Row 1: cast on 68 stitches on circular needles (orange yarn).

Row 10: knit this way: 2 loops together, yarn over, 2 loops together again and so on until the end of the row.

Row 13: Purl stitches.
Row 14: knit with knit stitches.
Row 15: Purl stitches.
Row 16: knit with knit stitches.
Row 17: Purl stitches. 
Row 18: fold the resulting knitting in half and knit with knit stitches. 
Row 19: Purl stitches. 
Row 20: switch to black yarn. Knit a row with facial loops.
Row 21: knit with purl stitches. 
Row 22: knit with knit stitches.
Row 23: knit with purl stitches.
Row 24: Now we knit with orange yarn. This row is knitted with knit stitches. 
Row 25: 1 knit stitch, 1 purl loop, 1 knit stitch and so on until the end of the row. We will knit the orange stripes with a pearl pattern, so the loops alternate.
26-27 row: 1 purl loop, 1 knit stitch, 1 purl loop and so on.
28-29 row: 1 front loop, 1 purl loop, 1 front loop and so on until the end of the row. 
Row 30: knit with black yarn. Knit a row with facial loops. 
Row 31: knit with purl stitches.
Row 32: knit with knit stitches.
Row 33: knit with purl stitches. 
Row 34: Now we knit with orange yarn. This row is knitted with knit stitches.
Row 35: 1 knit stitch, 1 purl loop, 1 knit stitch and so on until the end of the row.
Row 36-37: 1 purl loop, 1 knit stitch, 1 purl loop and so on.
Row 38-39: 1 knit stitch, 1 purl loop, 1 knit stitch and so on until the end of the row. 
Row 40: knit with black yarn. Knit a row with facial loops.
Row 41: knit with purl stitches. 
Row 42: knit with knit stitches.
Row 43: knit with purl stitches.
Row 44: knit with orange yarn. This row is knitted with knit stitches.
Row 45: 1 knit stitch, 1 purl loop, 1 knit stitch and so on until the end of the row. 
Row 46: all loops must be divided into three parts: 22 loops, 24 loops, 22 loops. 24 loops will be the central loops, and 22 loops will be the side loops. So, you need to knit the back of the hat. For this, only the central loops are knitted! Once the central loops have been knitted, the last (24-loop) needs to be knitted with one side loop. As a result, there will always be 24 central loops, and the side loops will decrease. You need to knit until all the side loops are finished. 
Then you need to pick up the missing 22 loops on the sides and knit 2 rows with orange yarn and knit stitches. Close the loops. 
The strap is crocheted using orange yarn. To do this, cast on a chain of 23 loops from the edge of the cap. Then knit in reverse side. Knit the second strap in the same way. 
Tie bows on the edges of the hat satin ribbon. You get the ears of a tiger cub.
On the sides of the cap sewing needle and use an orange thread to make a few stitches so that the hat becomes a little rounder and fits well to the baby’s neck.

- We knit 5 cm with an elastic pattern, alternating purl and knit stitches (2 through 2).
- Next we change the knitting needles (take half a size larger).
- We knit according to the following pattern: cast on 1 purl loop, add 1 knit stitch (pull it out from the broaches).
- We knit another 15 knit stitches and 2 purl stitches. Again we add a loop, which is formed from broaches, and knit facial loops - 15 pcs.
- Next rapport: cast on 2 purl stitches, add 16 stitches knitted in knit stitch. Repeat 3 times and complete the row with a purl loop. We got 90 loops.
Now let's start knitting the braid pattern. We will knit using the following diagram:

When the “braid” pattern is knitted according to the pattern, cut the thread. Now you need to pull it through the loops. - We will make a pompom using threads and cardboard circles using the standard method. All that remains is to secure it to the top of the head.

- We connect the back seam using a thread of the main color.
