• We make crafts on the topic of traffic rules. Do-it-yourself game model for traffic rules for kindergarten Make a road sign with your own hands

    26.06.2020

In our city, several enterprises are engaged in the production of road signs, but in this post I will tell you about the Kraydorpredpriyatiya workshop, which has preserved an essentially unique production. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that the technology for making signs has practically not changed since the times of the USSR. In short, let's go back in time...

The production of any sign, standard or individual design, begins with an application. "Kraydorpredpriyatie", formerly (until 2002) KSU "Khabarovskavtodor", deals with roads of federal, regional and intermunicipal importance. those. signs that are used for internal needs are installed throughout the Khabarovsk Territory outside the cities. But the signs are also available for free sale...

So, of course, this is not the USSR, progress has reached here too... but don’t despair, the USSR will still be there =) Previously, the image on signs was cut out of reflective film using stencils manually, now everything is done by technology.

Layouts for signs are made in the vector graphics editor CorelDRAW. For standard signs there are always ready-made layouts, but individually designed signs must be drawn from scratch...

This is a plotter, also known as a plotter. He cuts the film according to a given pattern, and, moreover, cuts not only through, but also only the film itself without a backing. It all depends on your requirement...

The plotter uses a needle as a working tool, a special...

Let's take a break from information technology and go down to the HELL metal products workshop. Here road sign blanks are made from 0.7 mm galvanized steel sheet. Previously, signs were made of “black iron”, i.e. ordinary cold-rolled steel 0.8 - 1.0 mm, then it was painted, but due to its low corrosion resistance it was decided to use galvanization... Using a stencil, the master traces the contours of future workpieces...

Using guillotine shears, future semi-finished products are obtained from the sheet. By the way, this “old lady” was released in the 60s...

This device is used to cut corners to bend

We bend... By the way, now in most cases a double bend is used...

Round signs are cut and bent on this machine, it is also already a “grandfather”...

Here is almost the entire range of standard signs...

But does the sign need to be attached somehow? This is the peculiarity of the Kraydor signs - welded handles (no one does this in the Khabarovsk Territory!) First, we give the cut-out blanks the desired shape...

We’re drilling... By the way, a machine from the late Khabarovsk machine tool manufacturer...

    We weld the nuts...

We weld the handle to the sign. Previously, this was done using resistance welding, now the process is carried out using semi-automatic welding in a CO2 environment (MAG)

Since the handles are made of “ferrous” metal, they need to be painted...

Teach children the rules traffic And safe behavior on the road it is necessary as early as possible so that the child can absorb them on an intuitive level. Children understand and accept behavioral patterns much earlier than speech patterns, and therefore it will be difficult for a speaking three-year-old child to explain why the road should be crossed only at a pedestrian crossing, and not as he did with their parents during a walk.

Also tasks signs The traffic rules are to continue meet children with traffic rules, teach them to practically apply them in various situations in Everyday life. To develop thinking, attention, the ability to navigate the world around us and cultivate a sense of responsibility.

For the manufacture of signs needed a strip, plywood, printed and laminated signs.

    Publications on the topic:

With great interest, teachers in our kindergarten make flowers from waste material. In the area you can see plastic lilies of the valley.

I knitted violets with my own hands to decorate a corner of nature in spring. I found a sample diagram on the Internet. Then I used flowers in the lesson.

It was evening, there was nothing to do) I had never tried to sew toys before, and I decided to give it a try. I want to show what I did.

March 8th is coming soon, what to give on this wonderful day? After all, the teacher deserves a great reward for his work! So I decided to do it myself.

Probably, no other country has such a variety of holidays as our vast, amazingly generous Russia! It would seem that,.

Good afternoon, dear colleagues, friends! Every kindergarten teacher knows that children expect something interesting from him every day.

Master class on making a game model "City Street"

    Norkina Oksana Sergeevna
Teacher of MADO kindergarten No. 21 “Rosinka” combined type urban district of the city of Kumertau of the Republic of Bashkortostan
The master class is designed for educators, but may also be useful for parents.
Purpose: training in game modeling, formation of safe behavior on the roadway.
Target: making a layout for game simulation in working with children of senior preschool age.
    Tasks:
    - introduce children to the rules of the road, the purpose and signals of traffic lights, road signs, expand knowledge about the rules of safe behavior for children on the street;
    - encourage children to engage in independent activities in the traffic rules corner,
Game layout can be used for development fine motor skills, visual perception, social and everyday orientation, orientation in space.

    Description:
Stage I - basis for the layout To make the base of the game model “City Street” we will need: 2 pieces from an MDF panel (I have them 53 cm), a piano hinge, screws and nuts for fastening.

Using a drill, we drill holes in the MDF panels in selected places, and secure the piano hinge with screws and nuts.

So that our model stands at an angle of 90 degrees and does not fall back, we screw a corner stop on one side (for me it is part of the fastening from an old curtain), and paint the lower part of our model with black paint.

Now we will design the upper vertical part of the layout. To design it, we take 2 pictures depicting houses (I put together these for myself).

We print the pictures in duplicate and laminate them; if you don’t have a laminator, you can simply cover them with tape. The picture becomes brighter and it is easier to care for the layout - for example, wipe off dust.
We paste one copy of our laminated pictures, joining them onto the layout, this is what we should get.

Now we will add volume to the card. To do this, we cut out buildings from second copies at our discretion, and glue them onto pre-prepared ceiling tile blanks - single background and double foreground, in my work I used “Master” ceiling tile adhesive

Cutting out buildings with a utility knife

We paste it (I still use the same “Master”) on the layout, our street now has “depth”.

Let's move on to the design of the roadway. We take construction tape, highlight the pedestrian crossing, the dividing strip, that is, what we will paint over with white, and cover everything else.

In my work I use ordinary aerosol paints in a spray can, sold at any hardware store, dry quickly, and are easy to use. We highlighted all the lines with white - remove the tape. The roadway and crossing are ready.

Stage II - Paper machines. Now prints templates paper machines, there are a huge number of them on the Internet, let’s take these as an example.

The image has been reduced. Click to see original.

We laminate the printed templates (1 sheet of laminated film - 2 sheets of templates with cars), fold the sheets with the white sides inward. We laminate them so that the cars become tougher, brighter and can be wiped clean. When the sheet is laminated, we cut it along the contour and we get 2 sheets laminated on the colored side, the second side remains unlaminated (paper) - the paper sticks together better, and laminated machines shine. This is what a laminated sheet with templates, cut on 3 sides, looks like.

We cut out the car templates and glue them together.

Stage III - road signs. Now let's move on to making road signs.
Materials: ordinary sheets office paper I needed 2 pieces of white, ceiling tiles (better washable), a stationery knife, toothpicks, master glue, mosaic 3 colors (red, yellow, green), laminated sheet with blank signs, I used this one.

The image has been reduced. Click to see original.

We cut out and paste 1 copy onto the tile, cut it out with a stationery knife along the contour, on the other side we glue 2 copies (if you wish, you can not paste the second part of the sign. We make a stand for our signs. Take a sheet of white paper and cut strips of 4-5 mm along long side leaf. For one sign, you need 5 strips.. Take one strip and wind it onto a toothpick, forming a tight “roll” - this is the upper part of the stand. Glue 4 strips into a long strip and roll them into a “roll”. Place a small one on top of a large roll and glue it together. We dip the edge of a toothpick in glue, pierce our “rolls”, and with the other edge of the toothpick we pierce the blank with a road sign. Our sign is all ready.

To make the traffic light more voluminous, add a small mosaic of the appropriate colors to the lights, pierce the holes with an awl, and insert the mosaic.
