• Beauty check: skin care recipes from a Hollywood cosmetologist. Idea of the day. Presentation of the Haute Couture program from Biologique Recherche at the Beauty Embassy center for cosmetology and aesthetics Joanna check massage

    01.07.2020

Kate Winslet, Christy Turlington, Charlize Theron and other celebrities trust her with their faces. Celebrity clients adore Joanna Check, a cosmetologist with 30 years of experience, for her honesty and rigor: she does not forgive absenteeism and always speaks frankly about problems. Joanna told what she teaches her clients and what mistakes even Hollywood stars make in care.

KATE WINSLET IS ONE OF JOANNA CHECK'S REGULAR CLIENTS

REGULARITY IN CARE IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS

If you go to training once a month, will there be results? What if you don’t eat two hours before bedtime and drink one and a half liters of water only once a month? Of course not! The same applies to facial care: the key to success is regularity. My celebrity clients already know that I am very strict: if they come to me once every few weeks between flights and filming and ask me to “solve all problems in an hour,” I explain that this is impossible. You don’t need to go to a cosmetologist several times a week, but every day, without exception, you need to spend time on your facial skin.

    DON'T OVERDO IT WITH SPF

A very high SPF factor (more than 30) is worse than no SPF. I repeat this as a mantra to all my clients. Products with a high SPF factor, when used regularly, cause chemical reactions that cause the appearance of age spots.

BOTOX - NO MORE FREQUENTLY THAN ONCE EVERY ONE AND A HALF YEARS

Remember: Botox does not evaporate, it is eliminated from the body through the liver and is very harmful to it. Botox is poison. If this doesn’t stop you, then at least pay attention to the fact that natural aging is in fashion.
For example, recently she came to me Kate Winslet and indignantly said that during the shoot they wanted to retouch the small wrinkles around her eyes. “I love my little wrinkles around my eyes, how dare they suggest this!” - She couldn’t calm down. And I fully support her. It may sound banal, but every age is beautiful in its own way. I don't want to always be the same, frozen by Botox. I want to change, but to do it correctly and beautifully. My clients share my philosophy and I am proud of them.
If you still decide to have Botox, then under no circumstances repeat the procedure more than once every 18 months.

    JOANNA'S STAR CLIENTS:

    LASER PROCEDURES - NEVER!

I literally forbid my clients from agreeing to laser procedures. If they come to me and ask me to correct or touch up the result of Botox, I say no, but after laser procedures - never! Laser rays kill skin. Yes, very often they provide an instant wow effect, but they create new problems that are often impossible to solve.

DON'T UNDERESTIMATE MASSAGES AND FACIAL FITNESS

I am sure that a competent facial massage - The best way fight the signs of aging. I'm glad that most of my clients understand this. I have developed a special 4-week massage course, after which my clients are asked where they had their facelift done. Uma Thurman And Kate Winslet- real fans of facial massage. And just look how they look!

Everything secret becomes clear: Posta-Magazine reveals the contents of Hollywood cosmetic bags.

    Visiting the “Embassy” -

head of the world famous Biologique Recherche laboratory, Dr. Philippe Allouche.

The fact that stars use Biologique Recherche cosmetics has long been no secret: Courtney Love, Sharon Stone, and Kira Segwick have declared their love for the brand. True, they admit their addiction to each other rather than from the pages of the tabloids. But the main argument in favor of the brand is the recognition of specialists, among whom is star cosmetologist Joanna Check.

Penelope Cruz, Uma Thurman, Christy Turlington, Kate Winslet, Kim Cattrall and Cate Blanchett like to visit her private studio in New York's Paul Labrecque Salon and Spa at Core club. It is she who tells celebrities about one of her favorite brands, “hooking” beauties on Sérum Biosensible or Masque Vivant.

    Sharon Stone

    Christy Turlington and Uma Thurman

The Haute Couture program, which will be presented in Moscow by the son of the founders and the current inspirer of the brand, Dr. Philippe Allouche, and which is offered at the “Beauty Embassy” under exclusive rights, is a course of care developed for a specific client, taking into account the specifics of his skin. The special formulation of any drug from the brand provides an immediate and long-lasting effect, for which the brand has long been nicknamed “an alternative to plastic surgery.”

However, Allush zealously ensures that the golden hundred of revolutionary highly effective drugs created using the latest biotechnologies do not reach the client in an uncontrollable mass of beautiful jars. He insists on consulting a specialist, even if you are sure that your skin is a sample of standard problems.

Institute Biologique Recherche on the Champs Elysees

According to Dr. Philippe Allouche, only in the Biologique Recherche laboratory is a unique combination of serums and a concept of salon and home care that brings the skin into ideal condition for each face and body. Moreover, Biologique Recherche also means the use of special massage techniques to enhance the effect of drugs.

The Russian “home” of the famous French brand is the center of cosmetology and aesthetics “Embassy of Beauty”

Cosmetologist for Anna Wintour and Charlize Theron, international consultant for La Mer Joanna Check told us what she thinks about fillers, lasers and the mistakes we make every day.
Joanna is one of the most sought-after estheticians in Manhattan.

She looks to be about 45 (actually over fifty). She makes no mannered gestures and is dressed in jeans and a simple blue top. He answers willingly and listens with interest.

Her story is like the American dream come true, all the more incredible because she was born in Poland. There she studied biology and medicine, then moved to New York, then opened a salon - and then Either Anna Wintour's driver mixed up the address, or Uma Thurman decided to kill Bill somewhere nearby - but somehow Joanna managed to collect all the star wrinkles and nasolabial folds in her cosmetology chair. Now Charlize Theron, Cate Blanchett, Kate Winslet, Penelope Cruz, Kirsten Dunst, Christy Turlington are her clients, and Joanna affectionately calls them “my team.”

Her clinics in New York and Texas sell products that she considers the most effective - everyone dreams of getting on this “checklist” (from Joanna’s last name – Czech). For example, La Mer was successful. Joanna has long loved their cream, and now takes part in the development. The latest of these collaborations is serum.

They also say about Joanna that she can sculpt you a new face - without “imperfections”, as we call it :) - with just her hands, without injections and especially without a scalpel.

I have not yet had a chance to check whether this is so. But to talk - yes.

How are “they” different from us?

Lena K.: The stars, of course, look great. But in my opinion, it’s not just about the night cream - there are almost never injections and fillers. Or am I not right?

J.C. - In life they are not like in magazines and on TV - ordinary people with their own problems. My group of clients is very “natural”: young Rihanna and Amber Tamlin (ed. note: actress and poet) do not need injections, but those over 40 avoid them. Have you seen Cate Blanchett or Kim Cattrall looking unnaturally perfect? No.

In general, there are two categories of stars: some lead healthy image life, exercise, take care of your skin. They have a staff of several dozen people who keep them in shape. An agent can call such people at any moment: “Dude, tomorrow you are flying to a presentation in Tokyo” - and in a couple of hours they will be ready. Others remember that they need to look good when they find out they are nominated for an Oscar, which is in late December or early January. And the award, as you remember, takes place in February. That leaves us with six weeks to transform.

    - How are these six weeks going?

    - Minimum food, maximum training. Three weeks of detox, another three of a strict diet. You have to fit into the dress. Every day - facial and body treatments: massages, oxygen saturation, microcurrents, LED therapy ( approx. ed.: warming the skin using LED lamps to enhance the production of collagen and elastin. The technique is believed to have been developed by NASA to heal wounds of astronauts in orbit.). In the final week - exfoliation and self-tanning. I really like La Mer The Face and Body Gradual Tan Bronzing Lotion, it looks good on blondes and brunettes. Actually, Natasha Richardson once turned me on to self-tanning. She liked Lancome back then. If she were alive now, I’m sure she would adore La Mer: it turned out to be better.

    Oxylight LED Therapy procedure

    — What do you usually advise your clients?

    — There are more foods with omega-3,6,9 fatty acids. Be sure to prepare your skin before going to bed: overnight it is restored and can absorb 60% more useful components. The scheme is classic: cleansing, lotion or toner (tonic is a must - water disturbs the pH of the skin), serum, moisturizer or night mask, cream for the skin around the eyes. The next morning, just rinse your face mineral water and apply cream with SPF.

“I want to look like Anna Wintour at her age.” This requires sports proper nutrition, genetics..

    - Exactly, genetics.

    - What else?

    - Take care of your skin regularly, not occasionally. Ideally, a cosmetologist 2-3 times a week, massages and treatments. Correctly selected products for home use. If they give the skin what it needs right now, that’s 70% success.

    About injections

    - You yourself Do not inject Botox and fillers, and do not advise them to your clients. Why?

“They all make everyone look the same.” I guess I'm a stupid old romantic, but I think it's ugly. Women think men are attracted to the doll image, but in fact they find it strange and funny at the same time. I know because I am friends with many men and I constantly hear: “What’s the matter, why don’t women like themselves?” My answer is that they are not doing it for you, but to impress other women. The problem is their insecurity.

    - Okay, I may not like platform shoes, but I will sell them because they will improve someone's self-esteem, and, after all, this is a business. Is not it so?

    — Business, but I am an “esthetician” cosmetologist, not a cosmetologist, and by law I cannot give injections. To qualify, I could take a 12-day “advanced training” course. But is it really possible to learn anything in 12 days? I don’t believe in this, but I see the consequences of how incompetent cosmetologists injected the drug too deeply, and this caused its migration, even necrosis.

Just for fun, I tried facial Botox on myself (so long ago that it wasn’t even Restylane, but cow collagen). I looked like a complete fool, as if someone had punched me in the face. In general, I didn't like it.

    — In your opinion, the future lies in aesthetic cosmetology without injections, injection cosmetology or surgery?

“I would like to believe that it’s the first one.” In general, it’s sad that women began to prefer quick, obvious (most often inconsequential) results to step-by-step aesthetic procedures. Of course, if you feel sexier after beauty injections, do it. Lifting - do it. But neither the first nor the second free you from skin care - massages, moisturizing, and so on. Lifting is lifting. It can tighten the shape of the face, but does not change the quality of the skin.

    About errors

    - Which typical mistakes When it comes to skin care, we do everything – or almost everything – we do?

    — Many cosmetologists (and just women, including home care) are overly keen on exfoliation. Lipids are the “cement” that holds the epidermal cells together. Acids, enzymes, scrubs, Clarisonics, lasers - especially lasers! – destroy this barrier. As a result, the aging process starts earlier and is more active. The second mistake is using SPF products indiscriminately. Daily application of creams with a 30+ filter can, on the contrary, provoke the appearance of hyperpigmentation. When the sun stops being active, products with chemical filters should be washed off. The third mistake is laser rejuvenation. It gives an immediate effect, but irreversibly damages the skin in the long term. I don’t discourage my clients from saying anything positive about him. If he wants, let him. Not a laser!

The fourth mistake is us we forget about the neck, décolleté, arms. We seem to know, but we still forget. Fifth– we go to bed wearing makeup. It took me 27 years to explain to American women - don't bring the street to bed.

    — Is changing a cosmetologist a mistake?

    - Not a crime, but use your head. Some cosmetologists, like me, examine your skin every three to four weeks and “adjust” your care every three months. For others, you can show up twice a year - and immediately for Botox. Cheaper, yes, but you risk looking weird.

    — How do you understand that it’s time to change a cosmetologist?

    — If you follow the recommendations, but the result is zero, this is a reason to talk: “Doc, what’s the matter?” If I can’t solve a problem, for example, get rid of hyperpigmentation, I talk about it right away. An age spot can be reduced, lightened, but not removed. The one who promises you this is disingenuous.

Trudie Styler (Sting's wife) to Joanna

    About the checklist

    — How do you choose the products for the “checklist”?

    - I’ll try it on myself. I have extremely reactive skin, and if it doesn’t react, probably no other skin will. I also have to be sure that the brand is run by decent and adequate people. I remember one brand sent me miniatures of their care. They were enough for two applications - morning and evening. Then the representative called: “Well, did you like it?” Sorry, I need to use the cream for 3-4 weeks to see the result. I would also like to hold a jar in my hands, I am a “visual” person, the packaging should be sexy. Voice on the phone: “What if we send it to you, but you don’t want to cooperate.” What?! It was you who called me, right? As a result, they sent the serum and an empty jar of cream. I know the creator of the brand is an amazing woman, a model, but she hired the wrong people. Even if these are the most fantastic remedies, they have no place on the checklist.

    About cooperation with La Mer

    — You could work with any brand professional cosmetics, but chose La Mer. Is it that effective? Or are there other reasons?

    — Of the products that are on the shelves of department stores, La Mer is the most effective. Various companies approached me with an offer to participate in development, and they immediately slipped me a contract, according to which it had to remain secret. Several times I even agreed, but the opportunity to put my own name on something and to speak openly about it is important to me. This is what La Mer gave me, but not the only thing that unites us.

Occurs in the mitochondria of cells chemical reaction with the participation of the nucleotide adenosine triphosphate - and as a result, ATP energy is released (no more scary words, I promise). She needed to maintain biochemical and physiological processes in the body. Including for the skin. Up to 7 years we produce tons of ATP energy. Then the process slows down, because we don’t plan to grow another 120 cm. To look younger, we need to stimulate it. I do this using light and sound, LED technology. After three days you see the effect. After seven – an even greater effect. After three to four weeks we repeat the procedure. This is what red carpet grooming looks like.

Next is La Mer. Seaweed fermented with light and sound for several months to allow Miracle Broth to stimulate the synthesis of ATP energy in the skin. Light and sound! La Mer and I have been using the same method for many years, can you imagine? And it works. La Mer works.

    Czech-list of Joanna:

Have you tried any of these brands? Liked?

    Fashion

    Gucci

    Gucci press service

Italian brand under the leadership of Alessandro Michele is experiencing a real boom. Since the first day of their appearance, Princetown leather slippers, trimmed with sheep fur, have been in constant demand. Materials and finishes change from season to season, but the basic model remains the same. Lucky were those Gucci customers who thought of reserving a pair for themselves in advance. For the rest, an additional order will be made, which will have to wait about 2 months. This also applies to the new it-bag - a smaller Sylvie bag in 4 versions, among which the python model has become an undoubted hit of the season.

    Gabriela Hearst

    Gabriela Hearst press service

Until recently, few people had heard of this brand. New York designer Gabriela Hearst, whose example can be used to study the phenomenon of consumer demand, ordered a small batch of 20 bags she designed to distribute to fashionable friends, including Miroslava Duma. In just a few weeks, the Nina bag, named after Nina Simone, has become the most desired accessory of every second it-girl. Having fundamentally refused to sell both in boutiques and online, Hirst accepts orders for models made of calfskin or crocodile exclusively by e-mail. At the moment, there are more than 100 names on the waiting list of those who are willing to wait a few months.

    Hermes

    HERMES press service

Created in 1984 by Hermès and named after the French singer and actress Jane Birkin, the roomy leather bag The Birkin remains the most sought-after item in the luxury market, becoming a better investment than gold and setting new auction price records almost every year. However, even with a price that is quite acceptable for this segment of accessories (a model measuring 30-40 cm made of calfskin with palladium fittings costs $12,000 on average), there are no Birkin bags on sale. If you are not a long-term Hermes customer, not a celebrity and do not have connections, then you are unlikely to get the chance. Those who are willing to prove their loyalty to the Parisian house with persistence and patience (often for years) by visiting the boutique at least once a week, making purchases, and establishing relationships with sellers, may be rewarded by having their name on the coveted waiting list. The length of the final stage largely depends on the client’s taste: the desired bag can be received within a period of several months to several (4-6) years, depending on the type of leather.

    Injections with Dr. Jean-Louis Seb

To get an appointment with the king of Botox, Jean Louis Seba, you don’t have to leave Moscow: the world guru of injections once a year, usually in March, receives an appointment at the U-beauty clinic on Gogolevsky Boulevard. But there’s no point in postponing your appointment until spring, it’s better now notify the administrator of the seriousness of your intentions: when Seba plans a visit, they will call you back. However, there is a possibility that you will be invited to an appointment only in March 2018 - as a rule, you have to wait a year and a half for an audience. There is also no point in buying a ticket to London in order to speed things up. in his own clinic, everything is booked out a year in advance.

Facial treatment by Hollywood esthetician Joanna Check

To get a facial massage from Joanna Check (she is the one who develops all the rituals for the La Mer brand), you will have to buy tickets to Dallas, where she has her own clinic, and wait in line for three months. But it's worth it: you might end up somewhere between Cate Blanchett and Uma Thurman.

Eyebrow correction from the creator of HD Brows Brand Neelam Holmes

Making an appointment for eyebrows with the creator of the HD Brows brand (it will appear in Russia very soon), Neelam Holmes, is not easy - you first need to get a recommendation from a client whom she has been treating for at least 5-7 years, and then wait about 3 months. By the way, the British woman and her celebrity clients call 3 months in advance when it comes to preparing for the red carpet: she creates a full-dress look (from care to makeup) turnkey. And she has an impressive list of celebrities: from Eva Longoria and Victoria Beckham to Colin Farrell.

Hairstyle by Oribe brand creator Orbe Canales

Orbe Canales, the creator of the Oribe brand, rarely sees people at his salon in Miami on Lincoln Road: only on certain Fridays. So you need to make an appointment for styling with a legendary stylist at least 2 months in advance: to do this, just call the salon directly.

Coloring by celebrity colorist Tracey Cunningham

Tracy Cunningham, co-owner of the Meche salon in Los Angeles and a top celebrity colorist who was one of the first in the world to test Olaplex, is fully booked and sees up to 30 clients daily. New people can only get to her by personal recommendation. In this case, the waiting time is 3-4 months.

Manicure by Smith & Cult brand ambassador Sarah Bland

Sarah Bland, Smith & Cult brand ambassador, mainly deals with celebrity nails: she is responsible for the hands of Zooey Deschanel, Kim Kardashian, Kesha and other celebrities. But even mere mortals have a chance to get a manicure from her: they just have to wait 1.5-2 months.

Perfumer Roger Dove's signature scent Roja and paired perfumes from Clive Christian No.1 Pure Perfume for Men and No.1 Pure Perfume for Women

270,000 rub. for a bottle and three months in line: those who want to smell exactly like the professor of perfumery are not stopped by either the high price or the long wait. The fragrance, which the famous nose made exclusively for himself, appeared on the shelves long after its creation (due to numerous requests from the public) and is produced in a very limited edition.

You will have to spend the same amount of time in sweet languor before getting your hands on one of the Clive Christian fragrances: No.1 Pure Perfume for Men and No.1 Pure Perfume for Women (they cost even more - 279,450 rubles each). The perfume is contained in a handmade Baccarat bottle with a cap in the shape of the Imperial Crown, but the most precious thing lies inside: the ingredients themselves, according to representatives of the brand, are not inferior in value to diamonds.

You can make a request in one of Molecule boutiques or on the official website, using the service of an online consultant.

Rolexes traditionally lead the list of the most desirable and sought-after watch models by collectors. This year's new product, a steel Daytona with a ceramic rim, was no exception. Despite the impressive cost of $12,400 (845 thousand rubles in Russian retail), the Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona watch is recognized as the scarcest product on the watch market. Demand exceeds supply many times over. The company distributes a small amount of among national dealers, who in turn distribute them to customers. Regular customers have priority. As a result, the new Daytona can be expected in five years.

Two more Rolex models are in great demand, the waiting period for which can range from several months to two years: the Deepsea D-Blue watch, created in honor of James Cameron's dive to the bottom of the Mariana Trench, price 845,000 rubles, and the Rolex GMT-Master II with a ceramic black and blue rim (they are often called Batman), price RUB 607,750.

    Patek Philippe

    Patek Philippe press office

Not only historical models from the independent Swiss manufacturer Patek Philippe are the highlight of any watch auction - modern new items produced in small quantities also make collectors nervous. This includes the premiere of Basel in 2016 - a new thin chronograph with a world time function (Ref. 5930 G). Capital customers will have to wait more than 3 years to get their hands on these complex watches worth about 5 million rubles.

    Piaget

    Piaget press service

The longest waiting list is for highly artistic Piaget Metier d’Art models, in particular, with the image of a rose. Masters perform it using the technique of marquetry made of wood, mother-of-pearl, and ornamental stones. The complexity and labor-intensive production of the Altiplano Art & Excellence dial determines the limited production of these watches: in a year the manufactory can produce only 1-2 models in the amount of 8 or 18 copies, for which collectors around the world then compete. The wait for a Piaget watch worth more than 5 million rubles can last 2-3 years.

    Restaurants

En Celler De Can Roca (Spain)

Restaurant En Celler De Can Roca

    cellercanroca.com

The restaurant of the famous chefs Roca brothers in Girona has three out of three Michelin stars, so it is not surprising that a table there needs to be booked 11 months in advance. Online bookings open at midnight on the 1st of each month and the booker must provide their payment card details.

    Talula's Table (USA)

Talula's Table, located in the tiny town of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, operates as a gourmet farm store and bakery by day. In the evening, they host gastronomic evenings, serving guests an eight-course Farmtable Dinner set. The menu is seasonal and changes every 6-8 weeks. The cost of the set per person is $108. Booking a spot at Talula’s Table is just as easy as booking a spot at Noma. The fact is that there is only one table here, designed for a group of 8 to 12 people, and you need to reserve it strictly a year before the visit, at exactly seven in the morning with a phone call.

    tesla.com/model3

Tesla's most affordable car, the Model 3, hasn't gone on sale yet, but people's love already found: a month after the official announcement, 400 thousand pre-orders were made for the electric car. True, these figures may not turn into real sales, because in order to reserve a new Tesla, you don’t need to pay the entire amount at once (about $35,000) - just a thousand dollars is enough. The car is expected at the end of 2017.

    Virgin Galactic

Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic promises to make money almost every year, but the launch of the most ambitious space tourism company is constantly delayed. Pre-orders for the space flight, however, are still open.

The cost of a ticket from this planet is $250 thousand. There are already more than half a thousand who want to get into outer space and experience weightlessness. Among them are many stars: Tom Hanks, Ashton Kutcher, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie (now, apparently, they will fly separately from each other), singer Katy Perry, as well as Stephen Hawking, an outstanding cosmologist, who, perhaps, should have been sent to the space for free.

Joanne Check is a cosmetologist with 30 years of experience and clients such as Kate Winslet, Charlize Theron and Uma Thurman. Joanne is distinguished from other cosmetologists by her honesty and openness in talking with clients about skin care problems, writes.

In an interview with Glamor magazine, Joanne shared some advice that she gives to her celebrity clients, and also told what mistakes they sometimes make.

Regular facial care is the key to a radiant look

    Photo: Mavrix/Scanpix

Facial skin care requires regularity, like any other workout or healthy habit. You shouldn't expect results if you don't eat 2 hours before bedtime and drink 1.5 liters of water only once a month. The same applies to facial care: the result is directly proportional to the effort expended. My clients already know that I am very strict about this: if they come to me once a month between filming and flights and ask me to solve all their problems in an hour, I explain that this is impossible. Of course, you don’t need to go to a cosmetologist every day, but you need to monitor and care for your face constantly and seven days a week.

Botox no more often than every 1.5 years

Before going for this procedure, it is important to consider that Botox is made from botulinum toxin - a powerful poison that paralyzes nerve endings and is then excreted through the liver and thereby harms it. If this fact does not bother you at all, then at least do not repeat this procedure more than once every 18 months. In addition, natural aging is now in fashion.

Recently, Kate Winslet approached Joanne, who indignantly told her about how during the filming she was offered to cover up small wrinkles around her eyes. Winslet refused because she considers her wrinkles natural and cute. Joanne completely agreed with the actress: “I understand Kate and absolutely support her decision, because, no matter how corny it may sound, every age has its own beauty.” Joanne herself also does not want to “embalm” her face with Botox injections, so as not to look like a motionless sphinx.

    Photo: Reuters/Scanpix

    Don't overdo it with SPF

According to Joanne, SPF sunscreen creams, which are above 30, are much more harmful to the skin than its absence. “I keep telling my clients about this, including Penelope Cruz, Uma Thurman and Christy Turlington. I repeat it like a mantra. Regular use of high SPF sunscreen can cause the appearance of dark pigment spots on the skin - agree, this is not a pleasant thing and solve this problem is not so easy,” says cosmetologist Joanne Check.

    Avoid laser treatments

Cosmetologist Joanne Check said she prohibits her clients from undergoing laser treatments. Why? “Because the laser literally kills the skin. If I can’t dissuade the client from this rash step, we say goodbye to him forever. Despite the fact that with the help of a laser you can achieve an impressive immediate effect, after it new and sometimes unsolvable ones appear Problems.

    Photo: Vida Press

To massage and facial fitness - “yes!”

According to the cosmetologist, skillful and regular facial massage is the most effective and harmless remedy in the fight against aging facial skin. “I’m glad that my clients have realized this. I have developed a 4-week course of facial massage, the effect of which is as amazing as that of a facelift,” says Joanne. After this course, actresses Uma Thurman and Kate Winslet were asked by many which plastic surgeon they had such a successful operation with.
