor’s action with a phonendoscope.

    The excursion is repeated in November, but now the children watch a nurse give an injection. And in subsequent conversations between the teacher and the children, the responsibilities of the nurse and the doctor are strictly differentiated. In games, children convey their observations.

    In November - December, during the games, all this acquired knowledge is consolidated and repeated, replenished through conversations, looking at pictures, and reading fiction.

    In January, children are introduced to the work of an ambulance. The game adds roles: ambulance driver, orderlies. At first, the teacher takes turns taking on the role, and then the children take on these roles.

    Throughout the year, there are also excursions to the medical office to examine the medicine cabinet and observe the relationship between the doctor and the nurse. The nurse follows the doctor's instructions.

    Work with parents to ensure that during a visit to the clinic they draw their children’s attention to the work of the reception desk.

    At the end of the year, go on an excursion to preparatory group and watch older children play in the hospital.

    As a result of the work done, at the end of the year, all children can play the roles of a doctor, nurse, driver, and orderlies in the game.

    Part 3

    Educator: Evening is coming, the working day of construction workers and medical workers ends. Doctors are seeing their last patients and putting things in order in their offices, and builders are at their construction site.

    Children put things in order and sit in a semicircle on chairs.

    Questions for analysis:

    To builders:

    • How many of you visited the clinic?
    • Which doctor did you see? Why?
    • What treatment did the doctor prescribe for you?
    • How did you feel after treatment?
    • What happened if you didn't see a doctor? (My stomach would not stop hurting, I would feel bad; my vision would become worse; I would start coughing a lot and would not be able to walk or go to work). What would happen if you went to the clinic and there was no doctor there? (for example, the doctor is on vacation or sick).
    • Who is the most caring doctor today? Applause for this doctor.

    To health workers:

    • What kind of patients came to you: capricious or not?
    • What complaints were made?
    • Did they do what you told them to do?
    • Who is the most polite and fearless patient? Applause for him.
    • Why and for whom do you think doctors and nurses are needed? What other doctors do you know? Next time we will invite these doctors to our clinic.
    • Who wants to be a doctor? Which one?
    • How great it is to be a doctor! What a noble profession this is!
    • How will we play clinic next time? What other doctors should we hire? What other doctors are there?
