    As a result, I went to “surrender” to the clinic with such horror on my face. The difference from the previous photo is a year!

    How does the procedure work? __

    Everything is just from my personal experience.

    1. Makeup removal. Even the fulfillment of such a point depends on the place where you come. At the clinic where I go now, they give me towels and products and send me to wash myself. But that's relative a budget option, in an expensive clinic the doctor does everything, and you just lie on the couch.     7. Face masks. Sometimes they make me 2 at once. In one clinic they made alginate masks for me, in another they told me that they couldn’t be used after cleansing. There are masks that, after hardening, are simply shaken off, and on inflammation they remain as a protective crust.
    8. Special lamps. BIOPTRON or LED. Shine on the face for 10 minutes.
    9. Applying cream.
