All this resulted in health problems, so I decided to “let go of the situation” and focus only on myself. The initial step was dismissal, and the second was the first trip to a spa program in my life.

Thanks to glossy magazines, I have a stereotype that spas are for rich beauties. That's why I was nervous. After all, I’m not rich at all and not at all beautiful... Well, maybe a little pretty. The second stereotype was the opposite: that the hall would be poorly cleaned. Well, you know, this mold, the slippery walls of the fonts and other unpleasant things. Was The Open Path able to rid me of stereotypes?

The building itself is located in the courtyards of the Gorsky microdistrict. It honestly looks unsightly. Frankly speaking, I, as a designer, don’t understand why the mayor’s office approves such buildings. But everything is much better inside. Spacious zoned hall: on the left is the coffee shop, on the right is the reception. The female administrators are collected, immersed in the work process. Payment for the program after completion. For me, this was not entirely convenient: I want to relax as much as possible and definitely not think about money when I leave. It would be better to pay before the procedure. There is a cashless payment.

I had the Orange and Chocolate program. I paid 5,500 rubles for it and relaxed for about 2.5 hours. It includes hammam, soap peeling massage, whole body scrubbing, chocolate wrap and relaxation massage. It was led by master Elena. There are no complaints about her, she did everything perfectly. The only thing was that her movements were a bit harsh here and there. But here, most likely, it’s a matter of taste.

For health reasons, I can’t do a lot of things, including massage. Therefore, I am very grateful to the salon for listening to my wishes in terms of the strength of the masseuse’s influence and the selection of the program itself. Because usually they start giving you stupid advice, without understanding either the client’s contraindications or his psychological mood. There is no such thing here.

I really liked the program itself. I would like to come here alone with my husband so that we can have an unusual date. But - Alas! - I give it three stars, not sure that I will return. And that's why:

My program was in the Turkish hall. The hall itself is undoubtedly very beautiful. Beautiful and neat paintings on the wall. Of course, the hall was a little tired. For example, when I was lying in the hammam, I noticed that under the ceiling, where a row of LEDs imitates a star vault, one light bulb was not on. A vine began to burst near the armrest of the wicker chair. But these are all minor things. But there are obvious problems with cleanliness.

The first thing I noticed was the smell of dampness when entering the hammam. This aroma can most clearly be described as “wet rags”. This makes it very difficult to focus on internal sensations, because instead you smell and associate unpleasantly :)

The trash can in the restroom had not been emptied. It seems there were even used daily journals.

And then something happened that turned everything inside me upside down. I entered the warm font and sat down. And suddenly I saw something small and red in the water column. To be honest, at first I was afraid that my period suddenly started (I was without glasses, I can’t see well). So I brought it closer to me and... IT WAS A SOCKED PIECE OF BLOODY HUMAN EPIDERMIS WITH A CUSTOM. Apparently, the previous visitor had a callus or some kind of sore that got wet and fell off...

Later, I discovered something similar before my eyes while lying in the hammam for a soapy massage.

How are the rooms sanitized after each visitor? And are they processed? Will I find fungus on my feet in about a week??

I honestly expected the admins to ask if I liked everything so I could talk about these situations. But that did not happen. Therefore, I am writing here in the hope of a response from the representative. I really hope that this is something out of the ordinary for you. That the cleaner at that time was collapsing after a 12-hour shift, or that an intern was working, or something else. You have a wonderful concept and programs, but such things are unacceptable...

P.S.: there is some problem with the shower. Not only were the “hot” and “cold” indicators erased, but the water did not want to drain. So that I wouldn’t have to rinse myself under the ICY cold water, Master Elena kindly offered me to rinse myself with water from a bowl in the hammam. She helped me wash off the scrub, pouring it on me from a tiny bowl, although I doubt that this is part of her job description...

Initially, our project was conceived exclusively as a children's project. But when the siblings were invited to the spa, no one objected. This time, an adult group also went to test the Open Path recreation and personality development center: 15 young mothers, “completely free until Friday.” The test drive turned out to be very eventful: a mini-lesson on facial massage, a full-fledged yoga session, an hour of relaxation at the OASIS aqua spa and, finally, a Thai-style dinner.

About the center

"Open Path" is a separate seven-story building in the Gorsky microdistrict.

When I went to the seminar, I, of course, prepared, read the newsletter and realized for myself what I would receive interesting information and I’ll remember the breathing yoga exercises that I once did, but abandoned long ago. What I actually received at the seminar was a shock for me. Practitioners beyond reality and some extraordinary people around tell me fantastic things at the level of everyday life. I roughly know what to do with negative shocks, but not yet with positive ones. I always had a square head. When I went home, I thought that I would be digesting all this for a very long time, it’s good that there was a break, and later in the evening I felt that I was already bored and wanted more.

During the last meditation, when it was said that you can send your thoughts into Space, I sent gratitude that you exist and that I can be here now. I hope you feel it))). I sincerely admire you!

I wanted to try Kozyrev's mirrors. All intention was directed towards them, but along the way it turned out that you must first transform yourself from within, before
than to enter these mirrors, otherwise there will be no effect.

A good task is to transform yourself. But where to start and what to do was not clear. Bogdan came to the rescue, laid out the model on the shelves and thoroughly made it clear
internal territory, layers, personal strength, blocks, energies and connected everything together.

It turned out that I had a task within me, with which I subconsciously came to the training.
Then there was more the task grew into an internal problem, into experiences that were carried out from prenatal period(things are very personal, but nevertheless I have the power to talk about them now).
I would never have thought that for 28 years I carried the fear of death within me and most of the events tried to tell me this, but I did not hear.

This training gave me the opportunity to hear these events, feel these signs, correlate the external manifestation of the world and my internal territory, my feelings and sensations.

The group was wonderful, all very cool guys, they got their dose of self-awareness and understanding.
I recommend the training to everyone who wants to break through the ceilings of their capabilities, who suffer all their lives and do not understand why and why, who spend their whole lives looking for themselves, but are not there.

Noted very positive changes in physically development of endurance. An unexpected resource opened up in relation to overcoming both emotional and physical stress. After classes, some kind of firmament appeared under my feet and an inner core, the integrity of my own perception appeared.

There was also a problem with the management; I couldn’t decide for a long time to talk about one issue. Now I have included them in my circuit. And, in general, it turns out that they are normal people with whom you can negotiate.

I feel as if I am a pioneer or a traveler at the very beginning of my journey.
