We take a banana by eye, a piece of about 3-4 centimeters (it is very important that the banana is soft and ripe), knead it all gradually, adding a little water and reach a consistency slightly thicker than sour cream (this is more convenient so that it does not run down your face). And leave this whole mixture for 10 minutes.

    So, first you need to cleanse your face, I usually do it like this: I brew chamomile, steam my face for 7-10 minutes and then cleanse it with a soft scrub. Then we apply our mask for 20-25 minutes. And we wash off with warm boiled water (not from the tap, otherwise the bleach will kill all our efforts), then we wash with very cold boiled water.

    Attention: since the mask has the ability to tighten the skin very well, you may feel tightness - in this case, apply a little moisturizer to your face or sprinkle with thermal water!
