    19.07.2019

    Autumn is a time that inspires us to be creative. Tradition of decorating houses beautiful wreaths exists in many countries. Typically, such decor is made for the Christmas holidays in order to add an elegant and bright element to the interior. They are also popular, which are usually used to decorate doors or walls in the corridor. Flowers, fallen leaves, and cones are used to make them. Unusual decor instantly transforms the space, giving it seasonal color and romance. Autumn wreaths can also be used as decorations for festive events: weddings, anniversaries or friendly parties.

    If you like such accessories, you can make them yourself. Today we will tell you how to make an autumn wreath from materials that can be found in every home - wrapping paper, packages, old books and newspapers.

    Wreath of paper bags.

    To work you will need the following:

    • base circle,
    • several paper bags or a small roll of wrapping paper,
    • glue gun,
    • autumn decorations (acorns, leaves, pine cones, artificial or dried flowers).

    1. In our case, a ready-made foam rubber circle is used as the basis for the wreath. You can make a similar blank yourself by securing the ends of the roller with glue. suitable size so that the required shape is obtained. Another option involves using foam rubber or padding polyester in a roll, which should be rolled tightly and secured with threads. The base can also be made from a rolled thick towel or straw wrapped in cling film. As a last resort, you can always use an ordinary inflatable swimming ring for children.

    2. Now you need to prepare the paper for further manipulations. Cut off the handles from the bags and separate the bottom and sides so that you get a continuous sheet. Cut identical strips of paper about 2.5 centimeters wide and twist them into thin flagella.

    3. Heat the glue in the gun and use it to carefully attach the paper strips to the foam circle. Your task is to fix the strands as tightly but aesthetically as possible so that the base is not visible anywhere.

    4. When the wreath is ready, decorate it autumn decor to your taste, using the same glue gun.
    Ready! All that remains is to make a comfortable pendant from a beautiful ribbon or fabric.

    Newspaper wreath.

    For this project you will need:

    • base circle,
    • newspapers or book pages,
    • colored paper or scrapbooking paper,
    • glue gun,
    • pencil.

    1. From newsprint or, preferably, thick book pages cut out identical blanks round shape with carved edges resembling a flower. The same patterned patterns should be made from colored paper. Please note that for the fall wreath you will need colored paper or scrapbooking paper in a yellow and burgundy color scheme. Using a pencil, give each piece a three-dimensional shape.

    2. Using a glue gun, secure the blanks to the base circle, pressing them tightly with a pencil for better fixation.

    3. Cover the entire circle with rows of paper “flowers”, alternating colored and newspaper blanks to create interesting decor with an autumn character.

    4. The finished wreath can be decorated with a beautiful banner. To make it, use thick paper with a suitable pattern. Cut a wide strip out of it, shaping the edges figuratively, and fold the workpiece as shown in the photo below.

    5. To put an inscription on the banner, cut out letters from thick paper, oilcloth or any other suitable material and glue them.

    6. Secure the finished banner to the wreath using a glue gun.

    You can decorate a Halloween wreath using the same method, simply by adding a suitable inscription and a few scary elements.

    You can make an autumn wreath out of paper in another way. Simply cover the base circle with decorative paper tape and complement the composition with autumn accessories or decorate the wreath with paper leaves cut from newspaper or colored paper.

    Experiment with design options to make it your own unique design this beautiful decoration.

    Autumn wreath from colored paper and natural material with your own hands

    Master class: “Autumn wreath”

    Smolnikova Natalya Nikolaevna, teacher of MBDOU “Kindergarten No. 118”, Cherepovets, Vologda region

    Description of work: the master class is intended for older children preschool age; educators; creative people.

    Purpose:"Autumn wreath" is intended for decoration, home or group decoration kindergarten, a gift for friends, acquaintances.

    Target: learn how to create an autumn wreath from materials.

    Tasks: develop creative imagination, fine motor skills hands; cultivate perseverance when creating an autumn wreath.

    Materials:
    1. cardboard
    2. PVA glue
    3. glue gun
    4. oak leaf template
    5. acorns (plastic)
    6. colored double-sided paper

    7. scissors
    8. simple pencil
    9. yellow satin ribbon 40 cm long.

    Autumn has come. Everything around became beautiful, the trees “dressed” in colorful outfits. And I really want to preserve this beauty of the leaves. And I decided to make a festive autumn wreath.
    1. To begin, draw a circle on thick cardboard with a diameter of approximately 20 centimeters, an inner circle with a diameter of 16 centimeters. That is, the width of the wreath is 4 centimeters. I didn't use a compass, but rather circled a plate of the appropriate diameter.

    For the inner circle I also took a plate of a smaller diameter

    We cut out the outer and inner circle from cardboard - this is the basis of the future wreath.
    2. Glue a loop of satin ribbon to the back, or you can tie it with a bow, whatever you want.

    3. Take a template of an oak leaf, trace it on colored double-sided paper and cut it out. The template can be “downloaded” on the Internet, but I made it simpler - I simply traced the oak leaf on cardboard and cut it out.

    By ready-made template I outlined and cut out yellow and lemon colored leaves.

    I originally thought about using brown leaves from colored double-sided paper, but the color turned out to be too dark. Then I decided to just paint the leaves, for this I mixed gouache (ocher + brown). I painted the leaves with a brush on both sides.

    4. Glue the leaves onto the cardboard base of the wreath using PVA glue.

    You can use real oak leaves, preferably dried ones of course (this will also work well) - according to your desire. Leaves can be glued in a chaotic order.

    I thought for a long time about how to glue acorns, just on the leaves - it looked ugly. Then I came up with the idea of placing them in leaf rosettes. I did this for this small template oak leaf

    , took beige paper and cut out 12 pieces of leaves

    I connected 3 leaves into a rosette (I first bent each leaf in half),

    I made 4 sockets in total.

    5. Then glue acorns into the center of the rosette with a heated glue gun: three pieces per rosette.

    Then glue the rosettes with acorns using a glue gun in four places throughout the wreath, at the same distance from each other.

    6. Decorate the back of the wreath with yellow colored paper, cut out a circle along the diameter of the wreath and glue it.

    7. The wreath is ready.

    You can make a similar wreath from other leaves, such as maple. Leaves can also be cut out according to a template or use a special hole punch.

    8. You can decorate a kindergarten room with a wreath; it has a place in any apartment interior.

    Since ancient times, women have decorated themselves with wreaths. All kinds of artificial flowers, fresh flowers, stones, ribbons, leaves, and accessories are woven into them.

    Today's master class is devoted to decorating the head with artificial flowers and fresh, as well as colorful autumn maple leaves.

    All of the examples given are easy to manufacture and assemble at home.

    DIY head wreath in Ukrainian style

    The manufacturing technique is suitable for beginners. The wreath is made from artificial flowers purchased in advance at the store. It is recommended to use special soft wire for weaving wreaths. It does not have sharp metal ends and is pleasant to the touch.

    Materials and tools: soft wire large-diameter brass, copper or decorative wire with paper wrapper, artificial flowers, dark-colored fabric (felt can be used), scissors, thread, decorative tape, instant drying glue, pliers (if used metal wire).

    Stage 1

    A wire is taken and applied to the head in a circle. The excess part is cut off. Both ends twist onto each other in a spiral, as in the photo.

    Stage 2

    Flowers for a wreath are laid out with your own hands in the order in which they are attached. Circles are cut out from a suitable dark-colored fabric. All are of different diameters, corresponding to each flower.

    Stage 3

    One by one, the flowers are glued onto the wreath wire with your own hands, starting with the largest one. A circle of fabric is glued to the back of each. It is important to apply a thick layer of adhesive on the wire, on the circles and on the back of the flower to ensure a good connection.

    The Ukrainian style wreath is ready. It is decorated with bows and sprigs of fresh flowers to top it off. This craft can be safely worn in bad weather: the leaves will not deteriorate and the colors will please you with their constancy.

    DIY head wreath made of colored paper

    This decoration is made from corrugated colored paper. It can be purchased at any office supply store. The wreath is easy to assemble and has an original idea.

    Materials and tools: corrugated paper of 7 different colors, soft decorative wire, glue, scissors, pencil, ruler, beeswax, brush.

    Stage 1

    Decorative wire is taken and cut into sticks 12.5 cm long.

    Stage 2

    From corrugated paper Green strips 2 cm wide are cut out. It is important to cut them across the lines on the paper, and not along.

    Stage 3

    Glue is applied to the strips. It is better to do this in the form of droplets, rather than a continuous strip.

    Stage 4

    Each wire is wrapped in a spiral with a strip of corrugated paper with glue applied. It is recommended to constantly hold the strip of paper while folding, kneading and pressing it. When alone paper strip runs out - take a new one with pre-applied glue.

    Stage 5

    For the future chamomile, take orange paper. According to the already iconic scheme, a stamen is made from it, as in the photo.

    Stage 6

    From paper white a rectangle measuring 5/10 cm is cut out. The short side should correspond to the longitudinal lines on the paper.

    Stage 7

    The rectangle is folded into an accordion. There should be five layers, five folds. The bottom side is cut off and rounded at its corners. And the top one is pointed, as in the photo.

    Stage 8

    A strip of glue is applied to the lower left corner, on which a blank with an orange stamen for a DIY wreath is placed.

    Stage 9

    Clockwise, a white piece of paper is wrapped in a flower bundle.

    Stage 10

    The base of the flower is fixed with a strip of green paper, which is wrapped in a spiral 4 cm.

    Stage 11

    Each petal bends to the side. Using a pencil, they are given a rounded shape.

    Stage 12

    Making a poppy flower. Made from red or corrugated paper Pink colour a rectangle measuring 2.5/7.5 cm is cut out. Oblong strips are cut out parallel to the lines on the paper, as in the photo.

    Stage 13

    The resulting skirt is wound around the tip of the wire according to the already familiar pattern.

    Stage 14

    A 7.5/14 cm rectangle is made from orange paper. It is folded into five folds into an accordion. An unusual shape is cut out, exactly as in the photo.

    Stage 15

    The pink poppy stamen is wrapped in orange paper, onto which a strip of glue has been previously applied. The base of the flower is also wrapped in green corrugated paper, like the previous chamomile.

    Stage 16

    Each poppy petal is hand-spread for a DIY head wreath. The edges of the paper need to be stretched a little.

    Stage 17

    The beeswax is melted. It is applied with a brush to flowers, petals and leaves. Wax will give the wreath a realistic look, the feeling of real flowers on your head. The flowers take some time to dry. The wax hardens slowly. It is better not to use varnish instead of wax. It has no elasticity after hardening - if you are careless, any petal will simply break and the product will be damaged.

    Stage 18

    Oblong leaves are cut out of green paper. They are also covered with wax.

    Stage 19

    The resulting flowers are collected into small bouquets and wrapped in paper. Each bouquet is leaned against the main wire and secured again with paper.

    The paper wreath is ready!

    DIY autumn wreath

    The theme of such a wreath is inspired by autumn motifs. Walking through a park or forest, you can see dry fallen leaves under your feet. Their colors are so varied and attractive. Fantasy plays with ideas and pictures.

    Materials and tools: maple leaves, thread, scissors.

    Stage 1

    For a do-it-yourself autumn wreath, take leaves only with a long and strong stem. They should also bend well.

    Stage 2

    The first two leaves are taken and placed on top of each other with branches crosswise. The top branch is wrapped around the bottom one and placed along it. This position is fixed with thread.

    The weaving technique is similar to the weaving of the well-known dandelion wreath.

    Stage 3

    Thus, each new leaf is placed on top, and its branch is wrapped around the previous one and placed along all the others.

    Stage 4

    When the desired length of the autumn wreath has been woven with your own hands, the tip is tied with a thread and inserted into the beginning of the first leaf.

    1. Using wire, make a circle - the base for your wreath.

    3. Cut a 1/2 inch wide strip of the green crepe paper against the ridges (that is, you will be cutting across the linear ridges of the crepe paper). Using hot glue, glue the end of one of these strips to your wire and wrap around the wire (about 3 inches).

    4. Start adding leaves. Wrap the wire around the stem of the leaf and then 1 to 2 centimeters of green paper around the base wire once or twice to begin covering the wire with the stem. Add another sheet and repeat.
    Repeat these steps adding more leaves, buds and flowers around the entire base. Once you have completely filled the circle, secure the end of your green paper strip with hot glue.

    Instructions "How to make leaves":

    1. Cut a 10 cm piece of floral wire.
    2. Cut a 6cm strip of green crepe paper against the ridge (that is, you will be cutting across the linear ridges of the crepe paper). Stretch the strip a little. Cut a strip of 4 centimeters.
    Place 3-4 rectangles together and cut out leaf shapes. The longitudinal dimension of the sheet should follow the ridge (that is, the linear ridges of the crepe paper will run in the same direction as the long dimension of the sheet).

    3. Apply a bead of hot glue from tip to tip of your leaf. Secure a 10cm piece of wire along this glue to provide structure for the leaves and stem.

    4. Repeat the creation process.

    Place a cotton ball in the center of one of your pink crepe paper squares. Wrap the paper around the cotton ball, folding the edges and corners of the square down, tucking and turning it around the stem wire. Wrap the extra floral wire around the base with a cotton ball, pulling it tight enough to create a small bud shape.

    4. Cut 1-2 strips of green crepe paper against the ridge (that is, you will be cutting across the linear ridges of the crepe paper). The strip should be about 7.5 centimeters long. Hot glue the end of the strip around the base of the bud and wrap around and down several times to cover the floral wire.

    5. Repeat the process of creating 6 buds.

    Instructions "How to make a flower":

    1. Follow steps No. 1-3 of the instructions “How to make a bud”. Create about 11 flower centers.
    2. Cut 1-inch wide strips of different shades of pink crepe paper against the ridge (that is, you will be cutting across the linear ridges of the crepe paper). The strips should be about 23 centimeters long. Use scissors and cut 1.25cm slits lengthwise long side pink paper strips.

    3. Wrap the fringe around the base of the flower. Then use your fingers to fluff the fringe out from the center of the flower.

    4. Repeat the process to create 11 flowers.

    To make flowers for wreaths we will need:

    • Base for wreaths;
    • Narrow organza ribbon;
    • PVA glue;
    • Glue "Crystal";
    • Colored corrugated paper;
    • Scissors;
    • Threads;
    • White paper;
    • The tape is narrow;
    • An awl or a long thin hook;
    • Stapler;
    • Tracing paper;
    • Markers;
    • Colored napkins.

    DIY paper wreaths - master class

    Our master class uses several papermaking techniques:

    • - one of the paper rolling techniques, namely winding narrow sheets paper onto a thin rod (the middle of daisies).
    • Trimming - appliques of a rolled square of a sheet of paper on a cylindrical object, the end of which is dipped in glue and glued to a paper base. Using this technique, you can create unusually beautiful three-dimensional compositions.

    All techniques for working with paper have a beneficial effect on the development of such qualities as: attention, accuracy, perseverance. Any paperwork contributes to the development of artistic taste and spatial imagination, because During the work, certain points on the fingers are massaged, which in turn activate the brain. In addition, the child gets great pleasure from the process.

    Let's make a wreath of forget-me-nots.

    For the base, we took willow branches and twisted them into circles, intertwining them with each other. (You can determine the diameter of the wreath yourself: depending on whose head you plan to put the wreaths on - adults or children.) Strongly protruding ends of the willow can be twisted with tape. (I do not recommend using wire to fasten a wreath or flowers, since all wreaths are designed to be placed on the head - so as not to get hurt.)

    Then we will prepare all the materials that we will need to make flowers - forget-me-nots.

    Take a napkin blue color, draw lines to divide it into 4 parts.

    We cut it and put a center in the middle of each square so that we can use it as a guide later. We fasten the center with a stapler.

    Cut out a 6- or 7-leaf flower, as appropriate.

    We make the middle of the flower. Cut out 1cm x 1cm squares from yellow crepe paper. We screw it onto a pencil and dip the “end” into PVA glue.

    We connect two such “middles” together so that it is “tight”.

    Glue it in the middle of the flower.

    That's how many forget-me-nots we got.

    Now we glue everything received to the base using “Crystal” glue. This is what we got.

    Let's make tulip wreath. Next we start making tulips. Let's prepare the necessary materials.

    Cut out pink and corrugated paper yellow flowers petals.

    Then we make a cut at the lower base of the petal and glue them on top of each other.

    And when several petals are ready, we glue them together at the base of the petals and the side part.

    Here is the resulting tulip.

    Then we make the middle - “cutting”. On a sheet of yellow corrugated paper (1 cm by 1 cm), draw the stamens with a black felt-tip pen, and then twist it around a pencil and dip it in PVA glue. Glue it in the middle of the tulip.

    This is what happened.

    We cut out leaves for our tulips from dark green corrugated paper.

    When the leaves have dried, glue the tulips to the wreath.

    Let's make wreath of daisies. Here are the materials we will need to make daisies.

    From yellow double-sided paper we cut narrow strips along the entire length of the A4 sheet. Then, using the rod from the pen, we wind the sheet in a spiral. We glue the end of the leaf with glue so that it does not unwind.

    Cut a white sheet of A4 in half lengthwise. And then we fold each resulting strip 5 times in the shape of a square and cut out several chamomile petals.

    We glue 2 pieces of each chamomile together in the middle so that the petals do not coincide with each other. And in the middle we glue yellow spirals.

    When the flowers have dried from the glue, through the middle of the daisy, using an awl or thin hook, we drag an acrylic thread to tie the daisies to the wreath.

    Here are the resulting chamomile wreaths.

    Let's make carnation wreath. Let's prepare the materials.

    We cut strips of red corrugated paper 5 cm wide using scissors with an angular profile along the entire length of the paper roll.

    Forming a flower.

    Cut 2.5 cm strips of green corrugated paper using angled scissors.

    Then we wrap the base of the carnation with green paper, wrapping the base 3-4 times and fastening it with glue.

    Then we take the resulting flower and tie an organza ribbon at its base.

    We wrap the wreath in green corrugated paper and tie flowers to it using ribbons.

    Let's make a wreath of daffodils. Materials for daffodils:

    Let's take squares of white and yellow paper from the paper notepad. Let's make 4 cuts on each square, as shown in the photo.

    Then, using a pen rod, we round the ends of the sheet along the rod. And according to this principle we make each flower petal.

    Then we take the resulting flower blanks and glue them on top of each other using PVA glue so that the petals do not match.

    Next, we begin making the daffodil cores. To do this, take transparent tracing paper and yellow corrugated paper, cut them into squares (1 cm by 1 cm) and using the “cutting” technique described above, make cores and glue them into the middle of the flowers. We glue the white cores into yellow flowers and we make yellow cores on white daffodils.

    Then, using an orange and brown marker, we make patterns in the hearts of the flowers.

    From green corrugated paper, cut strips of 10 cm by 2 cm and twist them.

    Using a hook, we thread a thread through the cores of the flowers (when they are completely dry), with which we will tie the flowers to the wreath.

    We thread the twisted green branches through the twigs of the wreath and sew on the remaining flowers.

    Let's make a wreath of poppies.

    We roll a “ball with a leg” from napkins

    Then we wrap it in green corrugated paper; for this, we will prepare 10 cm by 10 cm squares in advance.

    From double-sided black paper, cut strips 5 cm by 5 cm and cut finely on one side. Next, wrap the poppy head in it.

    Cut out petals from red corrugated paper. And stretch it a little along the contour of the petals.

    We wrap the finished petals around the poppy head and glue it with glue. We tie the stem of the poppy with a thread, which we use to attach it to the wreath.

    We thread a thread through the artificial leaves and also tie them to the wreath.

    Since the time for production flower wreaths We didn't have any left, so we decided to save time and make them from artificial flowers.

    Let's make a wreath of chrysanthemums. Take a ready-made bouquet of artificial flowers

    Separate each flower and thread a ribbon with a bead through the middle so that the ribbon does not slip through the middle.

    We tie each chrysanthemum flower to a wreath using a ribbon.

    Let's make wreath of roses. Let's take a ready-made bouquet of artificial flowers and divide it.

    Using narrow tape, attach each flower to the wreath.
