1 AREA OF USE
This standard applies to special shoes made of natural, artificial and synthetic leather and with a combined top for protecting the feet of workers from general industrial pollution.
Requirements subject to mandatory verification during certification are described in 4.3.3-4.3.9.
3.2 Shoes by design must comply with standard samples in accordance with GOST 15.004.
3.3 Shoes according to age and gender groups should be divided into men's and women's, in size and fullness should comply with GOST 3927 and GOST 11373.
At the request of consumers, it is allowed to produce shoes of especially wide fullness.
4 GENERAL TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
4.1 Footwear should be made in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technology and reference samples approved in in due course according to GOST 15.004.
4.2 Symbol protective properties of shoes - according to GOST 12.4.103.
4.3 Characteristics
4.3.1 Shoes should be made on blocks in accordance with GOST 3927.
4.3.2 Footwear should be made using the following fastening methods; nail, nail-glue-vym. adhesive, dopplno-adhesive. molding, line-molding and press vulcanization.
4.3.3 The strength of the thread fastenings of the workpiece parts must be at least: 160 N / cm - with the lines of the top with the front, the ankle boots with the vamp are more than two; 150 N/cm - with two lines and 120 N/cm - rear outer belt with shaft or wrestlers.
4.3.4 The strength of the fastening of the bottom parts in the shoe must comply with the standards specified in table 1.

4.3.5 The strength of fastening heels in shoes must be less than 800 N for men's shoes, 600 N - for women's shoes.
4.3.6 The total deformation of the backdrop should not be more than 3.0 mm (for a backdrop made of nitro-leather). residual - 1.0 mm (for a heel counter made of elastic or thermoplastic material).
4.3.7 The total deformation of the toe cap should not exceed 2.5 mm.
4.3.8 Flexibility of shoes with nail and nail-lock fastening methods should not exceed 290 N/cm; adhesive, casting and press vulcanization - no more than 210 N/cm; doppelno-adhesive and line-casting - no more than 160 N / cm.
4.3.9 The weight of a half-pair of shoes must be no more than the weight of a standard sample approved in the prescribed manner, multiplied by a factor of 1.08.
4.3.10 Shoes are not allowed:
Salt-pronounced fragrance and screeding of the face in the front, vamps and lower parts of the berets. boot tops and rear outer straps;
Strongly expressed sinewiness in front. vamps and in the lower parts of yulenish and berets;
Saltly expressed vorotistost in the front of the front and vamps;
Faceless. lick. mole units on all details with an area of more than 7 cm - on a half-pair;
Salt-pronounced corneas; whips;
cracks;
Scratches that touch the dermis of the skin, more than 20 mm long;

Cracks between the details of the bottom;
Deformation (pulls) of the sole and heel when milling a cut with a depth of more than 1 mm and a length of more than 60 mm;
Irregularities on the surface of the heel counter and toe cap;
Dents on the sole;
Through damage to the details of the top and bottom of the shoe;
Incorrect line-item heel (deviation of the running surface of the heel from the horizontal plane) more than 3 mm;
Lagging of parts (sole, heel, toe cap) made of polyurethane from the upper material of the shoe by injection method of fastening with a depth of more than 2 mm.
4.4 Material requirements
4.4.1 The list of materials used for the outer, inner and intermediate parts of the top and bottom of shoes in accordance with Appendix A.
In agreement with the consumer and the authorities of the State Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance, it is allowed to use other materials, provided that the quality of footwear complies with the requirements of this standard.
4.4.2 It is allowed to use polyurethane parts in the shoes of the injection method of fastening, which are formed during the casting process simultaneously with the sole: calf, lining. outer back.
4.5 Marking and packaging
4.5.1 Marking and packaging - according to GOST 7296 with the following addition:
In the upper part of the top of the boots on the front side of each half-pair, a brand with the designation of the purpose of the footwear in accordance with GOST 12.4.103 should be affixed with bright indelible paint;
On half boots and boots, the brand should be affixed to the upper edge of the berets of each half pair.
6 TEST METHODS
6.1 Sampling for laboratory tests - according to GOST 9289.

7 TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
7.1 Transportation and storage - according to GOST 7296.
8 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
8.1 After finishing work, the shoes must be cleaned of dirt without damaging the materials of the top and bottom, wiped and left in a ventilated room at a distance of at least 50 cm from heating devices for ventilation and drying.
8.2 Shoes must not come into contact with acids, alkalis, organic solvents, etc.
8.3 Shoes should be systematically, at least once a week, lubricated with shoe lubricant.
9 MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
9.1 The manufacturer guarantees the conformity of footwear to the requirements of this standard, subject to the conditions of operation, transportation and storage.
9.2 The warranty period for wearing shoes with leather soles is 40 days, with rubber and polyurethane soles - 70 days from the date of issue.

4.4 Material requirements

3 Main parameters and dimensions
3.1 Footwear for its intended purpose must comply with GOST 12.4.103.
3.2 Shoes by design must comply with standard samples in accordance with GOST 15.004.
3.3 Footwear by gender and age groups should be divided into men's and women's, in size and width should comply with GOST 3927 and GOST 11373.
At the request of consumers, it is allowed to produce shoes of especially wide fullness.
4 General technical requirements
4.1 Shoes should be made in accordance with the requirements of this standard according to the technology and standard samples approved in the prescribed manner in accordance with GOST 15.004.
4.2 The symbol for the protective properties of footwear - according to GOST 12.4.103.
4.3 Characteristics
4.3.1 Shoes should be made with lasts in accordance with GOST 3927.
4.3.2 Footwear should be made by the following fastening methods: nail, nail-adhesive, adhesive, doppel-adhesive, cast, stitch-cast and press vulcanization.
4.3.3 The strength of the thread fastenings of the workpiece parts must be at least: 160 N / cm - with the lines of the top with the front, the ankle boots with the vamp are more than two; 150 N / cm - with two lines and 120 N / cm - rear outer belt with shaft or berets.
4.3.4 The strength of the fastening of the bottom parts in the shoe must comply with the standards specified in table 1.

4.3.5 The fastening strength of heels in shoes must be at least 800 N for men's shoes, 600 N for women's shoes.
4.3.6 The total deformation of the backdrop should not exceed 3.0 mm (for a backdrop made of nitro-leather), the residual deformation - 1.0 mm (for a backdrop made of elastic or thermoplastic material).
4.3.7 The total deformation of the toe cap should not exceed 2.5 mm.
4.3.8 Flexibility of shoes of nail and nail-adhesive fastening methods should be no more than 290 N/cm; adhesive, casting and press vulcanization - no more than 210 N/cm; doppelno-adhesive and line-casting - no more than 160 N/cm.
4.3.9 The weight of a half-pair of shoes must be no more than the weight of a standard sample approved in the prescribed manner, multiplied by a factor of 1.08.
4.3.10 Shoes are not allowed:
Strongly pronounced fragrance and screeding of the face in the front, vamps and lower parts of the berets, tops and rear outer belts;
Strongly pronounced veininess in the front, vamps and in the lower parts of the tops and berets;
Strongly pronounced collariness in the front of the front and vamps;
Faceless, lizuha, moleeds on all details with an area of more than 7 cm2 on a half-pair;.

4.4 Material requirements
4.4.1 The list of materials used for the outer, inner and intermediate parts of the top and bottom of shoes in accordance with Appendix A.
In agreement with the consumer and the authorities of the State Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision, it is allowed to use other materials, provided that the quality of footwear complies with the requirements of this standard.
4.4.2 It is allowed to use polyurethane parts in the shoes of the injection method of fastening, which are formed during the casting process simultaneously with the sole: shank, lining, outer back.
4.5 Labeling and packaging
4.5.1 Marking and packaging - according to GOST 7296 with the following addition:
In the upper part of the top of the boots on the front side of each half-pair, a brand with the designation of the purpose of the footwear in accordance with GOST 12.4.103 should be affixed with bright indelible paint;
On half boots and boots, the brand should be affixed to the upper edge of the berets of each half pair.

8 Instructions for use
8.1 After finishing work, the shoes must be cleaned of dirt without damaging the materials of the top and bottom, wiped and left in a ventilated room at a distance of at least 50 cm from heaters for ventilation and drying.
8.2 Shoes must not come into contact with acids, alkalis, organic solvents, etc.
8.3 Shoes should be systematically, at least once a week, lubricated with shoe lubricant.
9 Manufacturer's warranties
9.1 The manufacturer guarantees the conformity of footwear to the requirements of this standard, subject to the conditions of operation, transportation and storage.
9.2 The warranty period for wearing shoes with leather soles is 40 days, with rubber and polyurethane soles - 70 days from the date of issue.

Through damage to the details of the top and bottom of the shoe;
Incorrectly set heel (deviation of the running surface of the heel from the horizontal plane) more than 3 mm;
Lagging of parts (sole, heel, toe cap) made of polyurethane from the upper material of the injection molded shoe with a depth of more than 2 mm.
4.4 Material requirements
4.4.1 The list of materials used for the outer, inner and intermediate parts of the top and bottom of shoes in accordance with Appendix A.
In agreement with the consumer and the authorities of the State Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision, it is allowed to use other materials, provided that the quality of footwear complies with the requirements of this standard.
