In two days we collected several thousand necessary things for the elderly. They took us and got to know each other. And I fell in love with wrinkled hands, youthful eyes, wisdom and free dedication. I have never seen such noble modesty, love, tenderness. I am not a volunteer, we do not collect money for the elderly, we do not open accounts for them. We just come, look after them, talk, clean, take them out for walks - do everything that their relatives should have done. We don’t abandon them: we regularly call, correspond, give each other gifts, organize creative evenings, share advice and introduce each other to our families. They are already very close grandparents to us and we get real pleasure from communicating with them.
