• Scenario for the holiday "World Neighbors Day". "Neighbor's Day" A ceremonial celebration for residents of the neighborhood on the street

    16.08.2019

    Script: "Neighbor's Day"

Solemn holiday for residents of the microdistrict

Before the event begins, songs about family, kindness, and children are played.

The presenters come out to the backing track “wonderful neighbor”.

Leading: Everyone has neighbors: people, animals, countries.

And by and large, everyone is neighbors.

And if we are together, we are not afraid

No storm, no hurricane, no thunderstorms on the planet.

Presenter 2: Celebrate Neighbors Day, don't be lazy,

Forget about TV for the evening.

    Knock on your neighbor's door.

May your meeting be joyful and pleasant.

IN 1: Every year around the world, Neighbors Day is celebrated at the end of May. In Russia in 2017, we celebrate Neighbors Day today on May 26th.

AT 2: Wonderful good holiday! But, unfortunately, residents of large cities often do not even know who lives behind their walls.

IN 1: The Frenchman Antanas Perifan first thought about this. With the help of sponsors, he organized a holiday for his hitherto unknown neighbors of the district, during which he found work for several unemployed people, organized small home kindergartens, helped those in need financially and did a lot of other good deeds that were not at all difficult to do - it was enough to know about the problem person. For the first time such a useful and humane holiday was held in 1999 in Paris, 800 houses and more than 10,000 residents took part in it, and since then this day has been celebrated annually.

AT 2: Since 2000, Neighbors Day has become an official international holiday. If in Europe the European Federation of Local Solidarity (there is one) organizes the holiday, then in Russia ordinary people take matters into their own hands, creating a holiday for their loved ones, giving them warmth and kindness.

IN 1: This day is gradually beginning to acquire traditions. Every city and even every yard has its own, but they have one thing in common: the desire to open up and extend a hand to those who are nearby.

AT 2: Neighbors, like the Motherland, as a rule, are not chosen. This means you need to learn to be friends.

Dear guests, do you know the names of your neighbors? If not, no problem - let's get acquainted. Let's start by saying hello:

    Greeting options:

    • in Russia it is customary to shake hands;
    • in Italy - warmly hugging;
    • in Brazil - clapping each other on the shoulder;
    • in Zimbabwe - they rub their backs;
    • in Macedonia they greet with elbows;
    • in Nicaragua they greet each other with their shoulders;
    • Australian Aborigines have a triple greeting: a) clap your palms; b) jump; c) push with your hip.

    V1: Well done!

And now he will speak to you dance group Withdance "Hipsters"! . Meet!

AT 2: International Neighbor's Day is celebrated on the eve of summer and holidays! And summer is always about active recreation and fun! So let's play with you!

“Hoop relay race.”Two participants are selected from each team (they hold the hoop), and the remaining team members take turns climbing through the hoop and stand at the end of the line. The winner is the team whose members are the first to run and line up (one after another).

IN 1: Dear friends, tell me, are you friends with your neighbors? Are you communicating? Or maybe there is some secret on how to stay in touch with your neighbors? a good relationship? (people’s answers: say hello, jointly keep the entrance clean, don’t make noise, etc.).

AT 2: Nastya has prepared her dance for you

    "Gypsy Dance"

IN 1: And we continue to play with children and adults:

Relay race “Wait the Locomotive”.The players are divided into two teams and stand in a line, placing their hands on the shoulders of the person in front. The presenter stands with his back to the players and periodically says “Let’s go” or “Stop.” When the word “Let’s go” sounds, the train of players begins to move towards the leader, when “Stop” sounds, it stops. The winner is the team that gets to the leader faster and touches him with his hand.

Game "Dexterous and Accurate".The players try to hit the hoop by throwing pebbles from a distance of 3-4 meters. The team that throws the hoop wins greatest number stones.

AT 2: Dear friends, we have found out that you are and will be friends with your neighbors, right? (yes) But they forgot to praise our wonderful neighbors! We need to fix this!

Let's play a coding game with you, for each letter of the word "FRIENDSHIP" we will name what our neighbors are? For example, with the letter “D” (shows a card with the letter) - kind, what else?

    The game is being played

    D kind, friendly, friendly.

    P joyful, kindred, playful.

    Respected, successful, smiling.

They are cheerful, terribly good, life-loving.

    B cheerful, rich, fast.

    And active, neat.

    Presenter 1: Well done!

Dear guests, I think among our neighbors there are not only dexterous and fast, but also talented people who really love to sing. And to check this, we invite everyone present to sing a well-known song about a neighbor.

The words of the song are given to those who wish, and the song “Wonderful Neighbor” is sung to the backing track.

Presenter 2: And now, dear guests, listen to advice on how to become good neighbors!

1 If you are a newcomer yourself or your neighbors have just moved, introduce yourself. Say hello, make a small symbolic gift(for example, homemade pie, congratulate them on their housewarming. Tell us where the nearest grocery store is and where the pharmacy is.

IN 1: 2 Find out more about the lives of your neighbors - what they do, what their work schedule is, whether they have a large family. This way you can avoid some problems before they start to pop up. For example, if you find out that your neighbors work at night, you will try to be quieter during the day, knowing that at this time they are sleeping. If there are small children in the family, you will try not to make noise in the evenings. Provide your neighbors with similar information about you. If you are going to do repairs or play drums, warn about this in advance. Agree that if one begins to cause inconvenience to the other, the other will immediately report it.

AT 2: 3 Be careful with shared walls. If you are neighbors in apartments, try not to place noisy Appliances, such as washing machines or dishwasher. It is also better to keep the TV and speakers away from the wall. If you live above someone, consider placing rubberized mats under appliances to help reduce noise. Try not to stomp too loudly when everyone is already asleep.

IN 1: 4 Keep an eye on your pets. If you live next door to each other, keep your dog on a leash when letting him outside. Especially if your neighbors have a cat or dog. If your pet makes too much noise, this can also cause conflict. Imagine yourself in the place of your neighbors and try to understand them. If your dog barks loudly all the time, consult your veterinarian for advice.

AT 2: 5 Warn about parties. If you decide to throw a party, notify your neighbors in advance, specifying when it will start and how long it will last. Just in case, leave them your phone number. If you like your neighbors, why not invite them too? At the party itself, stick to your agreement.

IN 1: 6 Keep your area clean and tidy. If you live in your own home, keep an eye on your area. Remove weeds regularly. Not only do they detract from the overall appearance of your yard, but they can also spread to your neighbor's yard. Mow your lawn and trim your flowers, trees and shrubs when necessary. When using fertilizers, ask if any of your neighbors are allergic to them.

AT 2: 7 Keep an eye on the fire when you're grilling something in the yard. If you decide to barbecue or barbecue in your yard, keep an eye on the fire and follow all safety rules. Warn your neighbors about your intentions; perhaps on this very day they planned to dry their clean laundry outside. Having learned about your desire in advance, they may reschedule their plans.

IN 1: 8 Observe parking etiquette. When parking your car, be careful not to block your neighbor's exit. Avoid starting the engine too late at night or too early in the morning. Its noise may wake up your neighbors.

AT 2: 9 Chat with your neighbors. Keep in constant contact with your neighbors and keep them informed of your plans. Remember " Golden Rule" - if you are going to do something concerning your neighbor, warn him about it in advance. Keep the lines of communication open: if your neighbor is unhappy with something, he should be able to let you know.

IN 1: 10 Don’t forget about mutual assistance. If your neighbors are leaving, keep an eye on their house or apartment. Don't let your guard down when they are at home either. If you notice suspicious people nearby, immediately report them to your neighbors.

AT 2: 11 Good neighbors look out for each other. They give each other advice and offer help. They respect other people's boundaries and are always ready to support in an emergency. They are looking for opportunities for cooperation and will never refuse communication.

IN 1: 2 If you are convinced that the conflict with neighbors is unresolvable, seek advice from specialists. Perhaps you can find justice for them legally.

AT 2: I think these rules are not very difficult to implement, right?

And the guys and I continue to have fun.

Game "Crabs". All competition participants are divided into pairs. Each pair stands with their backs to each other and interlocks at elbow level. At the leader’s signal, two pairs run sideways to the finish line. The team whose participants reach the finish line first wins.

IN 1: Well done boys! At the end of our holiday, the guys from our kindergarten and their teachers want to give you theirsdance "We wish you good luck."

AT 2: Our holiday has come to an end! But we don’t say goodbye to you, but we say goodbye to you! See you again!

Methodological recommendations for organizing and holding International Neighbors Day

It would seem that the time has long passed when neighbors were something like family members, when problems were not solved alone, troubles and joys were shared by everyone. People got heavy metal doors, closed them with massive locks, and not everyone knows who lives next door. Not for everyone, especially in big cities, the neighbor remained a friend, and did not turn into just an acquaintance or a negative character in our difficult life. Therefore, holidays of households or districts, which are held annually in many regions of Russia, become a real revelation and joy for many.

However, how many more people remain behind closed doors, how many residents have no idea who lives behind the wall or meets them every day in the elevator or in the yard with the dog. How difficult it is now for us to solve common problems and various household details, because we not only don’t know how to do it, but we don’t know with whom.

“...We live in paradoxical times. Sometimes it is much easier for us to communicate with a person on the other side of the world than to say “good afternoon” to our neighbor. This holiday was created as a response to the development of isolationism and individualism that flourishes in our cities... International Neighbors Day is a meeting designed to establish and develop social connections, and a great opportunity to get to know your neighbors...”

The idea of holding such a day was born in Paris in 1990, when Antanas Perifan and a group of friends from the “Paris for Friends” association decided to hold a holiday for neighbors in the 17th district of Paris. The purpose of the holiday was to unite people living next door to each other and to resist the increasing isolation in society, to jointly implement various projects for the benefit of residents.

This relatively young holiday very quickly attracted a lot of attention. Many examples of celebration appeared, people began to actively communicate with each other, and the holiday gained popularity.

On such holidays, residents began to actively invite not only those who live in their home or neighborhood, but also those who work on their territory, thank them and actively involve them in cooperation for the benefit of residents and their home.

This holiday is aimed at improving relations between neighbors, teaching people to be united and friendly in this world, where social indifference is increasingly common. Neighbors uniting and supporting each other makes it possible to overcome their daily difficulties. And the phrase “good neighbors have become good friends" speaks for itself.

In the old days they said: “If you are going to build a house, choose not the place, but the neighbors.” The saying is as old as the hills, but it still doesn’t lose its relevance, because many of us are sometimes tempted to say an unkind word about our neighbors. Our peace and comfort often depend on them. If neighbors respect each other, then the music won’t blare at inopportune hours, water won’t pour from the ceiling, and you won’t have to wade through mountains of garbage in the entrance. And what happens if you make any request - how good it is that there is that same kind neighbor or neighbor who will help, if not with deeds, then with advice.

“A close neighbor is better than distant relatives”- another Russian proverb. You will say that the days when neighbor was a friend, comrade and brother are gone?! No! Look around: not only do we yearn for normal human good-neighborly relations, but also our children, without knowing it, are looking for (but do they always find?) warmth, home comfort, including outside family circle. And they will definitely find him, very close, if in good deeds good neighbors will unite.

We have formulated answers to frequently asked questions from beginning participants in the holiday good neighbor movement:

The poster can be placed near the school, on stands in the neighborhood or near the post office, shops, and in all public places.

As an alternative or companion material, one can make Leaflets, which are very useful as they explain how to organize a holiday.

Invitation can be hung in the hall of the house that is taking part in the holiday, on the stairwell near the elevator, stairs or mailboxes. You need to indicate the place and time of the holiday, as well as other details regarding the holiday, and leave your name and contact phone number.

Remember that when posting an ad, it should not damage the common property of the house!

To address people specifically or especially important guests, send them personalized invitation letters.
Such letters allow you to establish contact with your neighbors. Place them in mailboxes or hand them out in person, inviting your neighbors to join in the celebration. To create a good mood and a bright, memorable holiday, other materials can be used: T-shirts, multi-colored air balloons

, hats, ties, specially prepared cards or gift bags. Very it is important to attract to participate in the holiday as much as possible residents

and do everything possible so that residents become not guests, but real participants in the celebration. On the day of the holiday, all people will be able to meet each other at the same table, have a drink or a snack, and everyone brings something different to the table

. This is a good reason to give housewives the opportunity to express themselves by preparing a delicious treat for the common table. Organize neighbors holiday

easy, and its organization depends only on you. You, the neighboring residents, are the main participants and the key to the success of the holiday. Don't hesitate to ask your neighbors for help organizing this event. Everyone can make a contribution to the creation of their own holiday. growth and hospitality, unity and solidarity will allow all neighbors to feel like members of one large team, where everyone’s opinion is important and taken into account and joint activities are very important.

There is nothing difficult about organizing such a holiday. At minimal cost, we assure you, you will get excellent results.

Preparation for the holiday can be divided into several parts.

    Before the holiday

In order to plan and hold a holiday, you need to gather a team of like-minded people and at the same time assistants. It will be very great if many of your neighbors take part in preparing the holiday. Remember than more people participates in preparations for the holiday and prepares to come to it, the more fun and friendly it will be, which means your goal will be achieved!

The holiday can be celebrated in different ways. For some, a tea party held in the apartment of one of the neighbors will be very joyful and festive; for other neighbors, the entrance will become a platform for celebration, and for some, even a whole yard will not be enough. Each city, town or village has its own traditions and customs. In big cities, it is difficult to take the holiday outside the home and celebrate it even on the street, while in towns and villages in such cases it is simpler - they celebrate the whole street, and do not deny themselves the festive space.

Understanding that the most important thing is that the holiday turns out to be sincere, joyful and would please all the neighbors and guests of your home (street, area), we offer you an approximate scenario, where we noted the main points that you should not forget about when preparing.

    Preparation for the holiday.

    In a few weeks

    1. Determine the composition of the initiative group of residents responsible for holding the holiday.

The group may include representatives of the HOA activists or senior residents of the building, the MKD Council. It is important that these people have time to supervise the holiday and take an active part in its preparation. It is very important that these residents are known among the neighbors and can invite others to the celebration.

    2. Make a list of events that you plan to do on this day.

To avoid getting lost in large quantities opportunities and determine what exactly is necessary and possible to do in your home, make a list of those positive things that you would like and could do on this day. Distribute those responsible for each of them and clarify what needs to be done to make everything planned come true. Think about what exactly would please your neighbors. What do you like to do all together? What kind of event, sports competition, or maybe decorating the yard, planting flower beds can attract all neighbors to participate in this day.

    3. Make a list of necessary equipment, materials that need to be purchased and made in advance.

Many of the little things can be bought in nearby stores or made yourself. To avoid spending extra money, check your own mezzanines. So you will certainly find a lot of useful information. Check with your neighbors. What can you do for the holiday in advance?

    4. Prepare a questionnaire for residents to identify those who would like to participate in the holiday.

Many residents will be happy to congratulate their neighbors and take part in this holiday. Ask your neighbors a question - “How would you like to participate in the holiday?”, “How to congratulate your neighbors?” – and learn a lot of new things about those who live next to you. Maybe you will find a cook who will bake delicious pies for everyone, or maybe someone who will sing a congratulatory song or a hymn of neighborly friendship of his own composition...

When compiling such a list of “neighborhood talent,” please note: Special attention the ability to simultaneously collect a lot of different important information about your neighbors. For example, make a list of neighbors who are car enthusiasts, so that you can solve all pressing car issues together and help each other, or a list of those who could help your elderly neighbors go grocery shopping or pharmacy.

    5. Make a holiday budget and determine where to get funds.

Of course, any holiday requires different costs, but at the same time, you need to take into account that this holiday is organized by the neighbors themselves, and the costs for it are not so much. According to the event plan, draw up an estimate for the holiday. Cross out from it the costs of what you can do yourself. Then remove what businesses and organizations around your home can help you with (for example, dishes in a nearby cafe or a microphone with speakers at school...) and you will see that such a holiday does not require much money. Try to break this amount into several parts and chip in together with neighbors. We are sure that if we divide the required amount among everyone, the holiday will be quite affordable.

    6. Inform and invite the press, as well as important guests.

In order for everyone to know how well and fun you are celebrating this holiday and to set an example for neighboring houses and areas (and maybe even streets and villages), invite journalists from a local newspaper or TV channel to your place. We are sure that they will be interested in coming to visit you and watching the holiday, which is celebrated unanimously by the entire entrance or house!

Important guests of your holiday, such as representatives of the administration or managers of the management company, must be informed and invited in advance. They, like any busy people, make their schedule in advance, and it is very important for them to learn about this not in one day.

In order to exchange ideas and plans, as well as experience in holding a holiday and organizing neighborhood events, you can organize visits to neighboring yards, city districts, or to colleagues and friends from another city. Neighbors can be not only close, but also distant.

    For two weeks

    1. Hand over invitations to guests, representatives of the District Administration, HOA, Management Company, TOS, Council of Pensioners, residents of the district (house), representatives of contracting organizations.

According to a pre-compiled list of those you would like to invite, you need to post or send out invitations. Invitations must clearly indicate the date, time and location of the holiday. If it is held outdoors, then in the invitation you can note the need to dress warmly or bring something necessary with you (for example, your own cups for tea or something soft so that you can sit comfortably).

    2. Agree on holding the holiday with the school or other possible and accessible premises. Of course, the most optimal way to celebrate this holiday would be in your home or yard. But, unfortunately, not all of our houses allow this. It is important to choose a room so that everyone who wants to take part in the holiday can fit. If the weather and the format of the event permit, then it is quite possible to move it outside. Please pay attention to the fact that the site for the celebration is close to your homes and has convenient approaches. If you plan to use any electrical appliances, make sure in advance that you have a place to plug them in.

3.Install a screen for viewing photos and a projector on the stage. You will probably want to share with your friends and neighbors interesting photographs or home videos that capture the life of your home or neighborhood, the pride and joy of your neighbors, as well as important events and news from your home. In order for everyone to see them, you need to take care of the necessary equipment in advance. Please note that schools and cultural centers often have such equipment. If you are spending your holiday in some other place, find out where you can rent it. Check to see if one of your working neighbors can take him home from work for one day.

Don’t forget that by inviting your neighbors to organize, you can not only involve them in the holiday as much as possible and please them, but also allow them to feel needed and not just participants, but welcome guests at your holiday. At the same time, counting on such neighborly mutual assistance, you can significantly save each other’s money and time.

    4. Collect or take photographs of those management company employees whom it is pleasant to celebrate at the holiday for Good work and good attitude towards residents.

Make a selection of photos and films in advance that you would like to show to your neighbors and holiday guests. Schedule your show time. Announce the show if you wish. If you have difficulties with equipment and a large screen, you can always take out photo albums and give them away. Believe me, it will bring no less pleasure to your neighbors. And if they can find themselves in these photographs, then they will be doubly pleased.

Collect all the photos of your neighbor's life over the past year or six months. Make a selection of your friendly photos. It’s always nice for everyone to remember the warm moments of your life.

    5. Prepare certificates and gifts. If you want to separately mention one of your neighbors and those who service your houses (for example, a janitor or a senior person in the building, or maybe a smiling neighbor from the fifth floor who more than once helped everyone out with tools for the car...) you can give them memorial certificates or small gifts. Remember that such actions are best done taking into account the opinions of all residents. Anyone can sign such a letter. A gift in such a situation can be not only a cake, and maybe not even a cake at all, but for example a basket of homemade cookies or a memorable burning that the children of your home can make in advance...

    6. If your holiday involves a buffet or feast, then you need to purchase food and drinks in advance.

At any event, a few bottles of water and hot tea or coffee will never go amiss. And if you have planned a buffet or banquet, then you need to buy or order products in advance. Nowadays there are no problems with organizing a feast. You can buy everything, from the most exquisite products to disposable tableware, in a hypermarket or at the market. Calculate required amount products is easy. Offer your guests several shared platters of sliced cheese and sausage, vegetables and fruits, and small sandwiches. Please note that the number of treats is at your discretion. If you want, you can set a large table, but if there is no opportunity or desire, then just tea with cake or homemade cookies will be very helpful.

On a neighbor's holiday, all dishes prepared by neighbors with their own hands are especially welcomed. Invite your mothers and grandmothers - wonderful and beloved housewives - to come up with a snack or sweet table together. We are sure that all guests will remember your holiday for a long time.

    7. Agree on photo and video shooting.

In order for you and your friends and neighbors to have a memory of the holiday, so that you have something to brag about in the future, something to show to those who are just planning to hold a similar holiday, you definitely need to take photos or videos. To do this, agree in advance which of your neighbors can take on this responsibility. Leave it to the high school students! They will definitely succeed. When planning your event, be sure to ensure there is adequate lighting and accessible outlets in the room. Don't forget to check the free memory on the flash drive and charge the batteries. Agree in advance on how and where you will subsequently show these photographs to your neighbors. You can display them on a stand or make a photo album that you can leave with the concierge...

    8. Prepare a festive concert.

In order to make your neighborhood holiday even more fun and as many of your neighbors as possible can take part in it, you can organize a small concert of your amateur performances in honor of the holiday in your yard. Surely some of your neighbors read poetry well, some sing well, and some are great at showing funny scenes from the life of your home. You can also invite musicians from your neighbors to take part in the celebration or invite school ensembles... Do not forget to take care of everything necessary for such performances on time. Remember that many props can be made with your own hands.

At the end of the holiday, when it gets dark, you can set off some fireworks to celebrate the holiday.

Please remember that it is important to comply with all necessary fire safety measures and agree on a location in advance to avoid problems with the police and fire services later. Recently, for launching fireworks in in public places a fine is provided.

On the day of the holiday

In the morning, check that everything you need is ready for the holiday. Call other members of the initiative group, schedule a time to meet and prepare the site for your holiday. Don't plan your event too early. The optimal start time is 18.30-19.00

You can host several different holiday activities for your neighbors throughout the day. For example, a mini cleanup day to clean up the site for a holiday together with those children who will return from school in the afternoon. Or decorate your yard with holiday banners and balloons.

During the day, you must adhere to the pre-designed holiday program. In order for everything to work out, it is not at all necessary for the whole house to take time off from work. It is enough to allocate responsibilities and the required time of presence in advance.

Do not forget that during the day you may need the necessary things prepared in advance to prepare and conduct the holiday. Make sure that they are accessible during the day, and not locked in the apartment of a neighbor who has gone to work until the evening. Think ahead about what you need.

If you are planning a treat, think in advance which of the housewives' neighbors may be responsible for preparing the treat and who can help her. For everything to be a success, you need to prepare the table a few hours before the start of the event. It is important not to forget to cut and bring everything on time.

Make sure you have enough utensils, napkins, bread and toothpicks. Think about what other help you might need during the day. Which neighbor will be able to lend a shoulder if prompt assistance is needed?

The celebration program might look like this:

09.00 Meeting of the initiative group of neighbors in the yard

A creative five-minute session for active residents will never be superfluous. Moreover, you probably have something to remind your neighbors about in the morning before the holiday.

It's a good time to start decorating your yard and driveway. Of course, a lot can be done in advance, but you probably won’t have time to do everything. In the morning, you can and should remind about your invitation to a fun holiday to those who often visit your home - the local doctor and policeman, the postman and the school teacher, the plumber and the janitor... The group leader needs to check that everyone remembers and knows their roles for this day . If you need to buy something, for example a couple of loaves of fresh bread for sandwiches, then don’t forget to leave money.

09.30-12.00 Decorating the house (yard, entrance) for the holiday.

Decorations can be anything, including homemade ones dedicated to the holiday. If the weather permits, then you can decorate the outside of the house and the yard, but if this is not possible, then you can stop at decorating the hall and entrances.

Announce a competition among residents in advance for best decoration your floor (entrance) for the holiday or a congratulatory poster. Don't forget to reward participants and winners.

12.00-16.00 Carrying out yard events dedicated to the holiday.

For example, conducting a tour of the house and surrounding area together with the management company - “The House We Live In” or a meeting with a representative of the administration of your area...

In each yard you can come up with many interesting events on a neighborhood theme. All those who are free during the day can take part in them. If the weather does not allow you to have fun outside, you can easily organize a competition for the best drawing or poem on the theme “My Happy Home” or “My Nice Neighbors” for adults and children.

    18.30 Start of the holiday

Introduction (the organizer of the holiday opens the Holiday), Speech by the chairman of the HOA, the head of the house or a representative of the initiative group. If representatives of the Administration, contractors, management companies, and other departments come to visit you, give them the floor.

Remember that all the most important words must be said at the beginning of the holiday. Don't forget to mention the holiday organizers, guests and thank all the helpers and residents (neighbors) for their support.

    Concert (amateur artistic performance).

Concert numbers can be either after the official part or during it, between performances. Consult with your neighbors about how best to proceed in your case. Considering that the holiday is not official and is aimed at improving good neighborly relations, it is not necessary to organize a large and significant concert. It is important that you and your neighbors like it. For example, a small choir of pensioners with a button accordion on a bench at the entrance will be no worse than performing from a stage with a microphone.

    Buffet

    21.00 Festive fireworks

Don’t forget to fence off the launch site in advance and coordinate your actions with the necessary services (police, firefighters, Ministry of Emergency Situations...). Agree, studying the code of administrative violations is not the best way to end the holiday. Make sure that children or dogs do not accidentally run up to this place during the fireworks!

The active part of the holiday must be completed by 22.00. This is a neighbor's holiday, and children will take part in it. Don't forget to have a good rest after the holiday. But not before the last bag of trash has been taken out and all the furniture has been put back in its place.

    After the holiday

Large organizations - HOAs, TOSs, etc. I can arrange and conduct seminars to sum up the results of the past day and reward the brightest participants and activists.

    Dear neighbors!

Don't forget to congratulate everyone who cares about your home!

We wish you with all our hearts to celebrate this glorious holiday in the warm company of your good neighbors!

Neighbor's Day- an international holiday that came to Russia from Europe.

The founder of this holiday is the Frenchman Atanaz Perifan, who back in 1990 with friends created the association “Paris for Friends” in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, with the goal of strengthening social ties and mobilizing people to combat isolation. Association members collected things and funds for neighbors who found themselves in difficult life situation, helped people find work.

Perifan expressed the idea of creating this holiday with the following words: “Let's make this fantastic event an occasion to celebrate together the spirit of unity and cohesion that is so dear to all of us!”

By 1999, ten thousand Parisians from 800 houses had already celebrated this holiday, and since then it was decided to hold it annually.

In Russia, the holiday Neighbors Day has been celebrated since 2006. The federal project “School for a Literate Consumer” calls on all active residents and housing and communal organizations in all corners of Russia to take part in the “International Neighbors Day” in 2015.

We hope that the “International Neighbors Day” campaign will help residents get to know each other better, strengthen good neighborly relations between houses and courtyards, and subsequently find mutual language when jointly solving current problems of managing apartment buildings.

The song "Festive Evening" is playing

For the Slavs, the concept of “neighbor” has always been more important than for people of the Western world. Residents of a street or a large city house once celebrated everything, name days or funerals, together. Previously, people always willingly and without invitations gathered to help their needy neighbor. A person always understood that those around him would bring the very last thing to him in a difficult moment of life. But modern life radically changes the rules that were once in force for centuries. In a multi-story high-rise building, people hardly recognize their neighbor on the site and are not at all interested in his problems. This course of things puzzles all thinking citizens, regardless of their country of residence. In the West, the isolation of the people is already so strong that it was there that a social movement was born that set the task of rousing people to fight isolation.

History of the holiday International Neighbors Day

It would seem that the cheerful and prosperous French should least of all bother themselves with problems with isolation, but it was among them that the person who came up with this original and useful holiday appeared. It has long been noticed that with increasing prosperity, people withdraw more into themselves and become more indifferent to others. Parisian Antanas Periphanes has been concerned about this issue for a long time and very much. Together with his associates, the man in the 90s created the “Paris d'Amis” association, which was involved in the social connections of the capital's residents in the 17th arrondissement. Activists helped poor neighbors a lot with housing and financial problems, as well as with employment. To further raise the spirit of cohesion Perifan raised the question among like-minded people about establishing the International Neighbors Day holiday. In his native 17th arrondissement, the initiative was understood and supported; in 1999, Parisians from more than 800 houses took part in this kind and extremely useful action.

At first, the celebration of International Neighbors Day was picked up by residents of other districts, and a little later this initiative was supported by citizens in neighboring countries and overseas. The emergence of the European Solidarity Federation helped to quickly unite all people seeking to spread these useful ideas in all cities of the continent. Alas, such an organization does not yet exist in Eastern Europe; such holidays are organized by ordinary local activists, as well as the administration of some cities, where they understand the importance of quickly improving good neighborliness.

    Activities on International Neighbors Day

Europeans are accustomed to celebrating this event on a weekday, timing the main events on the last Tuesday of the month of May. But residents of other countries do not strictly adhere to this tradition, so many celebrate Neighbors Day on the last weekend of May, which is more convenient for working citizens. Naturally, each city is famous for its local traditions, so the organization of such events can take place according to completely different scenarios. It is best to gather proactive people ahead of time who can agree to spend part of their time on such an important matter. Next, draw up a plan of events in which you can involve the maximum the number of inhabitants of a house, street, village or even hometown.

Of course, everything will be much simpler and more interesting when International Neighbors Day is celebrated in an entertaining manner. It is advisable not to organize processions and ostentatious rallies, but to do everything in the form of a cozy tea party at sweet tables in a public garden, park or in the home area of many people. In a relaxed atmosphere among residents of a high-rise building, disunity can be quickly eliminated and social connections can be established. By the way, it would be very successful to coincide with this date some children’s events, for example, sports “Games of our yard” with sweet prizes.

Since 2006, Russia has celebrated the Day of Neighbors. The federal project “School of Literate Consumers” calls on all active residents and housing and communal organizations in all corners of Russia to take part in the “International Neighbors Day” May 27, 2016.

IN last years people communicate less and less. Unfortunately, the tradition of living as “one family” and helping each other remains a thing of the distant Soviet past. We turn our apartments and private houses into impregnable fortresses, without thinking at all about who lives next door to us. It is difficult for us to discuss general issues, including issues of our home, entrance, and yard.

The same situation arises in the communication and interaction of residents and housing and communal services workers. We contact the management company only when something has happened and most often with complaints and claims.

It is difficult for us to imagine that there should be a different relationship with housing and communal services. We forget that the condition of our houses and yards directly depends on how well the relationships are built between residents of apartment buildings, workers in housing and communal services and other areas, as well as on how collective decisions are made. And this, in turn, is the attractiveness of a house, street, city.

That is why issues of good neighborliness become not just issues of our peace of mind, but also issues of our personal budget, part of which is spent on general house needs, on cosmetic repairs of walls, etc.

The “International Neighbors Day” campaign will help residents get to know each other better, strengthen good neighborly relations between houses and courtyards, and subsequently find a common language when jointly solving pressing problems of managing apartment buildings.

We are all neighbors: on the street, in the settlement, in the district, in the city. And the most important thing is that we maintain these relationships, develop them, so that we continue to live great friendly family. The “International Neighbors Day” campaign is aimed at improving relations between neighbors and teaching people to be united in this world.

Detailed information about the action and the most successful forms of holding events will be posted on the official websites of the All-Russian Congress of Municipalities, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, the UNITED RUSSIA party, as well as on the websites www.projectshgp.rf and www.sosedi2016.ru.

Neighbors Day is a cute and almost homely holiday. It has been celebrated all over the world since 1999. It is celebrated in Canada and Turkey, in many European countries, in Australia and New Zealand, as well as India. This holiday is aimed at improving good neighborly relations, neighborly mutual assistance, combating loneliness and isolation, and greater neighborly communication.

Like most people from different countries, residents of Russia also have neighbors - on the landing or in the house, in the yard or on the street. In Russia, Neighbors Day began to be celebrated in 2006 - first in one of the courtyards of Moscow, and then in many cities - Yaroslavl and Kaliningrad, Irkutsk and Omsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Klin and Perm - you can’t list all the cities. However, in Russia this holiday still has its own special meaning.

In Russia, NEIGHBORS are always much more important to each other than neighbors abroad. For us, neighbors mean not only “salt and matches,” but also “talk,” “water flowers,” and “leave the keys.” However, despite the long traditions of good neighborly relations in our country, our houses are becoming larger and larger, the distances are increasing, we spend less and less time at home and in the yard, we know less and less who lives in the apartment opposite, and even less often - who is behind the wall in the other entrance...

At the same time, our housing situation and housing laws have changed greatly. We pay in full for housing and communal services, we must make our own decisions on many issues regarding the management and maintenance of our homes, we must be more literate residents, more active residents. And that is why in our country, issues of good neighborliness become not just issues of our peace of mind, but also issues of our personal budget, part of which is spent on general house needs, spent on redecorating walls, restoring the elevator and other things. The financial, technical, and aesthetic condition of our home and our yard depends on how our relationships with our neighbors develop, how together we know how to comply with the rules of residence, and how we make collective decisions! And this, in turn, is the attractiveness of a house, street, city. My neighbors and I are “in the same boat” - we need to be able to negotiate and resolve conflicts, develop solutions and set examples for our children.

You need to know your neighbors in order to competently negotiate together with the Criminal Code and local self-government bodies, protect your rights together, fight together and rejoice together! So that we all can live safer, live more economically and look into the future with optimism. Where it’s difficult for one, let’s figure it out together!

Good evening, Dear friends: adults and children, residents of the neighborhood! Such a wonderful and kind holiday as International Neighbor Day, which brought us all together on this wonderful warm May evening, began to be celebrated only in 2000, therefore, this is a new and modern holiday 21st century. It's time to reconsider your attitude towards the people around us, become more responsive and attentive to your Neighbors who surround us everywhere!

World Neighbors Day was invented by the French, they actually came up with a lot of things that suited us too - cinema, cosmetics, chocolate and mayonnaise, an electric car and even the name of the single currency - the Euro! So let's embrace their recent innovation - celebrate World Neighbors Day! (applause)

    In our typical house

    We live with neighbors

    Very fun and friendly.

After all, sometimes it is very necessary,

    For someone to support

To shake your hand in the morning,

I would lend you salt and matches,

    I would talk in person

    Happy neighbors day!

    And I wish you patience

To everyone living in peace with us,

Behind the wall, in another apartment.

And so that we, neighbors, can meet more often, walking with our beautiful children, Deputy of the Saratov City Duma *** installed a bright environmentally friendly and safe children's sports complex with comfortable benches for parents in the courtyard of the house at ***!

International Neighbor's Day is celebrated on the eve of summer and holidays! And summer is always about active recreation and fun! So let's play with you!

Not so long ago there was such a tradition - to visit each other as neighbors, with pies, cookies, for tea, and just talk about everything and nothing. And now we want to invite you to bake an impromptu pie! But first, let's remember what ingredients we need for the dough? (answers: flour, sugar, salt, water, butter, eggs, vanillin). Well done, you know everything, and you and I will decorate our pie!

2 pies are laid out on the asphalt (basics, 2 teams of children of 6 people are selected, they are given fruits - strawberries, raspberries, a tangerine slice, grapes, etc. And to the music, without running, the children come up and decorate the pie with berries. (or a musical game "Loaf")

Leading: Well done boys! And you can try baking a real delicious pie for yourself and your friends or neighbors at home with your mother and grandmother! And now I invite you to dance a little! Let's stand in a large circle so as not to disturb each other, look at me and repeat all the movements after me!

    Music exercise “Hey, couch potatoes”

    game "Stamp your foot"

Dear friends, tell me, are you friends with your neighbors? Are you communicating? Or maybe there is some secret on how to maintain good relations with your neighbors? (people’s answers: say hello, jointly keep the entrance clean, don’t make noise, etc.).

Great! But do the guys know polite words? Which ones? (hello, goodbye, thank you, please, etc.).

Do we have those who don’t know their neighbors yet, but really want to make friends with them? Come to me, let's stand in a big circle! I suggest we all get to know each other, because even standing in a circle, each of us has a neighbor! Do you agree? (yes) So, I will say my name - Yana, and the one standing to my left says: “To my right is Yana, and my name is (name)” and so we continue along the chain until our circle is closed! Ready? (Yes)

    The game is being played

Leading: Guys, now we want to invite you to draw bright drawings on the asphalt - about neighbors, about friendship, about summer! Take the crayons, and then parents will choose the best drawings! Do you agree? (Yes)

The children are given crayons and the kids go off to draw.

Leading: And you, dear adults, listen to some advice on how to become good neighbors!

1 If you are a newcomer yourself or your neighbors have just moved, introduce yourself. Say hello, give a small symbolic gift (for example, a homemade pie, congratulate them on their housewarming. Tell them where the nearest grocery store is and where the pharmacy is.

2 Find out more about the lives of your neighbors - what they do, what their work schedule is, whether they have a large family.

3 Be careful with shared walls. If you are neighbors in apartments, try not to place noisy household appliances, such as washing machines or dishwashers, on common walls. It is also better to keep the TV and speakers away from the wall. If you live above someone, consider placing rubberized mats under appliances to help reduce noise. Try not to stomp too loudly when everyone is already asleep.

4 Keep an eye on your pets.

5 Warn about parties. If you decide to throw a party, notify your neighbors in advance, specifying when it will start and how long it will last. Just in case, leave them your phone number. If you like your neighbors, why not invite them too? At the party itself, stick to your agreement.

6 Keep your area clean and tidy.

7 Keep an eye on the fire when you're grilling something in the yard. If you decide to barbecue or barbecue in your yard, keep an eye on the fire and follow all safety rules. Warn your neighbors about your intentions; perhaps on this very day they planned to dry their clean laundry outside. Having learned about your desire in advance, they may reschedule their plans.

8 Observe parking etiquette. When parking your car, be careful not to block your neighbor's exit. Avoid starting the engine too late at night or too early in the morning. Its noise may wake up your neighbors.

9 Chat with your neighbors. Keep in constant contact with your neighbors and keep them informed of your plans. Remember the “golden rule” - if you are going to do something concerning your neighbor, warn him about it in advance. Keep the lines of communication open: if your neighbor is unhappy with something, he should be able to let you know.

10 Don’t forget about mutual assistance. If your neighbors are leaving, keep an eye on their house or apartment. Don't let your guard down when they are at home either. If you notice suspicious people nearby, immediately report them to your neighbors.

11 Good neighbors look out for each other. They give each other advice and offer help. They respect other people's boundaries and are always ready to support in an emergency. They are looking for opportunities for cooperation and will never refuse communication.

12 If you are convinced that the conflict with neighbors is unresolvable, seek advice from specialists. Perhaps you can find justice for them legally.

Guys, who have already drawn your drawing, who are already free, stand in a big circle, let's play and have fun! And our parents will help us! Guys, repeat all the movements after us!

    Game "We'll go right first"

    Game "What Attracts the Bird"

Leading: Well, guys, do you all have your drawings ready? Let's get a look! (they evaluate the children’s drawings and announce that friendship won).

All the guys are great! And we continue to play!

    Skittles game

music game “We’re going to play” (song by Strekotusha and Mishka-Tishka)

Leading: Dear friends, we have found out that you are and will be friends with your neighbors, right? (yes) But they forgot to praise our wonderful neighbors! We need to fix this!

Let's play a coding game with you, for each letter of the word "FRIENDSHIP" we will name what our neighbors are? For example, with the letter “D” (shows a card with the letter) - kind, what else?

    The game is being played

    D kind, friendly, friendly.

    P joyful, kindred, playful.

    Respected, successful, smiling.

They are cheerful, terribly good, life-loving.

    B cheerful, rich, fast.

    And active, neat.

    Presenter: Well done!

    Be polite neighbors

    Clean and modest.

    And in the midday conversation

    Forgiving, smart.

    Young people, respect

    Gray-haired old men!

And don't throw away your cigarette butts

    Past the damage and barrels!

    Wise over the years

    Have pity on the young!

    Loving them without judging them,

You will forgive all their ardor

    And stingy forgetfulness,

    Songs, noise from all sides,

    Life speed is unearthly

    And cars under the window.

Living side by side is so difficult.

    Learn to keep peace!

    To quarrelsome teenagers

    Be lenient!

We hope that you are surrounded by decent people, good people, responsive neighbors, and you yourself are one! Let's never quarrel, listen to each other's requests, jointly maintain cleanliness and order in the hallways and in the yard, respect each other!

And once again, loudly and unanimously, let us congratulate each other on International Neighbors Day, shouting “Congratulations!” (shouting)

Our holiday has come to an end! But we don’t say goodbye to you, but we say goodbye to you! See you again!

As the audience disperses, music plays.
